Hi, if few of the guidelines are followed then you can avoid side effects of aloe vera juice. -always chose a good and reliable brand. -take juice as per the directions written over the bottle. -take juice for 3-4 months then discontinue it's use (or else take as per your doctor's advise. (anything taken in excess, has side effects including water)

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. • Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. • Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. • You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

Hello, first and formost important thing is to have excellent blood glucose control with fasting around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% <6.8. If pain is persisting or related reduced blood supply, then certain investigations may have to be done, like colour doppler or ngiography. Then suitable treatment can be under taken.

It may be because of over heat in your body. Reasons may be many. Immediately consult a ent specialist. Meanwhile, consume body cooling fluids like buttermilk, sago water, barley water, lemon juice, mint and tulsi water, tender coconut water, sugarcane juice, fruit juices etc.

Tk, apples,papaya, potatoes,ripened mangoes, soya been, cheese,milk, spinach,flex seeds, methi,almonds, walnuts,regularly to gain ,proteins, Omega3,antioxidants *Tk, a massage in circular motion, around the breast, about 100-200strokes, rubbing palms to generate heat which will b transformed to breast during massage to increase blood flow to breast to supply phytoestrogen, a harmonal instrument in growth of d breast. *Go for pawanutthan, asan,- lying down on abdomen, raise your body up from waist, keeping your shoulder, up supported on both d arms, pushing your chest ahead. *Straighten ,up your self facing a wall, hold up your head high, stand up straight, draw your shoulder back, pushing your chest ahead towards the wall, gently,for number of times. *Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your skin to raise flexibility to breast muscle. *Go for meditation to nourish cells, tissues  to make breast muscle more flexible.*Go for wall press,- stand in front of a wall, put your hand against the wall, push ups, focusing on chest, for 15-20 times. *Ensure sound sleep for 7 hrs, in d night. its very important to know how long back was your delivery to suggest exercises. Kapalbhati is likely to give you good results. Squats, crunches, toe touching exercises, side bend for shaping abs. Combine it with 30 minutes brisk walking.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hello! the reason is fat generally accumulated 1st in belly area. Its known as apple shape obesity. To be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items. Consult a dietitian.
