Hello sir, kindly follow these basic tips for loosing weight: * take short meals at frequent intervals. * do not skip meals * drink plenty of water (3-3.5 litres water per day) *avoid aerated drink * take fibre rich foods like fruits, raw salad, wheatbran, oats, brown bread, brown rice. *do early dinners (7; 00-7; 30 pm)

Change your food habites. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, salad, sweets, milk end milk products. Do arobic excersices, yoga, will helps. You take prosup powder 1spoon in a cup of hot milk after breakfast end 1spoon after dinner you can increase up to 2spoon in morning end 2spoon after dinner.

Noodles is a chinese recipe & they are eating it for ages without any harmful effects! if you like noodles then have it prepared at home or have it from a genuine chinese eating house. Not from the road side vendor. They contain ajinomoto, for enhancing the taste of the recipe which is very harmful to the body! be careful!

Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. 3.Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. 4.Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. 5.Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours 6.take low amount of food at regular interval. 7.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

Do regular walk 45 minutes and follow 1400kcal diet chart for which consult dietitian. Your tsh seems normal so this cannot be held responsible for your weight gain. Its lack of exercise and probably dietary issues.

As per your height your weight should be 64 Kg. For weight loss, you may try the following tips: 1. Have small frequent meals (6-8) instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Eat slowly without TV/ computer & chew your food well 3. Drink 3 litres water daily 4. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ canned/ fired/ sugary foods, soft & hard drinks, energy drinks, glucose 5. Replace refined carbs like potato, sugar, maida, biscuit, white rice, white bread, noodles, sewai with complex carbs like whole fruits (with peel), vegetables, whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, oats, barley, bajra, brown rice, atta bread), whole legumes (soybean, rajma, chana, mung gota, moth, sprouts, safed matar) 6. Have enough fibre & protein in all your meals 7. Include enough good quality protein- low fat dairy (milk, curd, channa, lassi, buttermilk), soybean, sprouts, cereal pulse combinations (khichdi, atta besan chila, idli, plain dosa, pongal), whole egg, fish, chicken 8. prefer steamed, pressure cooked, stewed foods to oily/ fried ones 9. At the time of hypoglycemic symptoms measure your sugar levels by a glucometer and we can decrease the dosages and also get your blood checked for HbA1c

In old days, men were working in farm, women were cooking, taking care of animals, going to farms with food, to bring water and other things she used to walk 4-6 miles per day. These were exercises. Youngsters were playing games like kabbadi, gilli danda, kho-kho etc.
