Hi. It's dosage is 200 mg thrice a day. It is good drug for o. A. It can be regularly. And pl. Check up regularly with doctor also. Avoid more exercise.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. - Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. - Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. - Take one / two small packs (20gm) butter daily. - Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily - Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. - If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. - Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. - Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. - No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. - Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. - Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be cheerful.

Lybrate-user, follow these tips: food: add lot of fiber in your food (vegetables, fruits, salads. Avoid oil & sugar. No bakery food, cold drinks. Reduce carbohydrate intake. Increase protein by including legumes, fat free milk & milk products. Exercise: ad crunches, sit ups, walking, jogging are good exercises to lose belly fat. Rest: sleep for 6-7 hours in a day & learn meditation.

Feel comfortable and feel good in having food and water. There are lots of rules and rules, and everyone will give different rules. Some of them are conflicting rules with different reasonings. My personal recommendation is that, when you drink water is not important. Till the time you are drinking enough water. I have seen a lot of people who are so caught up with'Water Rules' that they don't drink enough water and end with obesity / constipation / Kidney stones because they are following too many rules. So the bottomline is Have more water - don't be over burdened with rules.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

hello sir you can reduce weight with following: eat healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise routine. drink plenty of water. include fruits, seasonal vegetables and sprouts. take small and frequent meals. avoid zimikand, arbi, mango and cheeku. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. thank you for detailed diet plan you can consult.

Take diet in hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea,coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress. Take Some Relax during work. Proper follow up you can feel better and control weight also.

Dear lybrate-user, I can feel your anxiety and concern. Having multiple disorders require many medicines to be prescribed for each of the disorder. Diabetes can cause erectile dysfunction and many medicines can also lead to erector dysfunction. Also stress and depression associated with chronic multiple disease can contribute or cause erectile problems. It'll be prudent on your part to consult the doctor personally after letting him know proper history. This way he can help you better.

7 hour sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active Get following test done and review with reports CBC Thyroid function test (fasting)

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The values are fine. TSh is very marginally high. Hypothyroidism is diagnosed when TSH crosses 10 mU/L. Between 6 to 9.9 mU/L it is sub-clinical hypothyroidism, needing no treatment, unless there any troublesome symptoms related to hypothyroidism. Thanks.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Don’t skip breakfast. Thank you.

Its ok to be underweight but until you are healthy, thin people are healthy but when thin people become weak its alarming and one has to take cure. I can suggest you some natural remedy to gain weight. 1.Make sure your intestines are clear and well detoxified because they might be the root cause of your thin body condition. For the detoxification of your stomach and intestines drink at least 1 liter lukewarm water right after you wake up in the morning sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) and rinse your mouth with luke warm water and then gulp it in (sip the water instead of drinking it in speed). 2.Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee in the entire day along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) The best remedy is sitting in" Prithivi Mudra" (see image) for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight) 3.Another tip is that the best time for breakfast is after the sunrise till 2 and half hrs of sunrise (for example if the sunrises at 6: 00AM in your city then the best time for breakfast is 6: 00AM till 8: 30AM). 4.After your breakfast don’t drink water for at least 90 minutes. The only liquid which is allowed during or after breakfast is fresh fruit juice and not the packed one with preservatives! 5.Have your lunch minimum 4 hour or maximum 6 hours after your breakfast. In between you can have nuts or fresh fruits as snacks. Again you are not allowed to drink water till 90 minutes of your lunch besides you can have buttermilk (not lassi but chach and matha) after your lunch.
