Dear lybrate-user when an ovum is fertilized in a fallopian tube, it leads to a condition called as ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is also called as extra-uterine pregnancy meaning, that pregnancy which takes place outside the uterine cavity. Ectopic pregnancies can be scary and sad. The baby probably can't survive -- though in extremely rare cases he or she might. (this is not possible in a tubal pregnancy, cornual or cervical) so it's a loss that may take some time to get over. It may comfort you to know that if you have an ectopic pregnancy, you'll likely be able to have a healthy pregnancy in the future.

Dear lybrateuser, -You don't require additional supplement of protein if you are having normal diet including protein rich foods such as eggs, non-veg, fish, chicken, milk, yogurt, sprouts, soyabeans, tofu,paneer,nuts, -include some item from above in each meal & also snack on nuts, yogurt, sprouts, this will easily cover your daily protein requirement as too much of protein puts load on kidney & liver.

Green tea alone cannot get you a flat tummy. If you are replacing it with tea/coffee, it means a cut down in calorie intake and that might help a bit. -do kapal bhati. Green tea should be had after meals to increase metabolism.

Eating well is one of the secrets to a long and healthy life. So how can you eat to live forever and sustain a healthy eating habit? Here are a few elements that you should add to your diet - pronto!

  1. Omega-3: Fish and nuts have the maximum omega three fatty acids, which are known as an anti-aging ingredient that everyone must add to their daily diet. Have a helping of baked or grilled fish for dinner with a smattering of green vegetables and carry dry fruit or nuts wherever you go to get a dose of omega three every time you are hungry for a quick snack. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

“8” Shaped Walk Maintain Good Health     
Walking is one of the best exercise and will maintain good health. We should walk with  free mind without any distraction. If it is done properly excellent health will be maintained. In this modern world Morning walk is becoming fashion and many of the people walk chatting with friends  in person or thro mobile . Walking with talking . 
   
Among the walking exercise best walking exercise is “8 shape walk method”. It is supreme of all. This is one of the best methods which give miraculous benefits as suggested by the Yogis and Siddhars. It should be practiced daily for 15-30 minutes.  Only at the time of driving license we think about 8 and drive the vehicle in the 8 shape circle and get license. Driving in the 8 shape line by vehicle we get license. But if we walk in the 8 shape line we will maintain good health.  We will see the method of 8 walk, how it should be done properly, and what are all the benefits. 
Procedure to do “8” shaped walking exercise: 

  • Practice this in the morning, evening or in empty stomach, in the open or in a room in the north-south direction.  Draw a parallel line from east to west or west to east in the north side and leave ten feet gap and  draw 8 shape line; now practice “8” shaped walking.   
  • Walk North to south and South to North clockwise and anticlockwise fifteen minutes each.
  • Practice “8” shaped walking first and then you may do some simple yogic exercise and breathing exercise.
  • During this walk we will necessarily concentrate in walking in the 8 shape line. Possibility of chatting with friends in person or in mobile like in normal walking is avoided.  Proper and normal breathing is possible.
  •  In our hand palm and leg palm all reflex points of our entire internal organs are located.(See the leg palm picture) Due to the pressure in palm, at the time of  walking ( we should walk in bare foot without shoes/chapel ) all our internal organs are activated and we get relief from concerned diseases.
  •  Benefits of doing “8” shaped walking exercise:
  • During walk in the 8 shape our entire body ( hip, abdomen etc.) is twisted and all our organs are activated.   
  •  At the end of thirty minutes of 8 walking stuffy nose is cleared and feel free breathing from both the nostrils.
  • In the mean time we can feel the cough in the lungs and sinus cavity get dissolved. The phlegm is eliminated either by spitting out or getting assimilated into the body and your asthma is reversed.
  •  As five kilogram of oxygen is inhaled due to complete respiration, phlegm in the lungs is released. Intake of five kilograms of oxygen energizes the body.
  •  Headache, Digestive Problems, Thyroid, Obesity, and Knee pains, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and constipation is reversed.
  •  It reduces the sugar level in the blood and reverses your diabetes and its complication within a year of regular 8 walking twice daily for half an hour.
  •  Improves eye sight. Due to concentration in the 8 shaped line, short sightedness and other eye related problems are improved /curtailed.
  •  Hearing power is improved. Gentle walking reduces the blood pressure.
  •  Practicing this for half an hour twice a day cures foot cracks, all types’ pain and knee pain.
  •  Aged persons and those who are unable to do this by themselves can do it with the help of others and get benefited even paralysis.
  •  Shoulder, neck, back, lumbar, knee, heels, cervical and lumbar, spondylitis, sciatica, disc prolapsed, paralysis, depression, epilepsy, migraine, diabetics B.P, thyroid, kidney and gall bladder stones, asthma, sinusitis, piles, colitis, nervous debility , sleeplessness, Heart diseases, kidney problems are benefitted through this “8” walking.
  •  Practicing this exercise regularly, brings back youth to us, reverses all your diseases And a person of seventy years old may feel that he is young like his grand children.
  •  Happily practice “8” shape walk” and enjoy good health without any disease.

Hello, -apply nandiderm on sun burns. -use sun screen in good amount and cover yourself before going out. -take tablet nutraskin everyday. -drink more water -take vitamin c from citrus fruits. -always carry glucon d or any energy drink and keep sipping on it while you are out. -do not skip meals. -do some activity, dance/exercise/walk for some time in the morning or evening. Take care. Eat healthy.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

teeth pain can be due to decay or fractured teeth, gum infection or sensitivity. get your teeth x-rayed n go for needful treatment. for decay, you might require rct n cap or removal n replacement by implants or bridge. for gum infection, go for scaling and polishing of teeth. for sensitivity, use desensitizing toothpaste twice daily.

As per your height weight is low. Your ideal weight will be 60 to 62kg. Ithink no need to reduce weight. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help to shap body. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions. Take simpal veg food, avoid over eating. After dinner walk slowly 1 to2 km daily will help you.
