Hi doctor, I want to know how much time after exercise (gym) one should take his meal, and also how much time before going to gym one should not take any food.
Can we take ccm tablets for calcium for very long periods. Am taking ccm 250 for hyperthyroid. Any natural replacement to avoid ccm.
I am 23 year old female.
