All these three symptoms indicates hypothyroidism and pcod. First get your blood checked for thyroid hormone and a ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis. As the cause needs to be removed first.

Dear My wife occurs infertility problem since 6 years my marriages complete 7 years, but infertility problem till date so 1 irregular periods: 2 ovulations occurs late as per 20 to 22 days In some time no ovulations, all medicines ,injections proper done to take but not conceive 3 blood reports are normal 4 weight as per bmi no problem age 27 and weight 52 KGS 5 thyroids starting problem after diagnosis normal stage last 5 years thyroid tablets continue 50 mg at till normal levels 6 HSG no problem 7 PCT test also normal Please advice me treatment on infertility issues Or treatment Only issue on not proper ovulation in day 14 to 16 so better treatment?

You may consider checking if she is suffering from PCOD (Poly cystic ovarian disease) via tests. Cysts are fluid fill sacs in ovary which block the growth of corpus luteum thus interfering with menstrual cycle & causing infertility. Regular exercise, avoidance of junk/ outside/ fried/ sugary foods & drinks is suggested. Simple carbs like maida, white rice, sugar, honey, jaggery, glucose, potato, sweet potato, colocasia (arvi), noodles, sewai, white bread, biscuits, cake may be replaced with complex carbs- whole grains (multigrain atta, brown rice, dalia, suji, millets, atta bread), whole legumes (sprouts, rajma, soyabean), whole fruits & vegetables. Muri, khoi, chirwa, makhana, rajgira can be included in diet. Water intake should be 2-3 litres/ day. Meditation & yoga help in bringing down stress levels.

Avoid Artificial supplements. Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Take deworming tablets every six month.  Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Your ideal body weight should be 68-72 kg.Exercise only doesnt help in loosing weight,there has to be a proper diet to get the result faster.We plan diet as per YOUR eating pattern,where you will not have to give up eating rice totally but everything should be in moderation.If in kolkata,visit us for individulaised diet plan.

Human needs only 3-4 litre water in a day. If your taking excess water then your body will react in form of frequent urination. Avoid over drinking.

Some women do lose weight during first 3 months due to nausea and vomiting but it doesn't affect the fetus so much. There are time tested medicines to control nausea, medicines are 60 years old and entire generation, none has been born with congenital defects. Start taking right now, you will be able to make up for the loss of weight. Tablet pregnidox on empty stomach every morning with little water only. Wait for half an hour for medicine to get absorbed. Take ors type water, avoid plain water or too sugary water, eat high protein diet like milks and curds and boiled eggs, if you like. Take proteins supplements also. Exercise according to constitution. Take more seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. A bit of exercise like simple walk does help digest. Simple daal roti chawal, allowed of you feel hungry but fats, a big no. Take another tablet at bed time and keep a strip handy. You will require extra dose only if you are careless about food, doctor will have no option but to give you intravenous fluids in a hospital after admitting you for few days. Take care, get back with progress report only. No iron and folic acid yet. Digest basic food first.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hello lybrate-user. It seems that you have some ulcers around your inner lips. If this is the case, take plenty of fluids, fruits and salads. It will help you keep your gastric system clean and healthy and will prevent ulcers.

I find that your bmi is 20.54 which is average. So having tension. But you telling some infection including jaundice. Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.
