Hello, good that you are health conscious, weight of 85kgs may include your bone weight and other good fatty acids also. Don't worry about weight, see that are you healthy enough or not, if you have a tired ness frequently, by waking for 5 mins you feel like so tired, then you have to think of weight. But I recommend, take more water in your diet and do physiacal exercise. Not a gym by default, but small things like, avoding bike if you can walk, some times play more out door games. For reducing fat first of all stop fast, fried, oily n high calory food. Take low calory n high fibre diet. Do walk daily. You can do cycling or jogging also. Take green tea 2- 3 times in a day. About water tell me in details.

Hi, dear lybrate user,- * you should go for a brisk walk in d morning* opt swimming, jogging, gardening.* use staircase in stead of a lift.*go for aerobics suitable for abdominal muscle* * take, salad, sprouts, fruits, with breads in lunch. *. Oats, green tea b the item of breakfast. Take, homoeo-medicine** @ fucus vas-10 drops, thrice with little water @ ignatia 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Report, fortnightly.

Play or learn a sport or join a class for power yoga or join a gym. Control your eating habits. Count your calories intake and try to burn atleast 400-500 calories with exercise or sports.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

All About Impulse Control Disorders

A certain psychiatric condition, which causes a person to be functionally impaired in social and occupational settings is known as Impulse Control Disorder. Most of you are granted with the ability to think before you act but it isn't the case for people suffering with such a condition. People diagnosed with this condition are not able to withstand the urge to do something detrimental to themselves or other people.

This condition is similar to other disorders such as kleptomania, compulsive gambling and pyromania to name a few. Although people suffering from this disorder do not plan their acts, the acts they do perform generally fulfill their conscious wishes. Other disorders of such similar nature like Kleptomania and ADHD, which are associated with difficulty in controlling impulses but that is not their chief feature. Patients of impulse control disorder find it highly distressful and are hence often seen to lose control of their actions and consequently their lives.

What causes this disorder?
Some medical practitioners are of the opinion that this disorder is a subgroup of other conditions, such as stress, anxiety, OCD and etc. Scientists and researchers are not particularly sure what causes this condition but have determined that it can be caused due to a combination of physiological, emotional and psychological factors pertaining to cultural and societal aspects. Also, certain brain structures linked to emotions and memory functions in and around the frontal lobe are linked to planning functions and impulses.

Some studies show that certain hormones such as testosterone which are associated with aggression and violence may also play a role in forming such disorder. Aggressive and violent behaviors are apparent in people suffering from this disorder. Certain studies have shown a connection between certain forms of seizure disorders and aggressive impulsive behaviors.

People with such disorders are also more likely to contract addiction and mood disorders. Antidepressants are usually prescribed in treating such disorders.

I am a 28 year old male and I am in an eight year long relationship with my girlfriend. I am living with her since the past 1 year. If you truly love her, then you will do things to appease her. After a long relationship of eight years and one year of living in together, it is likely to take a toll on the intensity. That is not surprising. But what I think is missing is that you both may not be investing into the relationship and it usually will get stale over time. New approaches and new methods of physical intimacy have to be explored to constantly stimulate the relationship. This is mandatory in any relationship anyway. You are fortunate that your girlfriend still wants lovemaking as passionately as before. But she may not be able to sustain this for long if you are not meeting her needs. This will then threaten the relationship from neglect. So do what you need to and get back to active sex to really appease her appetite. I hope you exercise regularly and stimulate your male hormone, testosterone. In case there is something else going on, you may visit a sexologist and s/he will guide you will some specifics.

I have lost my weight upto 10 kg in 4 months. 1 hour workout in gym .skipping dinner. Having protein powder 1scope daily morning. Problem is that my weight has struck at 83 - 84 from last 1 month. According to your height your ideal body weight should be 79 kg. Your weight is very low compare to your ideal weight. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut etc. 2 start eating jaggery, khajur, etc. Above all are high energy foods. 3 milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, and curd include in your diet. If you are non-vegetarian add eggs, white meat like chicken, fish in your diet. Above all are high protein foods. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction.
