Green tea is over hyped supplement to work on entire body , to cleanse the blood vessels and to work as antioxidant to make blood pure against impurities taken along with other foods. Take it in the morning if you wish , like a cup of morning tea , or take it with breakfast as you like it. There are no rules as to how to consume green tea. By the way a recent report has shown abnormal levels of flouride in green tea. Therefore Do Not Overindulge.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently

You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, fried foods, processed food and junk food. A * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this problem

Since your weight is more, your appetite tends to be increased. Have honey in water throughout the day. don't have any water without honey. That will help you control your appetite & reduce your weight.

Change food habites. Avoid carbohydrates rich proteins eggs nonveg coldrinks sweets do not sleep in noon will help to reduce weight. Do arobic excersices go for fast walking morning or evening. After dinner go for slowely walk 1 to 2 km. daily. For medicinal advice ask privet ly. Dr. Tare

You can take the brown rice to keep off your craving for rice. This is much healthier than the white rice. And there is no alternative for exercise, so plan your day with at least 30 minutes of daily exercise.
