Diet plan is necessary. You must take protein like cheese, cornflakes, boiled eggs, fruits salad, smoothy of green vegetable daily. Lunch and dinner as usual.

Yes you should not take any food supplement for few days and then see if this corrects your current problems. However I do not recommend any synthetic food products till the time you are bed-ridden OR unable to take the natural source of food and vitamins - green leaf vegetables/fruits/egg/meat/fish.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you.

Hello, weight loss is due to improper digestion and less hours of sleep. Try this ayurvedic tips- a) fix you eating time b) proper 7-8 hours sleep will help you c) asanas like pawanmuktasana are very helpful in gaining weight d) digestion must be cured first by ayurvedic medicines

to gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

Towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hello, hope you are doing good. 1. Drink more water early in the morning, which cleans your stomach, you feel some uncomfort for few days, but be habituated to drinking water in a empty stomach. 2. This will reduce stomach related issue, and keep you soo active. 3. Reduce heavy oil food in dinner. Add sorghum made chapati 4. Dont worry about lossing weight, you will be good if you take diet on time. Start taking protein supplement in your diet along with omega-3 fatty acid. Cost you around 6000/- lost for 4 months.
