hi, some points will help you to gain weight. 1. Soya bean:- Meeting your protein requirements every day can be tough when you are trying to gain weight. Soya bean which has as much as 36g of protein per every 100g serving, can be a great food that’ll help you meet those targets. 2. Noodles:- Even though a lot of people think they are unhealthy, eating noodles can be a great way to add some calories and carbohydrates in your diet. Also, you could mix it with a lot of vegetables which will give them many essential nutrients like vitamins and antioxidants too. 3. Chicken:- A lot of bodybuilders don’t forget to include chicken in their diet. Not only is it extremely delicious, a 100g serving contains as much as 25g of protein. Include it in your diet for a month, and you are likely to see quick results. 4. Whole Fat Milk:- one simple substitution you can make when trying to gain weight is swapping your skim milk for whole milk. It’s only 60 calories more a glass as the fat is left in. 5. Fruits:- An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but tropical fruit can help you gain weight. Fruits like mango, papaya, bananas, and pineapple They are full of natural sugars and can give you great energy. Thanks

I am advising you following remedy 1. Take 1 glass warm water 2. Add 1 tsp giloy powder, a commonly available ayurvedic herb 3. Mix well 4. Dear Lybrate usre, *Regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling will sure help you to loose weight. *Avoid maida, more meat, butter, Curd and junk foods. *Avoid overeating. *Just with only fruits diet on every alternate day will loose obesity quickly.

I am do regular exercise such as dips, skipping rope (150-200) and running (1-1.5 km. And I also maintain a proper diet. So it is helpful to achieve a better height. Meant is there any increase in heights? I want to weight gain too?

Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you will not grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

As a general rule, you can assume that an average 8 ounce cup of coffee contains around 100 mg of caffeine. Several sources suggest that 400 mg of caffeine, or 4 cups of coffee, are safe for most healthy adults (3, 5). However, many people (including myself) drink much more than that without any issues.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
