Eat small amount of food.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods.Take more watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods.Take more protein to reduce fat.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Do exercise like plank,push ups,sit ups,swimming etc.And do health check ups.These will help you but for quick result consult me privately on Lybrate.

Upper Motor Neurons (UMN) motoneurons that originate in the cerebral cortex (motor strip), terminating in the brainstem or spinal cord UMNs in the pyramidal tract directly synapse with LMNs UMNs in the extrapyramidal tract synapse with neurons in the red nucleus or the reticular formation UMNs that provide contralateral innervation to LMNs are on the opposite side of the brain as the muscle, UMNs that provide bilateral innervation to LMNs "talk" to muscles on both sides of the body UMNs course through the corona radiata, internal capsule, cerebral peduncle, and finally synapse in the midbrain/pons/medulla/spinal cord Lower Motor Neurons (LMN) motoneurons that originate in the brainstem (cranial nerves) or spinal cord (spinal nerves), terminating at the neuromuscular junction (muscles) all LMNs innervate ipsilateral muscles (the muscle and the LMN that innervates it are always on the same side) LMNs receive input from upper motor neurons from the opposite side of the brain (contralateral UMN innervation) or from both sides of the brain (bilateral UMN innervation) Cranial Nerves with bilateral UMN innervation: V, VII (upper face), IX, X, XI Cranial Nerves with primarily contralateral UMN innervation: VII (lower face), XII LMN Symptoms include pharyngeal muscle weakness (involved with swallowing), weak jaw and facial muscles, progressive loss of speech, and tongue muscle atrophy. Limb weakness with both lower and upper motor neuron signs is almost always evident but less prominent. UMN- Primary lateral sclerosis is a disease of the upper motor neurons, while progressive muscular atrophy affects only lower motor neurons in the spinal cord. In progressive bulbar palsy, the lowest motor neurons of the brain stem are most affected, causing slurred speech and difficulty chewing and swallowing.

Sir according your height you should have 67 kg. So you should maintain a balanced diet.(2) take proper food. Drink 3-4 lit water/day.(2) avoid fast foods (3) take plenty of vegetables.(4) take yogurt everyday.(5) do free hand exercise, yoga, swimming, etc.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hello, Lybrate user, Take,simple, breakfast: Poha, phulkas, with vegetables, sandwich ,milk, Lunch & dinner: Rice (white/red/ brown) or, phulkas, or, khichadi (white / brown/broken rice) or oatmeals, chapaties,or Ravi balls,(1000-1300 calories) Liquid: 3/4 litters of water/day or from assorted sources e.g.milk, juice,milk shakes, Vit 'C' -gooseberry, guava,oranges, tomatoes to improve immunity & to prevent constipation, Vit'A' Papaya, sweet potatoes, oranges,to maintain skin & and good vision. Vit' B complex -Green leafy vegetable: Palak, methi leaves, drumsticks leaves, to check, constipation. Pain could be due to presence of any calculi (stone) in kidney or urinary tract. Go for an ultrasound of lower abdomen focussing kub. It may help on diagnosis.

You need to go on a diet of 2000 Kcal per day and increase your exercise. Stop all sugar intake (use Sugar free, equals, splenda) to sweeten your tea/coffee, eat only two chappati / slices of bread with each meal, or one bowl of rice. Fill your tummy with fruits like Papaya, apple and guava, or salads like cucumber, lettuce. You can eat any amount of vegetables cooked in small amounts of oil. Take the white of two boiled eggs every day and white meat like fist / chicken, also cooked in very small amount of oil. Please maintain a diary for your daily intake and go for a run / walk for 45 min every day.

Kidney stone can be removed by having some nutrients in your diet to dissolve the stones and than drinking more water to flush out naturally. It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. To loose with heathy food like eat every 3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, limit aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day. Being fat in stomach area is major risk factor for future diseases. You are right in being concerned about it. Eating high fibre (salad) every day and having a regular exercise program can also help. Find a friend to exercise together.

There is definite problem in eating so many eggs daily. Take maximum 2 eggs. Egg white is preferable instead of whole eggs

Two months back I did my blood test done in tht my hbnc report was 10% 287 blood sugar. I have been to doctor he prescribed some medicine for diabetic. Yesterday afternoon I had one sweet dish and evening I check my sugar and it was 167 .So want to know is my sugar under control or more.

lybrate-user, If your HbA1c% is 10, that means your diabetes is uncontrolled. Change in HbA1c% occurs after 3 to 4 months of proper treatment with adequate amount of drugs being taken regularly plus exercising daily and taking restricted diet every day as prescribed by the doctor. You are not supposed to eat any sweet dishes. At the most a small piece may be taken. To say diabetes is in good control, fasting glucose should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c&<6.8. My grandfather is diabetes patient and doctor still change their medicine to control sugar near about 10 times but it was still facing fluctuations in sugar level. Can he start for regular insulin injection and also suggest special food as he is very weak. His age are 75 years. Thanx.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Get innovative with preparations to get your son to eat. Make certain foods he likes at home instead of eating out of home. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help
