Hye, thanks for the query. You need to first improve your weight and health because being underweight means immunity is also low. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos.  Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight.  Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain.  Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.

I'm diabetic I'm on Tab glycomet st. Wen is suitable time to take before 1/2 an hour or 1 hour before.

Usually most of the diabetic drugs give better results when taken 1/2 hr before food or meals. If you have acidity or gas problems then some times doctor may advise you to take it after food or meals.

What is water retention in a body? how does it happens in a body and what are the care to be taken.

When water/fluid balance in the body is impaired due to any systemic failure, water is retained in the body tissue and you develop a turgid appearance. Some mostly it pits on pressure with finger especially on skin over a bone. There are lots of causes that lead to impaired fluid balance. If you or relative is having this problem better you report to a senior consultant in general medicine or internal medicine. He shall be able to identify the actual problem and find a solution.

Try to practice a lot and natural will be natural and can't be altered especially voice. If you need to sing try to practice a lot which will make your voice sweeter slowly. PRACTICE makes anything perfect.

The best way to eat garlic is by crushing one or two pods and eating it raw. Just crush two medium size pods of garlic and eat this paste on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning. If you find it too pungent to eat just as it is, you could swallow it with a glass of warm water. If raw garlic is too pungent you could opt for garlic extract pills or simply add them to your daily meal.

few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

I'm a student of 20 years. I weighed around 58 for last 2 years now suddenly my weight has started increasing drastically despite my attempts to reduce. My height is 5.3 n I weight 63 kg I really want to get to 50 kgs. I feel really complexed because of my weight. I don't exercise that much.
