BACH FLOWER REMEDY- MIXTURE FOR EXAMS/ EXAM FEAR/ EXAM STRESS

CERTIFICATION IN BACH FLOWER REMEDIES OF ENGLAND, Ph.D DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY IN BIOCHEMISTRY, B.S.M.S BACHELOR OF SIDDHA MEDICINE AND SURGERY,
Alternative Medicine Specialist,
BACH FLOWER REMEDY- MIXTURE FOR EXAMS/ EXAM FEAR/ EXAM STRESS

The mixture is made with these flowers:

Clematis: for a better concentration

Chestnut bud: to better remember things

Gentian: not to respond when in front of an unexpected situation

Elm: for a surplus of care that an exam requires

Larch: to have confidence in your abilities

Some of my ideas that may help you customizing this mixture:

Mimulus: if you're scared about the exam or if you're shy

Impatiens: especially useful towards the end of the studying process and during the days before an exam, if you're afraid that you might not have enough time to study or if you can't wait for the exam

White chestnut: when your mind always goes to the things that you're studying or when you can't stop thinking about the exam itself. This mixture for the exam is very useful. But don't forget to study.

Intelligent boy is not scoring marks -

Is there any fear of exam? (Mimulus)

Does he forget during the exam but remember after the exam? (Scleranthus)

Or is he going blank and forgetting the answer? (white chestnut)

Or does he not have enough time? (elm)

Or feeling shaky while reading the question paper? (rescue remedy)

Or making silly mistakes and getting fewer marks. (impatiens)

Is he sitting to study putting the required efforts? (oak)

Or not sitting to study in the house? (chestnut bud)

