Dear to decrease your tummy you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help . Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. . Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. . Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. . Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. .Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine and further advise contact on private chat. Good luck.

Hi a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Empty Calories are the calories from solid fats and added sugars in foods and beverages. They add to total calories, but provide no vitamins or minerals. Allowing too many can fill your child up without supplying the nutrients they need. Empty calories can also add more calories than they need.

Better to avoid garlic and clove empty stomach as both will irritate gastric mucosa, you can take small amount of garlic made vegetables in lunch or dinner and can take clove one at a time if you are having tooth pain

Your weight is ldeal. You take Ķeva calcium tablet 1 in morning after breakfast end night after dinner with cup of milk. Do aerobic exercise yoga will help (Tadasan pachimotanasa pranayam Learn from guru than do it)

firstly start doing suryanamaskar and surya jal. also start doing Prithvi mudra with your fingers 20 minutes everyday. eat a heavy breakfast and involve in sports activity which will increase your appetite and more food will be eaten and digested, eat cow ghee with your meals. eat 20 almonds everyday, soak in water before sleeping at night, first eat 6 almonds before breakfast after 2 hours 5 almonds then after two hours 4 almonds then 3,2&1 almonds after every 2 hour.

But I am not able to remember everything taught and the trainer who is my team member ridicules me, gets annoyed if I ask her something she has already taught. You cannot avoid going to work altogether. You are definitely under some stress that needs to be investigated by a counselor. So do meet with a counselor and discuss your stress: it probably has to do with fear. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach €œspecifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries, says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week Other vegetables: At least one a day Nuts: Five servings a week Berries: Two or more servings a week Beans: At least three servings a week Whole grains: Three or more servings a day Fish: Once a week Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. Wine: One glass a day You avoid: Red meat: Less than four servings a week Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily Cheese: Less than one serving a week Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week.

Saridon is the brand name a combination pain-killer that contains acetaminophen. It should not be used for prolonged periods so as to avoid side effects (liver impairment). There is also a difference between a normal headache and diagnosed case of migraine. For relief of migraine pain, one does not need to use the pain-killer every day; only when there is an attack. Excedrin is the brand name of a pain-killer that contains acetaminophen and aspirin. It is similar to saridon. In the last few years, some medicines have been launched that prevent migraine attack. You need to consult your doctor about it. One should also keep in mind that pain on the back of the head can also be due to uncontrolled blood pressure. Hence it is important to ensure that the headache is due to migraine and not high blood pressure. For blood pressure you are taking three medicines. It is not clear from your message whether an attempt was made to control blood pressure with one or two medicines before adding on the third one. Also research has established the need for a diuretic either as the first or at least the second drug to control blood pressure. In other words, if two medicines are prescribed, one should be a diuretic (the medicine that produces more urine, removes excess salt and brings down the blood pressure).

Dear lybrate-user. What is a weak ovary? Would you please elaborate. From where you heard this terminology? Give her fresh fruits and leafy vegetables. Non vegetarian diet is acceptable. Apart from these, a multivitamin can be added more. Nothing else.
