For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals you must make a habit of not consuming water 30 minutes before the time of your meal. You need to take a balanced diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your daily diet. You should take 2 banana with milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like a soyabean, sattu with milk and milk and milk products, egg, combination of cereals and pulses.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite which will help in growth and development of body. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

It is diabetes as fasting is more than 126 & hba1c more than 6.5. But there is no readon to worry as she can be managed with diet control and exercises that is bridk walking. She should avoid sugar and fried items to loose weight. She can eat all types if dals and vegetables. She should get investigated for complication of diabetes affecting eyes kidneys and heart as some patients have complications at time of diagnosis.

While many people don’t consider the lungs part of detoxification squad, they are responsible for filtering out fumes, allergens,and airborne toxins.

When we’re stressed, we tend to shift from deep belly breathing to short, shallow ‘chest’ breaths, which reduces your lungs ability to transport oxygen to all your tissues. If you want to boost your lung power, begin to practise diaphragmatic breathing a few minutes each day:

Lie flat on the floor. Raise your knees. (You can put a cushion under them if you wish.)
Put one palm on your upper chest and the other over your navel.
Breathe out fully – and then a little bit more. With practise you will find you can do this by drawing in your abdomen. Pause for 2-4 seconds.
Allow the air to naturally flow in again.
Slowly and calmly repeat this cycle a few times.

we always say exercise is a must because your skin is also a source of toxic elimination just like the lungs

1st you should start to take healthy diet and light walk which will increase your metabolism and will increase your appetite. You can use small diet in small frequent interval. You should take whole egg. Full cream milk. Any fruit shake with milk and sugar. Stuffed parantha with butter. Vegetable with dry fruits.
