Please start a good exercise and do it consistently. Walking, jogging, swimming etc. Avoid refined sugars. Avoid oily and fried food. Eat on time. Do not skip meals.

Mr. lybrate-user, if you take eggs regularly then that is one of the best types of protein that can be taken particularly in diabetes. Most protein supplements contain fair amount of carbs and also fat, but egg white is pure protein (albumen) and is the best type of p Thanks. Rotein containing all the essential amino acids.

Hello,you get protein in red meat, pls don't cook but boiler meat, should not have more masala. Soya, wheat, milk, pulses. If you cannot have much intake protein from these food, go for protein supplements, should be natural, who certified, 100% digestible.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals.

To Gain Maximum Weight and get Satisfied Result by eating Potatoes are a great choice because they?re high in protein (really!), full of fiber, and contain a ton of vitamin C. U need to gain around 10 to 12 kg acc to your height. So start having high calorie foods more of condense milk. Butter. Cashew. Dates. Food made up of besan. Include this in your diet. Start with noni. Its a food supplement to boost your immune system. For further suggestions need history.

Hi, do regular exercise. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Yes banana and milk absolutely help to gaining wt. Do exercise and yoga in morning which increases your appetite. Take soyabeans which hv high content of proteins and some fruit such as apple, khajoor, dry fruit etc. And take ghee, milk regularly.

Dear Jegan, Yes.. you can.. you need to understand that you need to keep your sugars under control while trying for a baby. This will protect your baby. Also try to avoid physical relationship with your wife if you are having any fungal infection on your genitals as you may transmit it to your wife.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus invariably does not produce any easily identifiable symptoms, that is why many persons do not come to about its presence. When fully developed it may cause excessive urination, excessive thirst, excessive hunger, unexplained weight loss and tiredness. Megaloblastic anemia causes following symptoms: breathlessness on exertion, muscle weakness, abnormally pale skin. Pale conjunctiva and pale tongue, smooth tongue, glossitis (inflammation of tongue), nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, rapid heart beat, tingling and numbness in hands and feet. All these symptoms improve rapidly once the condition improves.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. My body is perfect but I have belly fat, which type of diet can I consume to control my belly.
Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also.
