Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Stop eating junk and processed food. Include protein rich food in your diet. Fluid should not be taken before or with a meal but only after a meal so that food intake is not reduced. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Happy birthday to all. Bcoz you going to start a new life from tomorrow

Diet and workout is a key to success.
Eat frequent meals
Avoid junk food
Drink 3-5lts of water a day
Switch to healthy snacks like nuts, dry fruits etc

Tried to start your day with lime and honey 1tsp with water in empty stomach

Breakfast focus on carbs and healthy fats. Eg oats n almonds with a glass of milk, can add egg for protein

Before lunch drink juice any or a apple

Focus on sandwich with fruit for lunch. If possible prepare at home

Snacks eat healthy mentioned above.

Finally dinner. Tried to eat less food and 1st glass of milk n alot of water. So your stomach fill.

Workout. Cardio is best with little weight training.

Regular diet n workout if your willing to see result.

Nothing comes in a night. Wait wait wait.

Hello, according to ayurveda weight gain not only depends upon heavy diet but also on other factors like proper digestion, sound sleep, and mental relaxation. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

I am a type 2 diabetic. For the last 10 yrs. Was on glycomet gp1 forte + valibo 0.3 till now. Another specialist has advised to use trajenta duo 2.5/500 + diamicron xr 60 mg. Is the to new medicine safer to use?

The fat you can see and grab, the kind that hangs over your waistline, is soft subcutaneous fat. Ninety percent of the fat on your body is subcutaneous fat. While you can accumulate this type of fat by eating more calories than your body burns, there's a genetic and hormonal connection as well. Too much fat is harmful for the body. A diet filled with refined carbs, such as white bread packaged foods and junk, snack foods, is associated with increased subcutaneous belly fat. Thirty minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise -- like a fast-paced walk or low-impact aerobics -- most days of the week helps you lose the belly flab. Alos, don't forget strength-training.
