Do some abdomens exercises take appropiate quatity of water not more not less daily early morning running no sweets, spicy, junk good, beer, wine and take lasa fibre for reducing belly and one food suppliment take world best suppliment lasa spiruline 2-2-2 tablet thrice daily before meal.

I had an accident on 15th dec 2015. As per my ortho surgeon, I have acl tear in my left leg due to which left leg is not stable. He is suggesting for arthroscopic surgery. But I am not ready for this as I have already had left elbow surgery with implants and I do not want any more surgery. I am able to walk properly as of now. But no running, no sports. Is there any other way out for this? Pls advise.

If complete tear then surgery must and partial tear then laser therapy and strength exercise is best it depend on your tear. You don't want any other surgery and you uv no problem to walk then start strength exercise but be care full start very gradually process.

Well I can give u tips to increase ur strength...bt can't be able to increase ur height I think.take high protein in ur diet..take fruits in ur diet..take walnuts,,almonds,,dates daily.take spinach daily...take broccoli daily...take ginseng mother tincture daily..with this u need to do regular exercise..this will help.

Take balanced diet which has sufficient amounts of all components of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals with water. A healthy diet includes all these components of food without overloading oneself with just one component. Inclusion of dals, rice, milk, veggies, fruits & various oils in a balanced way will serve as a balanced diet.

It has been around 6-7 months that I started going to gym. I was advised by my instructor to take whey protein. Is it advisable to take? N is there any steroids or side effects of taking it?

Before having any kind of supplement you should have knowledge about the product. Try to include more protein in your diet and avoid supplements if it not required. Get your kidney functional tests done first and then realize do you really need it. Because requirement of supplement occurs when you are doing a heavy workout and not able to meet your protein requirements by natural diet. If you not doing a heavy workout and you do not need a muscle gain then avoid it. Otherwise collect all the details about the purity of supplement before buying any.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with chicken. Thank you

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Use curd, lassi instead of milk as they are easy to digest than milk. But first get it tested whether you have lactose intolerance. If it is there then avoid all types of dairy products.

Dear sir, for this start these things, __ take balance diet and a lot of water daily, add good amount of salads in your daily diet. Try to avoid food containing high calories. There is difference between daily work and exercise. Spend some time to burn extra fat deposit. You also need to check your thyroid function test. I. E. T3 t4 and tsh. Tell the report and your progress to guide further after 15_20 days.
