You need to figure out the reason for your weakness. Whether it's for any specific medical issues or else because of nutrients deficiency. If there is no medical problem than can be worked out with high protein diet.

I have a less weight. I tried a weight gainer products but result was nill. Wat should I do?
Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.

Tomatoes – Yes, tomatoes are an underrated super food. Since during festive time we indulge in too many fried snacks, we end up consuming trans fats which are cancerous in nature. Eating tomatoes will help cut this cancerous effect in our body.

Cucumber – Cucumbers help produce more urine in the body which consequently means it secretes toxins out of the body.

Also, cucumber is a diuretic food which means it helps in excess losing water from our body.

Beetroot – Beetroot is known to cleanse our liver. Therefore, after a heavy alcohol night, blanch beetroots and have them.

Beetroots contain betalains which help neutralize toxins and flush them from our body through urine

Onions – Surprising as it may be, onions help cut toxins from other foods. This due to the antioxidants present in onions.

If you are a diabetic and indulged in heavily fried foods during Diwali, onions will help regulate blood sugar level.

Hi I try to gain weight for last 6 months eat banana shake 2 banana every night take heavy breakfast, 3 chapati with all meal, evening 2,3 chapati and meal till not put 1 kg in 6 month I chk my all report it's normal please help me to gain my weight.

Healthy balanced diet along with healthy life style and proper rest are the keys of good health. Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of any thing in difference of 2-3 hours like 1 small stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Quit smoking or drinking if any Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight. Consult me privately for customized diet plan.

My father has diabetes of 235. 4 mg/dl after meal and 151 mg/dl before meal what should he eat and what should he avoid and also what should be his daily routine to control the diabetes. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. When blood glucose is high, kidneys are not able to retain it. So a large quantity is lost in the urine (Glycosuria). This causes exhaustion and weight loss. So to improve health it is absolutely essential to control; diabetes very effectively with FBG<100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c % <7. This needs appropriate drug treatment. Then restricted diet and regular exercise are also equally important. Following things with regard food have to be kept in mind: 1) Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items and all foods made out of maida. 2) No aerated sweetened drinks (colas), no foods with sweetcorn syrup content. 3) Should increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day), 4) Use whole grain flour for roti and chapati 5) Refrain from alcohol and smoking. Plus exercise for at least 1 hour a day. If you have any doubts please come back. It is better if you give all details like current FBG, PP & HbA1c%, dietary habits, extent of execise and come in a private conversation then I will be able to guide specifically. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner for good weight loss.

Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated.
