I am having issue that body fat is not getting decrease. I am 40 years lady with weight of 65 Kg but I have some what bulky stomach and buttocks. Not so heavy but unable to reduce it. I tried GM diet with strict instruction, regular walk not much hard exercise. Also consuming less food and outside/fried food also very less. I think my metabolism is very slow. So pls guide me for the same. If any medicine which make metabolism fast of any recommendation in diet or exercise which can help me.

Hello Meghana, We see this kind of resistance many times. When you do repeated low calorie and low fat diets with intention to lose weight you body's metabolism slows down. It will adjust to the lower calorie intake by spending less energy to function. As a result you may even feel tired, lack of enthusiasm, at time irritable and craving of food. It is important to make a proper diagnosis with some biochemical test as to where is the breakdown in your hormonal levels. Once that is done, You have to eat appropriate diet. Most likely you will have to eat more food to lose weight. I know it sounds strange but we see this every day. Eating right kind of food at right time of the day in correct frequency is key to weight loss. We recommend our patients to work on all 4 aspects simultaneously for belly reduction - 1. Nutritional change as per hormones. 2. stress management by meditation training 3. mild to moderate exercise 4-5 times a week as per fitness level and 4. sleep improvement.

Hair fall in your case is most likely due to pollution and improper care of hair. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. It needs to be known whether the blood sugar levels quoted by you are with the dose of glycomet or without it. If these levels are without medicine on the day of test, then with medicine there is a possibility of further lowering of sugar levels causing hypoglycaemia. That may be the reason behind your falling on the road and feeling of exhaustion. You may consult privately with details of your reports.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Hello.... For lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily......... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... Avoid carbohydrate in diet.... Prefer protein..... Avoid junk food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets and bakery products..... Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns fat very fast..... Avoid mango, banana, cheeku, cheese, extra oil , dark chocolate...... गाजर का जूस रोज पिएं। तन की दुर्गध दूर भगाने में यह कारगर है।

सर्दियों के मौसम में डाइट में बहुत बदलाव आ जाता है। इस सीजन में हमें विटामिन व न्यूट्रिशंस से भरपूर कई चीजें खाने को मिलती हैं और गाजर भी इन्हीं में से एक है। इसमें विटामिन और मिनरल्स बहुत मात्रा में मिलते हैं। डाइटीशन के मुताबिक, गाजर बेहद फायदेमंद होता है। इसमें विटामिन ए, विटामिन बी, सी, कैल्शियम और पैक्टीन फाइबर होता है, जो कॉलेस्ट्रोल का लेवल बढ़ने नहीं देता।

Weight reduction is a scientific & complex process and depends on many factors such as genetic, hereditary, metabolism and many more. Eat small & frequent meals. Drink lots of water keep check on your food intake. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

hello..only for lots of eating you can not gain weight..1st thing improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly for good metabolism..drink warm milk with honey before sleeping.. maximum intake of fruit juices..include dry fruits in your diet.. always rest after eating.. take aayurvedic tablet chitrakadi bati after meal... take high protein diet like milk and milk products,all type of pulses..egg etc..

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

For this I would suggest you to do following remedy Natural home remedy using fenugreek seeds: 1. Take 4 tbsp of fenugreek seeds 2. Soak them in 250 ml water overnight 3. Crush them in the morning 4. Strain the mixture and collect the water 5. Drink it everyday for 2 months This remedy will be helpful, if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

To look young you have to aim for spiritual. Mental. And physical wellness. Easiest thing first. 1. Laugh at least 50 times a day 2. Smile 50 times. 3. Watch less news 4. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3.
