Hello Dr. I am very week and slim and want to get fit and look smart. So what should I do please tell me?

The right combination of healthy food, exercise, right breathing, rest and sleep go a long way in a happier and healthier you. Once you've gained the right amount of weight that you desire to gain, you'll realise that your naturally thin body will look far more toned and curved at the right places, than you ever thought possible. Eat more often eggs are a great source of protein, with 100 g containing as much as 13 g of protein and milk is a great source of protein and carbohydrates, along with many other nutrients making it great for weight gain. A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein.

Your blood sugar levels are not in diabetic range, though fasting readings are mildly high. It should be less than 100. Do not worry, avoid excess sugar and sweats. Do regular exercise, maintain your weight, check your blood sugar regularly.

I am diabetic type-2 for last 6-7 years plus had cardiac arrest in Jan 2015. I take my cardiac related medication regularly and medication for diabetes; while my blood sugar level fluctuates rather wildly. I walk more than 8000 steps every morning for almost one hour get back home have coffee without sugar (for last 12-15 years) with two biscuits (Marie), followed by breakfast {Idly 3/4 or Dosa 2 or Upma 2 scoops or 2/3 slices of wheat bread with one egg} I have a small sized mug of porridge around 10/11am followed by lunch at 1pm {Rice (2/3 laddles) or chapati (2), subzi two scoops, liquid curry 2 scoops & yogurt 2 scoops}. Some days only there is evening coffee or tea w/o sugar and some biscuits 2nos or poha dry}. Dinner is almost same (if rice for lunch then wheat for dinner}. There is a lot of physical activity done around house plus climbing from GF to FF to roof top. Presently medication is; (a) PRAX A 75 (0-1-0), (b) Istavel 100mg (1-0-0) (c) Cardivas CR 10 (1-0-0),(d) A to Z (1-0-0) {Multi vitamin tablets} (e) Rozavel F (0-0-1), (f) Diamicron Mr. 30mg (0-0-1) Walking is no problem except need to do a slower start than what was done earlier feeling is pleasant pain & tiredness very brief which is naturally cooled off sitting shade on terrace reading morning newspapers. I can easily walk same distance in evening. Sugar level is fluctuating sometimes as low as 88/120 to as high as 150/210? How do I ensure it remains steady and thro what control? Diet? Please advice.

You are perfectly following a diabetic diet and the sugar levels you mentioned are minor fluctuations and need not require extra medication

Feelings don't try to kill you, even the painful ones. Anxiety is a feeling grown too large. A feeling grown aggressive and dangerous. You're responsible for its consequences, you're responsible for treating it. But. You're not responsible for causing it. You're not morally at fault for it. No more than you would be for a tumor.

Ma main problem is my weight hw should I lost it. Mainly things tummy and side fats.

Ma main problem is my weight hw should I lost it. Mainly things tummy and side fats.
1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

MRI releases electromagnetic fields around you so technicians ask you remove every metal in your body. But it doesn't effect your health.
