Hi improving your diet and lifestyle is the best way to lose weight. Make small target of losing 2-4 kg per month. Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up. Eat three fruits per day. Drink plenty of water. Eat high fiber vegetables and low fat protein sources. Walk for thirty min minimum daily.

Hye Thanks for the query. There is no ideal time to have junk foods. Junk foods are best avoided. As for outside food, you need to take care to eat only cooked foods, avoid outside fried foods and any food that is not in season. As for avoiding junk or fried or outside foods, you need to be very careful till your child is breastfeeding. Getting into weight loss must be after baby is 8 month to 1 year. If you eat right you will lose weight automatically after Lactation for a year.

Dear Rakesh, Congratulations for quitting smoking. Please continue to motivate yourself for 12 more weeks so that you will not restart smoking. If craving or withdrawal is high, take help. Whether cheeks grow or not, please continue. As age advances cheek fat reduces. There can be some dental issues for reducing cheeks. Natural tips are blowing a balloon, or blowing out a candle light, putting the tongue on cheeks and using straw/pipe for drinking.

Medicines/food supplements though effective in causing weight loss, apart from being expensive, have adverse effects on our health by altering our metabolism & hormonal balance. Instead try these natural, easy yet inexpensive weight loss tips: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only. In between balanced main meals-(comprising of a whole grain, whole legume/egg/fish/chicken, low fat dairy, whole fruits, vegetables, salad); include healthy snacks in between- coconut water (w/o cream), whole fruit, roasted makhana, roasted chana (unsalted), nuts & oilseeds, soup, stew, buttermilk, salted lassi, green tea. 2. Drink 2- 3 litres water daily 3. Avoid junk, fried, processed, preserved, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 4. Replace simple carbs (sugar, jaggery, honey, maida, sago, cornflour, arrowroot flour, potato, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs (whole fruits, vegetables, salads, whole grains-atta, dalia, suji, oats, millets, barley, brown rice, atta bread, quinoa, whole legumes-sprouts, soyabean, pseudo cereals-rajgira, makhana, & nuts, oilseeds). 5. Avoid skipping meals 6. Have early & light dinner. 7. Sleep & wake up early. Have a sound sleep. Avoid use of mobile, laptop etc at bedtime. Avoid staying up late at night & snacking 8. Brisk walk daily for 1 hr. 9. Walk/ cycle instead of taking transport, take stairs instead of lift/ escalator. 10. Cut down on total oil consumption. 11. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals. 12. Avoid sitting for an hr at a stretch continuously 13. Avoid eating in front of TV.

4 fresh dates ¼ tsp. Ghee ¼ tsp. Cinnamon ¼ tsp. Fennel seeds 1 pinch ground cardamom Place the ghee in a pan, crush the dates and roast them for 1 minute in the ghee. Add the spices and mix everything together into a ball. Allow to cool and eat as a sweet. Do it for a month.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning and evening. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Hi Gunjan There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Hello, to lose weight, you need to reduce your carbohydrate intake. Restrict your intake of chapatis (have 2 rotis in lunch & 1 roti in dinner) with vegetable, dal, salad and curd / raita. Avoid sweets, fried foods & junk foods. Increase your water intake to atleast 3 ltrs daily. Walk / exercise for atleast 30 min.

Mangoes are a delicious, juicy fruit that are rich in minerals and vitamins, and free of sodium, cholesterol and fat. The body stores the fructose from the mango as energy and fat, thus helping you put on weight. But eating mangoes alone will not aid weight gain. You need to eat them along with milk. Simply drink a mango milkshake twice daily for a month. Alternatively, eat one ripe mango followed by a glass of milk. Do this two or three times a day for a month.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
