Hi Lybrate User, As per your height your weight needs to be about 70 Kgs. The extra 15 Kgs that your body carries will be stored in the abdomen area, since that is the warehouse/store-room of the body. Also certain extra fat would be there in your arms, thighs, neck and even your face. And when you work towards reduction of the fat from your body... the fat also disappears in equal proportion. Most of the workouts done by gym users are static exercises which don't burn much calories. But since they presume they are lifting heavy weights, they should eat more... hence they tend to put on more weight. If input ( food) is more than output( exercise) then weight gain will happen. So the ACTION you need to take is get going on to Intensive exercises in the gym. Example Treadmill- Speed 8 or 10... Cycling speed-30 or more.. Out of 60 mins in gym, at least 40 mins should be spent on Cardio. Rest 10 mins on intensive abs exercises and 10 mins on weights.. When you start doing this you will see changes happening to your body. Also start eating more veggies.. fruits.. salads.. buttermilk.. Cut down fried, sugars, junk, pizzaz etc Aim to be healthy and aim to be fit. Spot reduction is not possible. We can only aim to be overall fit... When you reach 70 kgs.. you will be able to achieve your dream figure.

Strength Training of Your Child - Can It Help Him Fight Disorders?

Child care is often one of the crucial aspects that have to be given due consideration during the growth of a child. Children now are susceptible to a variety of impairments, and even though there are medications and treatments to take care of their needs, they would still require a personal touch. This is where pediatric physiotherapists come in. Their primary job is to work with people of different ages from premature babies to young adolescents to ensure that they interact optimally and address their development stages. Like any physiotherapist, they are also concerned with the movements of the child, their postures and their coordination with the outside world. Let us have a look at their profession in depth.

Role of Pediatric physiotherapists
The major role of the pediatric physiotherapist would be to assess the child and make a detailed physiotherapy plan according to his/her needs. They are also required to work in close collaboration with parents, teachers, doctors and other health care professionals. Based on the length and the gravity of the treatment, it can either be done at home or at the designated health care centers. Some of the conditions they address can include:

The Challenges:
Their major focus would be in imparting guidance for the movement that the child might be hampered with. Since children would not be having the necessary control to fight a disease, they can also focus on strength training in a child. They can also slowly groom up your child to let them feel at ease with the physical world. Most of the exercises and session would focus on one critical issue their confidence level. Pediatric physiotherapists would always concentrate on this aspect, apart from the training. They always encourage the children to take part in a wide variety of activities and will also groom them to be independent. Also in older children when they have the capacity to understand, the pediatric physiotherapist should always inform the child about his/her physical nature and that there is nothing wrong with him. The more open they are to the child, the more the child would reciprocate.

There are also many medications and physical treatment plans that can be given when the child is undergoing the therapy. These can include wheelchair assist, walkers or canes. Most of the children who are affected by the conditions may also have a poor development of their vision. The pediatric physiotherapist should liaise with the ophthalmologist to take care of their needs as a sense of right vision can sometimes go a long way in how the child responds to a treatment. They also have an added commitment of making the child respond to a treatment in which he/she is comfortable in.

Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, turkey, salmon, anchovies, sardines, oysters, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

Try drinking plenty of water before eating food. You can also add salad before eating the main course. There will not be space left in your stomach to eat the whole course. You can also shift to heavier exercises which will suppress the appetite for the rest of the day.

Hi -you need high protein diet. You can drink double toned milk one at break fast 150 ml as well at bed time same amount. Apart from cereals add protein on every staple meal like bf. Lunch. Dinner add 50 gm paneer / cheese/ chana with sprouts/ mix vegetables rich in gourd family vegetables. This same amount protein you must repeat at both times meal. Apart from this you can add always sprouts 25 gm, pulses (dal, legumes, flax seeds, tofy, soyabeans, etc.

From these records, 25 patients (3.2%) with diabetes before implant treatment (136 implants) were identified and further studied with respect to age, gender, type of diabetes, treated jaw, degree of edentulism, bone graft, implant survival, periimplant inflammation, bleeding on probing, and radiographic bone loss. Furthermore, the patients' opinion about the outcome of the treatment was registered. The implant success rate was 96.3% during the healing period and 94.1% 1 year after surgery. Of all 38 bridges, one was lost. Few complications occurred and all patients, except for one, were satisfied with the treatment. Today, diabetic patients are being treated successfully for all types of edentulism, including bone-grafting treatment. Diabetics that undergo dental implant treatment do not encounter a higher failure rate than the normal population, if the diabetics' plasma glucose level is normal or close to normal as assessed by personal interviews.
