you should get your blood sugar level checked up and you should consult a medical specialist with the blood report. for assessment and further management.

I wanna gain weght, my age is 26 now. But my weight is just 40. I am married even its been 2 years.. three years back my weight was 50. but whn i got appendicitis i lost my weight since then iam unable to gain however iam trying.. i dont eat milk products like ghee butter cheese i had ensure then protinules and pro14 but no use. I am a pure vegetarian.but i eat only egg. Plz kindly suggest me..

I am 35 year old & today I checked my Ecg is fine. & did blood test & found my hemoglobin is 10 & calcium is 8.5 Met doctor & took iron folic acid tab of 300 mg & calcium with 1250 mg Pls advice can I take calcium tab at night since I drink milk after my dinner. & also let me know how I should increase my hemoglobin faster.

Iron and Calcium tablet can be taken together to see to it you should take them separately to increase your hemoglobin level eat food which are rich in iron example 1.jaggery 2. Coriander leaves and palak 3.Peanuts 4. Dates Have more citrus fruits lemon, orange .all these things will increase your hemoglobin level.

Carbohydrates should be restricted to 45 gms per day more than that is bad for any one if you need any clarification / have doubts / have additional questions / have follow up questions.

Hi my mother is 53 years of age and is 82 kgs with 5.7" height. She has been a bit over weight for most part of her life. Recently she has been finishing it difficult to stand and work because of a nerve pull on her back. What can be done to cure this? A) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 30 ml of honey along with water early in the morning on empty stomach b) eat 1 tsf of ajova seeds along with 1 tsf of jiggery after meals c) do regularly vajrasana, sinhasan and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minute.

Please exercise daily for an hour. Fast walking. Jogging or hill climbing. Go on a strict diet. Reduce all oily. Fatty. Sweet food. Eat salads. Veggies and fruits. Have dinner before 8. It will help in reducing your body mass and weight.

Men and women are advised not to regularly drink more than 14 units a week.when drinking habits become higher, you can put yourself at risk of heart disease. Too much alcohol intake can lead to a rise in blood pressure, result in heart failure or lead to a stroke. Additionally, high intake can result in increased triglycerides and an irregular heartbeat.

Follow small meal pattern instead of having 3 major meal split into 6 minor meals .Include lots of fruits and veggies, soup.Drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday. When on the phone walk and talk. Try using steps were ever possible instead of elevators. Work your vehicle 10 min away from office and walk.

It's a spasm of muscles of that region where you feel the pain. Digestive system needs to take care of. Infection if any has to be removed. I suggest you to clean the gut by mild purgative. Also in home remedy fry little pure asafoetida in ghee. It would swell. Make powder. Add black salt and ajwain seeds. Take 1/2 to 1 tsp with hot/ warm water preferably during meals.
