bleeding gums are sign of gum infection due to accumulation of plaque on teeth in your case due to braces. use mouthwash twice daily after brushing. maintain proper oral hygiene. gargle forcefully with water after you eat or drink anything.

if your are exhausted and want to nourish with best results then take it at bed time, your digestion need to be good for this. IF your digestion is not that good than better to take it in morning hrs. 1 hr after meals. You can add pinch of daalchini, dried ginger powder, Small cardamom to it . Good luck

Given below is a sample of a menu for obese people, based on obesity diet recommendations: • Early morning: Warm water with the some freshly squeezed lemon juice • Breakfast: Wheat or chickpea sprouts, with a cup of skim milk • Morning Snack: Carrot juice of orange juice • Lunch: Garden Salad or a mixture of steamed veggies, like cucumber, carrots, cauliflower, beetroot, onions and tomatoes • Evening Snack: Vegetable soup or coconut water • Dinner: Steamed Salmon, with half a cup of brown rice and half an orange Avoid include fried food, junk food, sugar, processed food, as well as those food items that are calorie dense or high in starch.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

1.Increase soluble and insoluble fibre intake – 2. Drink warm water 4-5 times a day – 3. Cut down on whole milk and curd – 4. Substitute your rice and roti (chapatti/breads) with oats and dalia (broken wheat ) – 5. Half a teaspoon of lemon juice or amla (Indian gooseberry) powder – 6. Increase your liquid intake – 7. Have lighter dinners – 8. Maintain a food diary – 9. Avoid sugar and excess salts – 10. Keep your expectations low.

Add sinnamon, black berry seeds powder and sweet potato. These are all natural sugar reducing agents. But you may add some more allopathic or ayurvedic drugs if natural drugs are not sufficient to control it. Also control diet of carbohydrates and fats and walk for an hour daily.

Whole grains include brown rice, oats, cereals, wheat, etc., which are the powerhouses of diverse nutrients. Oats, plain or brown rice are good sources of complex carbohydrates and help build your muscles. On the other hand, cereals are a high calorie food. They must be consumed as morning meal. • Brown rice can be a filling food because of its fiber, carbohydrates and protein content. If you are planning for a healthy weight gain, then combine rice with some other nutrient and calorie-dense foods. Instead of water, cook them in broth or milk. You may also add butter or cheese over the top. Starchy vegetables and dried fruits can be mixed. • Even though oatmeal is regarded as a weight-loss food, but it also aids weight-gain when combined with whole milk. One full bowl of oats can add necessary nutrition to the body, as it is rich in fiber and nutrients. You can prepare oatmeal with milk. Serve it with honey and toppings of handful of nuts, dried fruits, and other mix-ins to ramp up your weight.

Hello! medication or pills or supplement for weight lose or gain is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. Aim for around 40-50g carbs and 20-30g protein. This stabilises your hormonal system to enable tissue regeneration and keeps blood sugar stable.

Apart from exercise your body needs a healthy diet to repair and grow. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.
