Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

I am gaining weight at my abdomen. Neither I am indulged in irregular activities nor having irregular routine like day sleeping. Joined gym as well. The only change I have experienced is that I am not expelling properly during menstrual process from last few months. Can it be the reason behind weight gain as I have observed that whenever I secrete properly ad I always used to be during menstrual process, my love handles starts disappearing visibly. And if the next month I don't go through the process properly then again the fat at my abdomen and around my waist starts bulging.

Hi, you can check thyroid test. You should do abdominal exercise, don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Do not drink water immediately after meal, you can take it after an hour. Do not sleep in the afternoon. You should do for cycling, swimming and jogging.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

First of all you should reduce your weight. Your weight is too high. You should take a holistic approach in your health management. To improve the low body temperature use dietary supplements and give her almonds and walnuts after breakfast and boil milk with dried dates 4-5 in number till the milk is half then eat the dates and drink the milk if you can get pure saffron add to the milk while boiling but not more than 3-4 threads of it. Use of contraceptives is really important to avoid unwanted pregnancy. Countries like China and India, facing the problem of population explosion lay more stress on the use of contraceptives. However, you must always use or take oral and barrier contraceptives following the advice of a medical practitioner unless it is absolutely necessary to go ahead without consultation. The reason behind medical assistance is your own health. Contraceptive methods do have a vast range of side effects that can result in health hazards. There are various kinds of contraceptives; each having its own set of advantages and disadvantages. Being acquainted with the side effects of some contraceptive methods can help you choose wisely in times of need.

  • Possible side: effects of using Condoms: Some men are allergic to latex. Using condoms can lead to heightened sensitivity. It can also lead to rashes in your genitals. Condoms are not foolproof. They do not provide total protection against sexually transmitted infections, HPV or against Syphilis and Herpes. These diseases can be contracted by coming in contact with genital skin that is not covered by a condom.
  • Possible side: effects of a Contraceptive Film: A contraceptive film might act as an interruption in your sexual activities if it is not placed properly, that is to say it must come in contact with the cervix to be effective. Using the film nonoxynol- very frequently can make you susceptible to life threatening diseases like HIV and other STIs.
  • Possible side effects of a Cervical Cap: A cervical cap has to be inserted by a clinician and requires immense care to be fitted in later. Some of its side - effects can be of serious concern. If it is left inside for more than forty eight hours, it can result in toxic shock syndrome. Toxic shock syndrome is an infection that mars your overall health. It is also known to increase the chances of inflammation of the surface of your cervix.
  • Possible side: effects of Progestin only pills: Progestin only pills or mini pills can subject you to long- lasting depression. It can make you feel bloated and can actually increase your weight to a great extent if used on a regular basis. Minipills lead to irregularities in your menstrual cycle and might also make bleeding during menstruation scanty.
  • Possible side: effects of combined oral contraceptives: If this is your first month on combined oral contraceptives, you might feel nauseous and they can give you a terrible headache. Women taking these pills have a higher chance of developing cervical dysplasia.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

And I am suffering from premature ejaculation which is not more than 2 mins. 1. Check your hemoglobin, bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of revital daily after breakfast 7. I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. How do I control diabetes and high blood pressure?  I am a heart patient with severe cholesterol. please help me?
Hi, diabetics often have high bp too unless there is any other underlying cause. First and foremost, your high bp needs to be brought under control. Make sure that you meet your diabetologist/ cardiologist in person asap, so that your high bp/ sugar/ cholesterol levels are brought down with no further delay. He/ she may appropriately advise further diagnostics, if any, and may also require referring you to other specialists including a nephrologist consultation to check upon your kidneys health. Simultaneously, you will have to check your dietary habits, especially cut down on salt, and other high calorie greasy/ oily & fatty foods. Watermelon helps lower bp. Ensure that you streamline your lifestyle, with adequate room for relaxation and de-stressing. Should you be working, you need to see how you can streamline your occupational aspect as well to reduce stress at work. This shall systemically help you keep your bp in control. Being a diabetic, the need to streamline your diet & lifestyle and relaxation/ de-stressing yourself, cannot be under-emphasized. You must ensure consumption of whole grain cereals, fresh milk, fibrous fruits like apples and leafy greens. Especially, cucumber, jamun, bitter gourd, onions, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, lemon etc are beneficial in diabetes. Banana and other high calorie fruits be best avoided. You should take water plentily and exercise (light) for at least 30 - 45 mins daily. Remember walking is the best and safest exercise unless you have other constraints with respect to your health that prohibit you from doing so. Most of the guidelines as mentioned above for diabetes and bp shall help control your cholesterol levels too. Coriander water is known to help bring down cholesterol levels. Additionally, vegetable oils with pufa, amla, cayenne, green tea, fenugreek (methi), isabgol, flaxseed et al help bring down cholesterol levels too. Daily yogasanas, pranayams & meditation also help keep fit from all angles.
