Hello, 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Phytolacca drops, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. Inform for further help.

She breathes heavy when climbs more than 2 floors her bp today was 130/70 ecg is done Dr. says it's OK go for echo test today she has under gone many tests like lipid profile and all. Hello, May be you are working out efficiently. Try and, monitor your exercise with the help of qualified fitness trainer. If the diet is not correct, you cannot expect fruitful results. Close monitoring of diet is also, required. Weight loss happens when calorie output exceeds calorie input.

Hello, cucumber has lot of water content. Eating cucumber at night may disturb your sleep as you need to get up to urinate. Apart from this, I don't see any other reason for not eating cucumber after sunset.

Take high fiber diet. Have luke warm water before nd after meal. Take aloevera juice early morning nd post dinner. Take plenty of fruit. Include salad in your diet.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Home Remedy- Drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Treatment- 1-take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. 2-Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Diet-avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi, Can you kindly mention, your weight and height. Is there any medical condition in past, that you would like to share. Is there any history of smoking or alcohol in take. Do you work in late night shifts. Are you working or student. Can help you only after getting answers for these questions. Mean while you can try out balance diet, total intake of calories if you are more than 60 its should be atlest 2000 calories per day. Drink at least 7-8 glass of water. Every day sun exposure of 10 mins in day time. Work out anywhere where between 10-20 mins in a day. Avoid stress and negative people company. Meet with friends who are positive and optimistic.

Firstly, you have to modified your lifestyle and food habits. 30 minutes exercise or walk is essential. Don`t skip the meal take more fibre and liquid in your diet eat more fruits instead of juice but avoid banana, and mango like more calorie fruits. Do not take rice in dinner avoid sweets, fried foods and fast food in your diet instead of more chappati you can add more green vegetable and salad in your daliy diet

Banana as superfood.
You could call the fruit kela (banana) nature’s convenience food. They are widely available, inexpensive, and found in their own natural packaging. You don’t need to wash them, and you can eat them on the go and at any time of day. From a baby’s first weaning food to a snack that seniors with chewing difficulties can easily manage, banana can be enjoyed throughout your life.

Banana vary in size. According to the US Department of Agriculture, one medium banana will give you just over 100 kcal and 3 grams of fibre (around 10 per cent of your daily fibre needs). They’re rich in potassium (13 per cent of your daily needs), which helps to maintain healthy blood pressure. Banana also provide vitamin C and are naturally free from fat, cholesterol and sodium.

Three things to do with Banana:
•Bake them: Simply slit open the skin with a knife and pierce the banana with sliced almonds. Bake until soft and the colour has brightened a little. Serve with low fat yogurt. Katcha kela, or plantain, is used like root vegetables in savoury dishes. You can bake them too – they take longer to bake, but can be enjoyed with a sprinkle of chili powder and lemon juice.
•Freeze them: Freeze slices of banana and use them as fruity ice cubes, a snack to replace sweets, or whizzed up in a blender with milk and strawberries for a refreshing smoothie.
•Spice them: Heat mustard seeds and cumin seeds in a pan with a little oil; add thick slices of banana and sauté with haldi and chili (add a little water to prevent it from sticking). Top this with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatti. A tasty sweet and spicy dish!

Hi, if your workout is good, then I don't think it will lead to weight gain. But you can make it more protein rich by adding powdered dried fruits especially almonds,and sattu 1 spoon. Instead of milk you can add curd which will make it lighter on your stomach
