Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello lybrate-user There is not any unusual in your case, in this age hormonal changes makes such things in your body and due to this your nipples are being more sensitive and getting erection by touching even your own clothes. So, you should have to set perfect inner wears which can not make you shameful. Nothing to worry or nothing bad.

Just by exercising one does not lose body fat. You have to follow a nutrition program along with exercise to lose body fat. For exercise you can do 3 times a week weight training to build up muscles and strength and 3 times cardio like walking, zumba, cycling. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

For every 2-3 hours you need to replenish your body with few carbs, and much proteins. Try including nuts, dates. Pista, badam, anjeer, apricots, dark chocolate, nutty chikkis, granola bars etc inbetween your main meals to maintain your high energy levels.

There are several natural methods that have been proven to work, for weight loss. Here are 6 easy ways to lose weight naturally:

1. Add Protein to Your Diet

When it comes to weight loss, protein is the king of nutrients.Your body burns calories when digesting and metabolizing the protein you eat, so a high-protein diet can boost metabolism by up to 80-100 calories per day. A high-protein diet can also make you feel more full and reduce your appetite. 

In fact, some studies show that people eat over 400 fewer calories per day on a high-protein diet.Even something as simple as eating a high-protein breakfast (like eggs) can have a powerful effect.

2. Eat Whole, Single-Ingredient Foods

One of the best things you can do to become healthier is to base your diet on whole, single-ingredient foods. By doing this, you eliminate the vast majority of added sugar, added fat and processed food. Most whole foods are naturally very filling, making it a lot easier to keep within healthy calorie limits.

Furthermore, eating whole foods also provides your body with the many essential nutrients that it needs to function properly. Weight loss often follows as a natural ―side effect‖ of eating whole foods.
