The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling.

Vitamins are organic compounds that are essential in very small amounts for supporting normal physiologic function. We need vitamins in our diets, because our bodies can’t synthesize them quickly enough to meet our daily needs. Vitamins have three characteristics: They’re natural components of foods; usually present in very small amounts. They’re essential for normal physiologic function (e.g. Growth, reproduction, etc). When absent from the diet, they will cause a specific deficiency. Vitamins are generally categorized as either fat soluble or water soluble depending on whether they dissolve best in either lipids or water. Vitamin D is a nutrient needed for health and to maintain strong bones. Vitamin D aids in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in our bodies, helps bring calcium and phosphorus to our bones and teeth, and helps regulate how much calcium remains in our blood. Together with calcium, vitamin D helps protect against the loss of bone mass. Vitamin D's importance does not end there. It is also helps muscles function and allows the brain and body to communicate through nerves. And the immune system needs vitamin D to fight off invading bacteria and viruses. There three ways to get vitamin D: the sun, your diet or supplements. Vitamin D from the Sun Known as the "sunshine vitamin, body converts sunlight into vitamin D after it hits skin. Vitamin D from Diet Sources include: oily fish – such as salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel and fresh tuna red meat liver egg yolks fortified foods – such as most fat spreads and some breakfast cereals Vitamin D from Supplements Some individuals may need extra vitamin D, such as seniors; breast-fed infants; people with dark skin; those with certain medical conditions including liver disease, cystic fibrosis, celiac disease and Crohn's disease; and those who are obese or have had gastric bypass surgery.

I am an engineering student in VIT university. My basic problem is I am on more weight than it has to be for my height. I can reduce it by doing exercises or anything but the problem is I am thin on the upper part and fatty on the bottom. I hope you got me. Also my hip was somewhat wide but that was from my mother genes. So with this I looked like very thin feature from face, neck,hands, abdomen and from there it looks like an unmatched one. Is there any solution that I could get out of this because it does not look good when I wear series for any functions. Please do tell me.

shed weight the healthy way minus diet harts or rigid exercise plans. give up sugars and take less carbs like wheat/rice/bread/maida. reduce salt to minimum but you can sprinkle some spices on salads. boiled eggs/ roasted chane/ nuts are filling an d good source of proteins and healthy fats. eat as much as you like and can digest- seasonal fruits and vegetables one meal a day during evening only-roti-daal-subji-rice. no munching. walking is simple exercise cum meditation. swimming is good if facility available. get back after a month. since you are in a professional college and you have to study lots , do not do extra dieting /exercise.

You have to calm mind by doing meditaion and yoga ns yu will get sleep Or else you can take a tablet for a short time .Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

hello Prajwal...1st important thing , improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body..so walk regularly for good metabolism... take aayurvedic tablet chitrakadi bati after meal regularly.. take ashwgandha powder with milk daily maximum intake of fruit juices.. take high protein diet.. take sleep after meal... drink warm milk with honey before sleeping...

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.
