What are symptoms of diabetes at age of 40 and how can be cured it without medicines.
Mr Kali Ram, Diabetes Mellitus usually does not produce any symptoms, that is one of the reasons why many people do not notice that they have diabetes. When it is fully developed most often causes excess urination, excess thirst, excess hunger, unexplained weakness and tiredness. It is a condition that occurs due to either lack of Insulin or resistance to its action or both. It can only be controlled, there is no cure.

Hello Lybrate user, what I understand from your query is that there is sensation of a crick in back of neck, do not worry this are early symptoms of ligamental and muscular weakness what you need is gradual and progressive neck muscle strengthening exercise on regular basis which will help you to improve your posture, bad seating and sleeping posture is one of the major cause of your discomfort ,i strongly recommend you consult a qualified physiotherapist who is expert in kinesiology who will be in better position to help, avoid going for unnecessary investigation, in meantime you can start taking homeopathy medicine for speedy recovery,

Dear lybrate user, you should take the following medication:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic china 30 or cinchona officinalis 30, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals in a cup of water. If you do not stop drinking then your health would be affected adversely, you can discontinue gradually but surely with a time based plan per week, per month, if you strictly follow your plan with discipline then you can surely give away the strong desire to drink which is like a itch, if you do not itch it then the itch automatically goes away.

These are protein, fibre & B vitamin rich. By soaking you are reducing the content of inhibitors (phytates) in these whole legumes, thus enhancing the nutrient availability. But you may consider sprouting them before consumption for higher nutrient content (vitamin C also)& better digestibility.

No its not poisonous because it didn't got dead in it and even not there for hours. And even if your are doubtful then drain all the water from your tank, clean it and refill it. But always use boiled water or filtered water for drinking and cooking and properly close your overhead water tank.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Lybrate-user, psoriasis like diabetes is not curable. It keeps coming in episodes. The lesions reduce considerably and tend to appear again. Treatment has to be continued. Same is the case with diabetes. Both these conditions need on going treatment.
