I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and follow up after a month.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, rich proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, dry fruites, fruites. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help.

At times liver is not functioning properly so whatever we eat it has no effect on body. Please get your liver function test done. Share reports with us if you want to. Take 1 banana with milk daily in morning. If possible, take 1 egg daily. Take protein rich diet also.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. The cause of your problem may be either hyper acidity or intestinal worms. Avoid spicy food and food rich in oil. Take more fluids. Get your stool examined for ova and cyst. If found then you have to take medicines for intestinal worms. Follow these steps. If the problem continues then again contact us.

Weight gain is not a single day process.But following will be beneficial.Do regular exercise like weight lifting,push,ups,sit ups,and other muscle building exercise.Eat more foods more frequently.Take whole cream milk.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with foods.Eat cake,pastries,chocolate,ice cream.Eat more fish,egg,lean meat,lentil,tofu,mushroom,peas,peanut,soy milk,soybean,soy product,cottage cheese.Add extra oil in cooking.Take lots of nuts,seeds.No water just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.

Hello doctors. M want some help and guidance regarding my fitness workout and core strength. Actually I wanna know can I do my exercises at any time in a day or it must be consistent like evry 12 or 24hrs? When will the workout most effective before the meals or after the meals? The best time for exercise is early morning in open air, good climate, normal temperture, empty stomach and above all when others are also exercising and you are tension free at that time although morning time is the best but you can do it any time during the day if you have problemin morning but you should be empty stomach atleast for last 2 hours and with relax mind the bottom line is (just now stuck to my mind) do whatever you do, at whatever time you do, but enjoy it while doing in order to have 100% result-this rule fits to every aspect of life whether work, play, exercise, study,-apply it.

Madam, In my USG report fluid level is adequate and mild polyhudrous, that why doctor has suggested me do not use sugar and also for sugar test and CBC test. I am 9 mnth pregnant, I hd sugar test two times bt report was normal. My prevs. HB level was 11.3. please guide me about the effect of polyhydrous amniotic fluid. Polyhydramniosis may be increase due to gestational diabetes that why doctor advice you to avoid sugar content. So avoid sugar taking that time.

Why is eating fast bad for your health?

Are you a fast-eater? as a child most of us are told to slow down, chew the food well and only then gulp it down. Most of us have been told time and again to slow down and chew while eating. Yet, some people continue with the habit of eating fast. This might change if they knew what their speed of eating can do to their body.

Evils of eating food very fast -

1. Slows digestion - eating and swallowing fast means that the food has not been chewed properly. This delays and complicates the process of digestion. For proper digestion, the food needs to be broken down. Also, when we do not chew properly, the food that goes down the throat, is accompanied by lesser saliva, the enzymes of which are needed for the digestion to begin.

2. Can make you bloated - while eating in a hurry, chances are also there that we swallow air along without food. This makes are bloated and also gives us stomach gas.

3. Makes you eat more - to feel full, the brain and the stomach need to be at the same page to emit the signal of fullness. However, if you don't chew and just swallow, the brain-stomach coordination will break and you will end up eating more than what you need to.

4. Leads to weight gain - overeating will lead to problems like weight gain, indigestion, etc.

5. May choke you - more than thirty different muscles are required to swallow and if eating in a hurry, you increase the chance of food going down the wrong pipe, which can choke you.

What I should do for my health and which type of food I want to eat for my fitness?

Hi. Take a normal balanced diet is the key for a healthy body. Take small frequent meals, avoid junk, fatty, fried food. Go for a walk or do exercise daily.
