I have a girl Baby of 1 year and 6 month old. She is not fair and her skin looks very dull. Her weight is about 7 kg .She is very lean and thin. She does not like to eat sweet food. Please help me how can I care her complexion and her growth and weight. This is her growing age. She require more energy protein dense food and special diets then adults. Energy protein dense soft food is preferred. Khichadi with ghee, banana mango chiku, boil potato with butter, egg white, boil vegetables with butter is preferred. She need a proper diet schedule.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Go for, skipping, cycling, swimming, gardening etc. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take a glass of lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Hello lybrate-user- weight gain depends not only on diet but also on sound sleep. Try these ayurvedic tips and medicine- a) sleep at least 8-10 hrs a day. B) eat food according to your digestion over eating sometimes causes indigestion which in turn causes weight loss. C) increase dairy products and non-veg diet in your meals. D) use shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily, ashwagandha pak 1 tsp twice. Madhu malini vasanta 1 tab twice a day. You will see improvements within few weeks.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Hi, you said tests are completed, but did not give values of those. Give her conium 30 homeo pills 8 at a time two times a day for two days only. Then consult me with reports and progress.

To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

People with diabetes need to be extra careful with alcohol. Some people metabolize alcohol more slowly than others. And alcohol metabolism can depend on factors such as the amount of alcohol consumed and over what time period, body size, type and amount of food eaten along with alcohol, and level of physical activity recommendation if sugars are in control women should have no more than 1 drink per day. Men should have no more than 2 drinks per day.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

For getting a chubby cheeks few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Reduce Ghee/any oil. Any Food you eat adds to weight. There is no food which reduces weight. Ghee is Saturated fat. You can take 2 spoons a day max. Follow these steps for weight loss The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. Reduce portion size. While eating out try to order less. Exercise daily 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. Love yourself and respect your body.

About Ebola - Ebola is a rare but deadly virus that causes bleeding inside and outside the body. As the virus spreads through the body, it damages the immune system and organs. Ultimately, it causes levels of blood-clotting cells to drop. This leads to severe, uncontrollable bleeding. The disease, also known as Ebola hemorrhagic fever or Ebola virus, kills up to 90% of people who are infected. Ebola isn’t as contagious as more common viruses like colds, influenza, or measles. It spreads to people by contact with the skin or bodily fluids of an infected animal, like a monkey, chimp, or fruit bat. Then it moves from person to person the same way. Those who care for a sick person or bury someone who has died from the disease often get it. Prevention - There’s no vaccine to prevent Ebola. The best way to avoid catching the disease is by not traveling to areas where the virus is found. Sir I m 35 male suffering from diabetes my fasting sugar 110 & posting 200 currently I m taking voglibose 0. 3 mg before lunch & glycomate 3/850 before dinner. Please suggest some medicine for normal sugar.
