Try these activities to get moving: Go outside for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk or bike to places (such as school or a friend’s house) instead of driving. If you have to drive somewhere, park farther away than you need to and walk the extra distance. Tackle those household chores, such as vacuuming, washing the car, or cleaning the bathroom – they all burn calories. Alternate activities so you don’t get bored: Try running, biking, skating. Limit your time watching TV or playing video games; even reading a book burns more energy. Go dancing — it can burn more than 300 calories an hour! Eating well doesn’t mean dieting over and over again to lose a few pounds. Instead, try to make healthy choices every day. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and sports drinks are loaded with sugar; drink fat-free or low-fat milk or water instead. Eat ample amount of fruit and vegetables every day. Eat a healthy breakfast every day. Don’t eat meals or snacks while watching TV because you’ll probably end up eating more than you intend to. Pay attention to the portion sizes of what you eat. If you want a snack, try carrot sticks, a piece of fruit, or a piece of whole-grain toastinstead of processed foods like chips and crackers, which can be loaded with fat and calories. Eat when you’re hungry, not when you’re bored or because you can’t think of anything else to do.

Hi, I think excessive gymming is creating the problem as you are exessively stretching yourself. Are you taking proper nutrition? I would suggest you to slow down your gym exercise and replace half of it by jogging or brisk walking. You are getting addicted to gym. Drink lots of water and have lots of salad. Have a good sleep too.

Copper t is safe if fitted well which seems to be the case in you. No there is no harm to health of your husband. If fitted well the chances of getting pregnant are 0.1% (negligible)

Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only saladn 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach...join aerobics... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water.. u ca lose max. 1 kg perday.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc.. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Hi lybrate-user, start your day with a fresh juicy fruit. Good on stomach. Breakfast should be wholesome. Eat every 2 hours. Main meal options are roti-sabzi-dahi, rice-dal-sabzi, khichdi-dahi, etc. Workout 150 minutes a week, that's like thrice a week. Even though food is free in office, stay off junk that comes out of the packaged products including chips, sodas and juices. Stay hydrated.
