Anxiety is not directly related to weight loss. Anxiety impairs performance and your capabilities to deal with stress both physical and emotional. Hence anxiety particularly uncontrolled and long standing anxiety can prove detrimental for overall health of a person. You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Start changing from now, else it's gonna affect you in a long run start following small meal pattern if you have the habit of eating 3 idli in the morning, have 2 for breakfast and one for midday or midday option can be fruit, sprouts, nuts, biscuits etc lunch includes rice or chapathi with a vegetable, salad and curd evening -tea/coffee/green tea with biscuits 6pm-soup/buttermilk/salad 8pm dinner- same as lunch.

I have over weight slightly. please suggest some homely tips to me reducing my weight healthy.
Hi Lybrate user …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength for 1-3 days only…. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 7) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength…. A) Take 10-10ml of ginger juice and jaggery before meal. B) Take 30 ml of bhrungarajasava and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep…. C) Take one tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meal…Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Reply to me for further suggestions. Thanks.

Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and reasonable exercises are vitally important but only these two will not lead to weight loss until following weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements.

Sir, you need to see a physician, get a few more tests done. Diabetes is not diagnosed with just a single reading of high sugars. Then depending on your blood reports evaluating your blood sugars, since how long they've been high, how your kidneys are functioning, the correct medicine for diabetes if you have it, is prescribed. So do consult a good physician as soon as you can.

Ground flaxseeds can be added in the batter for making rotis, cookies, cakes, breads, pancakes, etc. - You can use them for making granola bars, add them to cereal, oats, porridge, salads, soups, and muesli. Mix them in shakes, smoothies, dips, accompaniments, soups and stews You can even have them with yoghurt

Am 27 years old am suffering with acidity problem day to day my weight is increasing rapidly and am becoming very lazy and feeling overweight earlier I was 73 now am 85.feeling very heavy but am a sports player. I stopped doing workouts since 9 months since then am facing problem with acidity and gas problem. Due to this I even stopped eating in nights and eating only pulkas still no change. 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily and one tablet of unienzyme three times daily after food for few days 9.Consult for further advice

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

To lose weight you need to check your diet ----eat healthy food, cut all junk food and sugary food. Exercise regularly for atleast 40 mts everyday. Take your medications regularly. As you already have pcod you have the risk of developing diabetes in future. So please lose wight by controlling diet and exercising everyday and lose weight slowly over the time. Take care.

Hi, You must have had a hypovolemic shock due to low BP. Cold and clammy extremities, sweating, loss of consciousness, light headedness, nausea are the prominent symptoms of hypovolemic shock. Kindly check your BP and if it is too low, increase salt intake by adding salt to curd rice take pickles along with curd rice. Consume plenty of fluids.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.
