Hello eating too much for every individual doesn't mean that u should put on Weight,some ppl have improper absorption from intestines,,so u tend to loose weight even though u eat,just make it a habit to eat 2hrs once in small quantiy. DO's: small frequent meals,Drink 7 to 8 glasses of water.. take of protein rich products. Don't stress urself too much be it any matter, sleep for 7 to 8 hrs.. Don't: skipping breakfast,not drinking water.. if u still feel this is not working out then take homoeopathic tincture SENECIO AUREUS 5 Drops in half cup of water morning n night for 1 month..u ll surely see the difference..

Too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. If you have a lot of excess fat around your waistline, even if you’re not very heavy, then you should take some steps to get rid of it. Don’t Eat Sugar avoid sweetened beverages, Eating enough protein is a very effective way to lose weight. Eat foods rich in fiber, cut down carbs from your diet, Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week.

Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Maintain your calorie intake to maximum of 1500/day and try to burn 500 calories per day through exercise the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat of the total diet should be: carbohydrates -50% protein-40% fat-10%

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. It is true that you'll be putting the breaks on gaining weight if you're nutrition is impaired. Gain the lean weight you need. However, there is a clear difference in getting bigger and getting more muscular. I am talking about gaining weight without getting fat which will make you more muscular, not just bigger. If you're training protein free, you won't be able to gain weight or add an impressive amount of muscle mass if you're not consuming enough clean calories to promote hypertrophy; i. E. Muscle growth. On the contrary, if you don't eat enough, chances are that you'll lose muscle no matter how hard you train. These people who are extremely thin also tend to go with unhealthy food and junk to add extra fat to the body before going with natural process to gain weight. For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: whole pulses lentils rajma paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu dry fruit ladoo granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter whey water gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets.