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals.   Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Exercises To Reduce Stomach Fat1)    Crunches: There is no better exercise that you can think of to reduce belly fat than crunches. It will help you to easily burn stomach fat and if this exercise is coupled with a proper diet intake, then you can see effective results in quick time. Lie flat on your back on a mat. Bent your knees with your feet touching the ground. Now place your hands just behind your head.Take a deep breath and lift your upper body off the floor. You need to exhale when you are lifting your body. When you bring your body back to its original position you need to inhale. Once you come up you need to exhale.Do this for 10 times and then repeat for two or three more sets.2)    Reverse Crunches This is another exercise that will help you to easily get rid of stomach fat. Lie with your back on a mat. Raise your knees with the feet planted on the ground.Keep both the hands on either side of your body.Push your feet in such a way that your thighs are perpendicular to the ground and your feet are off the ground. Now lift your back such that your knees bend towards your chest.Inhale when you plant your feet on the ground and exhale when you lift your back and move your knees towards the chest.Repeat this for 10 times and for two more sets.3)    Twist Crunches This exercise routine is very similar to crunch exercise and here you will have to rotate your shoulder in the direction of the other shoulder. Lie down on the mat with your hands behind your head.Bend your knees and make sure that the feet do not touch the ground. Now move your upper body towards your knees like the crunch exercise. But, here you will have to make sure that you twist your right shoulder towards your left and the left torso must be on the ground.Repeat the same way on the other side. Here, you lift your left shoulder towards the right with the right torso resting on the ground.Repeat the same procedure for 10 to 12 times.4)    Vertical Leg CrunchLie with your back on the mat or the floor. Extend both your legs towards the ceiling and make sure that you cross one knee over the other. Now repeat the same what you have done in the crunch exercise.Breathe in when you lift and cross the knees and breathe out when you move your upper body towards your knees.Repeat this vertical crunch exercise for 10 to 15 times for three consecutive sets.5)    Side Crunches The side crunches will also help you to shed excess belly fat and will also help in providing a proper workout for your love handles. It is very much similar to the twist crunch exercise. The only difference here is that you will have to lift your right leg up when you are tilting your left shoulder towards the right shoulder and vice versa. Repeat for 10 to 12 times each side for 2 consecutive sets. 6)    Bicycle Exercise This is yet another exercise that will help you to shed excess fat round your belly area easily. Lie flat on the floor or the mat and keep both the hands on either side of your head. Now lift both your legs from the ground and bend them at your knees. Now pull your right knee close to your chest with your left leg out. When you are bringing the right knee up you can try to meet your left elbow with your right knee to have a perfect stomach crunch. Now take your right leg out and bring your left knee close to your chest. Now, lift your upper body and make sure that your right elbow touches your left knee for a perfect crunch.Repeat this for 10 to 12 times for both the sides and for two consecutive sets.7)    Rolling Plank Exercise The rolling plank exercise is another popular exercise that will work great on your lower back, hip and abdomen areas. Take your position on the floor or a mat in such a way that your knees and elbows are resting on the ground. You need to look forward so that your neck is aligned with your spine. Now lift the knees up so that you support your legs now on your toes. Now contract your knees and keep it in this plank pose for about 30 seconds. Make sure that you breathe normally during this routine. Now move to and fro for the next half a minute to constitute a rolling plank exercise.Rolling Plank SidewaysLie on the floor in a sideways position.Support your weight on the right elbow and your right leg. Make sure that the right elbow is perpendicular to your right shoulder.Place the left leg above your right leg. Keep your knees straight and lift yourself in such a way that your hips are off the ground.Hold this position for about 30 seconds. Once you practice this position, you can hold to this position for 1 to 2 minutes.Do the same on the other side as well.8)    Lunge Twist If you are a beginner trying to work your belly to remove its excess fat, then you should first try out the lunge twist exercise. Move your left foot forward and bend your left knee. You will feel the hamstring stretch on your right leg.Now lift your hands parallel to the ground and make sure that they are in front of you.Take a big step forward with your left leg and sit down as if you are sitting on a chair. Your right leg should be positioned backwards and you must use your toes to support your right leg.Make sure that your upper body and the spine are in the upright position to perform perfect lunges. Now perform the same lunge exercise on the other leg.Repeat this for 15 times.9)    Side To Side Bending Bending side to side not just helps in reducing excess fat deposits in your stomach area, but it also helps in giving your love handles a perfect shape. Stand in an erect position with your feet together. Lift both your hands and stretch it above your head and make sure that they are clasped together. Now bend your body to your left side as much as possible until you feel a strain on your right side. Hold in this position for 15 seconds. Now come back to the same standing position. Now repeat the same on the right side. Now hold this position for about 15 seconds.Once you get comfortable holding on for 15 seconds, you can increase it to 30 seconds or more on both sides.10)    Stomach Vacuum If you are a beginner looking to do some exercises to reduce belly fat, then you should start with low impact exercises like stomach vacuum exercises. This is an exercise that concentrates mainly on breathing. Hit the ground on all fours by supporting your body on your knees and hands. Now take a deep breath and make sure that your abdomen is loose. Now exhale your breath and make sure that you hold your abdomen muscles tight during exhalation. You need to hold the abdomen contraction for about 15 to 30 seconds.Repeat this process for 15 times for two to three sets daily.11)    Captain’s Chair You will need a chair to do this exercise. It is a simple exercise that will help in reducing excess belly fat. Sit on the chair with an upright spine and straight shoulders.Place both your hands on either side with the palms of the hands facing downwards. Take a deep breath. Now as you exhale, make sure that you bring both your legs upwards such that your knees are very close to the chest.Hold in this position for 5 to 10 seconds. Do not arch your back or bend forwards when your knees are close to your chest. Now bring your legs back to the ground and repeat the same process for 15 times. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines ALONE will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Hi lybrate-user More and more people are becoming victims to unhealthy living due to lack of time to completely focus on themselves. However, the best jobs or houses won’t mean anything if you aren’t in the best of health to enjoy the perks that come with them. Health is wealth, and if you don’t take proper care of yourself in the present, then there could be a problem for you in the long run. If you are looking for ways on how to maintain good health, there are three important things to look into. Eating healthy, eating well Nutrients- One of the most important ways to maintain good health is by eating well and eating the right food. This means consuming food that is filled with minerals, vitamins and all the other nutrients that are essential for the body. Some of the things you need to do include having a healthy breakfast, savor every bite and eat slowly and avoid in-between snacks. Fiber- To ensure you are getting the right nutrients increase your vegetable intake, add salads to your daily meals, and switch to a fruit for snacking instead of chips or other unhealthy snacks. For boosting your fiber consumption, opt for wholegrain, seeded or wholesome bread instead of white bread. You can also choose to add fruits to your breakfast cereal to make it more wholesome. Meats- Meat eaters who are looking to stay healthy without giving up their intake of meat should choose lean meat cuts and poultry. It is also advisable to trim off the skin and fat from the meat to keep it healthy. Additionally, you should also include healthy accompaniments with your meat like low fat yogurt, avocado, low fat margarine or mayonnaise. Remember to opt for monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats, and stay away from high fat meat products like bacon, salami, ham and sausages. Water- Along with eating the right foods, you should also look into your water consumption. Ensure you always have a bottle of water within your reach, whether you’re sitting at your work desk or travelling anywhere. You can also add some mint leaves or lemon juice to a jug of chilled water for added flavor if you like. Avoid- An important part of knowing how to maintain good health, is understanding what foods you should avoid. Sugar is one of those things that you need to avoid if you want to maintain healthy eating habits. You don’t have to completely cut out sugar from your diet, but you can gradually decrease your intake by reducing the amount of sugar in your tea or coffee, choosing diet sodas or drinks that do not have added sugar. When it comes to snacks, opt for fruits over chocolates, cakes and biscuits. Get your daily dose of exercise Another essential factor in knowing how to maintain good health is daily exercise. Whether it is walking, jogging, running, swimming or cycling, adding about 30 to 40 minutes of exercise to your daily routine can work wonders for your health. Not only does exercise help you shed weight and keep you fit but it also improves your lungs and heart health, reduces stress, decreases blood pressure and enhances flexibility, co-ordination and balance. While cardio workouts are great for reducing weight and toning muscles, they are not the only form of exercise you can choose. You can also opt for yoga or pilates, or for a more interesting take on exercise, sign up for dance classes. Dancing is a great way to keep fit and it can help you learn something new and meet people. To make exercising more fun, you can alternate between different forms of exercise, to prevent you from getting bored.

If a person has diabetes then it can only be controlled either by oral anti diabetic tables, or insulin injections. I did the exercise with some weight daily. But at last my muscles is not get stronger.

B.Sc. - Dietitics / Nutrition, Nutrition Certification,Registered Dietitian
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Delhi
I did the exercise with some weight daily. But at last my muscles is not get stronger.
Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.
