110kg for 22 years is obesity by any means. But you have not mentioned years height. Causes of overwight: familial genitically predisposed over eating sedentary life lack of exercise in your case I think it is genitically linked. To get promising results exercise and dieting alone will not reach to years target. Barriatic surgery [liposuction by key hole surgery] would give good results. Pls consult barriatic surgeon to solve

Hello, according to your hight your weight is high. You need to take a balance diet. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 30 minutes daily. Include protein rich food in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Stop eating junk and processed food. Avoid late night dinner. Take salad before meals. Take small and frequent meals. What to Do When You Have an Abnormal Pap Smear?

A Pap smear test helps in detecting the signs and onset of cervical cancer. This test helps in pointing at the presence of any suspicious cells that may require further examination and testing with the help of an oncologist. You will enjoy a negative result in case you have a normal reading during the examination process and no further treatment will be required. Yet, you will be asked to go through the test on a regular basis. But here is what happens if you have an abnormal reading.

  1. Positive Result: You are said to have a positive result, if you have any unusual or abnormal cells were found during this Pap Smear Test. While this may not necessarily mean that you have cervical cancer, it can show what kind of abnormal cells are present in this area of your body. The doctor will check for the following things after a positive result.
  2. ASCUS: This is also known as Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance. This is a liquid based test that will seek to study the thin and flat squamous cells that may be found on the surface of a perfectly healthy and normal cervix. This test will check for the presence of any virus that may lead to the development of cancer and to determine the level of risk to the patient. Further, if there is any high risk virus, then further treatment and testing will be required.
  3. Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion: When some of the cells that have been extracted during the Pap Smear test turn out to be precancerous, then they are Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions. In many cases, it takes a few years for these lesions to turn cancerous especially when the changes are low grade, which pertains to the size, shape and other features of the same. If a high grade lesion is detected, then diagnostic testing in the form of imaging tests may be required.
  4. Atypical Glandular Cells: These mucus producing cells grow within the cervical opening and usually spread into the uterus as well. While they may appear abnormal, it is difficult to tell whether or not they are cancerous, especially in the early stages.
  5. Squamous Cell Cancer: This is an almost certain reading of the growth of cancer in the cervix. When a reading from the Pap Smear includes such a finding, the doctor will recommend immediate evaluation.
  6. Colposcopy: Once you have had a positive reading with any of the above findings, the doctor will perform this procedure with sample tissue extracted during a biopsy. This will be done with the use of a special magnifying tool known as a colposcope to examine the cervix, vagina and vulva tissues.

1.He Is looking thin and feeling weak because either he is cutting down his diet drastically or his diabetic state is not under control. Follow the advice given below 2. He should take high protein&low carbohydrate diet. Have 6-7 small meals rather than three big meals. Avoid sweet, excess salt,fried food, fast food like pizza/burger,cookies,maida biscuit 3.Take high fiber diet like whole grain/multigrain chapatti/brown/multigrain bread.plenty of green leafy vegetables, whole pulses, fruit 4,Avoid potato, fruits like mango,banana,cheeku, grape 5. Take a proper Diabetic diet after consulting Dietitian 6.Three monthly check Blood sugar ,Hba1c and consult physician if blood sugar is high, 7.take medicine regularly for Diabetes 8.Take one capsule of of Multivite FM omega daily

You can go for liposuction on arms for removing extra fat but it will not cure stretch marks or droopy skin and scar for the procedure will remain

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

Tips for regular weight lose: increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods. Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight. Milk products like cheese, butter etc. And non-vegetarian foods should be avoided as they are rich in fat. Mint is very beneficial in losing weight. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. Are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways. Regular intake of carrot juice. Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in loosing weight. Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.

Avoid heavy dinner. Use fruit and vegetable combination at night and have it by 7 pm. Drink luke warm water only. Morning abdomen exercise.
