1. The best way to reduce tummy fat is by working out. Do a fifteen minute ab work out everyday for a minimum of three months 2. Massage your tummy with a combination of warm sesame oil and rock salt. Massage well for five minutes and then have a hot water bath. This is a time tested remedy and a very effective one at that for tummy reduction 3. Hot water - about six to eight cups in a day is another effective remedy.

Hi, Hollow cheeks can be a result of aging. As you grow older, your face muscles lose their normal tone and elasticity. The result is sagging skin on your face, wrinkles and hollow cheeks. Failure to eat a healthy diet, dehydration or exposure to excessive sun may also contribute to hollow cheeks. Engaging in regular exercises that work out your face muscles can help prevent or lessen the prominence of hollow cheeks. -Cheek inflation- It is performed by holding your mouth closed and filling it with air. Begin by moving the air under your upper lip and hold it there for 10 seconds before moving it to your left cheek followed by your right cheek. Be sure that you hold the air for 10 seconds in each position. -Exercise With a Smile-It is performed by looking into a mirror and smiling while keeping your mouth closed. Follow this exercise by wrinkling your nose to help stimulate the muscles located under your cheek. -Cheek lifting-The ‘cheek lifting’ exercise entails lifting your cheeks by smiling as you press down on the lower part of your eye socket using your index fingers. You can also tone the facial muscle beneath your eyes by performing eye exercises. With your mouth open, pull your upper lip inwards. Then, while looking upwards, narrow your eyes and place your fingers just below the lower eyelids. Gently press downwards as you try to close your eyes. Hold this position for 4 to 5 seconds, release and do five to 10 repetitions. The facial yoga exercises work out all muscles of the face and help eliminate sagging facial skin and wrinkles. -Our eyes often sink in with age, resulting in an unsightly appearance. This exercise will help tone the skin around your eyes to help achieve a more youthful look. Sit in a comfortable chair with your eyes closed. Keep your eyes closed and move your eyeballs as if you were looking as far up as possible followed by looking down as far as possible. Repeat 10 to 15 times. Another eye exercise is performed by closing your eyes and lifting your eyebrows up as far as possible to help stretch the skin of your eyelids. You should hold this position for about 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.

Hi, I am 41 years old male, DM 2 from last 12 yrs. In past Dr. Suggest me to take 12 units of lantus. I had taken that too. Now I had started cycling for around 60 minutes, at least 5-6 days in week and stopped lantus. Now my recent levels are 140 and 185 Fasting and PP. Is it ok to stop lantus? My last Hba1c was 8.2. Please advice.

Dear Lybrate-user I understood you are having type 2 dm. Insulin will definitely relieve it along with exercise. Your hba1c should come below 7 for a good control. Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Better to do weekly once of masturabation. Smoking is always not good. Better to stop smoking. Masturbation is a healthy habit. But it is not good repeatedly. Weekly once it is normal status. Masturabtion is not cause for low weight. So do not think too much about it. Take very good food. Take rest. Sleep well. Develop a very good friendly circle. Be share and be friendly with others. Do not be alone. Feel always comfortable. Be think in positive manner. Do not develop negative thinking. Be positive and be friendly. Ok best of luck.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Drink 2 litres of water daily. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
