Hi,Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month. Take care.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. A person having diabetes and high BP can definitely do good work out and also build sizable muscles. In fact doing more exercise shoud be helpful. But primarily your blood glucose and BP should be in strict control. Fasting should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8 or even lower. BP 120 to 130 / 70 to 80 mm Hg. Thanks.

Madam, seven years is a long time to suffer in pain! this pain owing to its duration could be diagnosed in several ways. It could be due to: a) bad mattress b) poor position c) nutritional issues like vitamin and mineral deficiency d) orthopedic issues which may include osteoporosis and decreased disc space making the back and legs weak. E) neurological issues likr a persistent slip disc. Whatever i've mentioned is based on the brief history you've given. It could be something really simple that needs small correction. Exercising and stretching should give you some relief. Although I suggest you get a complete workup done so that a more specific diagnosis can be made. Regards.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Your liver not working normaly thats why you are not gaining weight. You take liv, 52 syrup 1spoon 30minuties before lunch end dinner. Change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, milk end milk products will help you. Do arobic excersices, yoga, will help you.

I am a student my age is 21 years though I eat much I could nt gain weight. What can be dat reason behind this.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

hi your height can grow till 25 year take following remedies 1.flax seed powder 1 tsp after lunch and dinner with warm water 2.lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 3.ashwgandha churna 1 tsp with milk at 6.30 pm

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

Hi, lemon helps you in reducing your weight by increasing your metabolism. You can take lemon juice on empty stomach with honey in luke warm water. Make sure that the water is not hot as it destroys the vitamin-c of lemon. Lemon also helps you feel better from vertigo condition, adding lemon juice to your meal will be a better option too.

Hi lybrate-user, your concern is to increase body weight, add full cream milk/curd / lassi. So early morning include mango/ banana/ chickoo shake. Bf- bread jam/ aloo parantha/idli sambar etc. 11- 1200- sugary fruits (mango chickoo, banana, musk melon etc) lunch- rice + roti + veg + salad + dal + curd 4.00- 5.00 - black roasted chana/poha /dalia/upma 6.00- fruits/ bread jam/ ice cream dinner - roti 1 + veg + salad + dal add any sweet dish- halwa / kheer / julab jamun etc.

Hello Lybrate user .we can suggest you to control your calories and eat frequently. Eat small meals after 2-3 hrs .eat healthy like fruits veg salad in a day as much instead of junk food .in your diet include high fiber and protiens. Walk daily do some exercise and more suggestions and motivations join our diet clinic.

good to know that reports are normal but 15 years old girl is suffering , she has entered a new phase of her life , menarche -means periods must have started by now and her symptoms can be due to fluctuating hormones , it takes a year or two to get regular cycle , seek the help of a counsellor whom you can trust , some elder worldly wise woman or some trust worthy relative/friend. it does not look like that she needs any medicines but you can get basic blood tests to know Hb and infections

Dear lybrateuser, - Vitamin deficiency can be found by blood check up - for cold do steam inhalation twice a day - take tablet Okacet - C, 1 tablet three times a day after meals - avoid all cold fluids, have more of warm fluids, tea, coffee, milk, soup.
