Do let me know which diet (veg/non veg) you prefer? a therapeutic diet in itself can solve many of your problems. Dietary therapy prescribed by a registered dietitian is needed. You need to provide daily food intake example. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Hi. After fungal infection it might left black spots. Don't use the undergarments in night while your sleeping. Use oryza moisturing cream morning after taking bath after 10-15 mins before you wear undergarment spread abzorb dusting then you wear the clothes night use kojivit gel local application on the black and darker areas to improve the skin texture as well as colour.

First of all you have to understand that age is just a number I have seen international sports people playing their respective games at the age of 40 44 45 and even 47 so at 34 you can get anything that you want all you need is a will power and determination, as per your question you are slim and you want to make a good body, so first try to gain weight naturally for that you can start with surya namaskar regularly in morning before that make sure that you are not having any stomach worms because sometimes people have worms in the stomach and they don't realise it and which result in low weight. You can also eat 3 bananas with hot milk in morning as your first thing to eat you can also drink ginger tea thrice a day which will help you in gaining weight, make sure when you are eating your food that is your lunch dinner or breakfast put some extra cow ghee over it specially on dal and green vegetables cow ghee is very useful in gaining weight.

Do medical check ups and follow these guidelines. Do exercise like yoga, push ups and other muscle building exercise and others. Eat more than before. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Eat extra fish, egg, milk, meat to gain weight. Use extra healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take sleep properly. These are basic but for more quick and guaranteed result consult me privately on lybrate.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

A)Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of triphala juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep...B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals..C) eat 5 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals...do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS…

Lunch salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
