Hi sir, he wants to eat protein powder are they safe to eat or they have some side effects?

Hi sir, he wants to eat protein powder are they safe to eat or they have some side effects?
Hi lybrate-user never take supplements, they are slow poison which will harm your body, television ads and gym coaches will never tell you the side effects because they want profits. To gain weight firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning, secondly start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes, do this for 20 minutes. Buy shilajit satt from patanjali store put 2 drops in hot milk and eat with 2 bananas everydayin morning. Eat lots of almonds, paneer, 2 figs, green seasonal vegetables and drink atleast 3 to 4 liters of water everyday but make sure you drink no water after eating your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes. Thanks.

My friend is about 75 kgs. And he want to loose his weight asap. He is 21 years old. What exercises and measures he should take? Is their any way to loose 2-3 kgs in a week?

2-3 Kgs weight loss/ month is suggested ideally. Very fast loss of weight can be gained back easily and is not recommended for good health. Ask your friend to start exercising regularly for an hour (brisk walk/ yoga/ gym/ swimming/ dancing). He should engage in some sort of sports activities like tennis/ squash/ football/ cricket/ badminton if possible. He should avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ ready to eat/ sugary/ fried foods/ cold drinks/ alcohol/ refined grains like biscuits, white rice, maida, white bread, noodles. Instead have more complex carbohydrates like salads, whole fruits, atta, atta bread, brown rice, dalia, oats, suji, bajra, ragi, jowar. Small frequent meals are suggested instead of few large ones. Skipping of meals and binge eating or eating in front of TV or computer should be avoided.

Hi sir Actually I am try to lose my weight but more then try but my weight are not lose.

MBBS, Diploma In Dermatology & Venerology & Leprosy (DDVL)

Hi sir
Actually I am try to lose my weight but more then try but my weight are not lose.
Weight 1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

What is difference between type one diabetics and type two diabetes? Did exercise helps in the regulating diabetics.
Exercise will help in both types of diabetics as we burn callories i. E. Sugar. Regularating diabetes means one has to maintain bl. Sugar fasting &post pradial (@hrs, after lunch) &also hba1c below 6.00. Disciplined diet, exercise, sports, yoga, meditation etc. Helps to maintain bl. Sugar. Stress management is also essential as we get stress induced diabetes. Type r mostly on insulin inj, type2 is treated with drugs & at times insulin. In borderline cases diet & excesise also helps.

Hi Father's age is 55 years. To gain strength what nutrition you can suggest. I heard Ensure nutrition is best. Please guide.

Certificate Course in Fitness Management
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Faridabad
Ensure Nutrition is a good choice as it is a supplement range from Abbott (a big and trusted name in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry). Along with this, try to consume a variety of fruits and vegetables throughout the day in the form of salads and juices. It is always better to eat real whole food than to eat Powdered extracts. Our body was not designed to digest powdered or crushed food and thus it struggles a lot to absorb nutrition from concentrated powdered supplements (specially in older people).

Feeling low on energy levels and exhausted because of this rising temperature?
Replenish your body by adding few fresh, juicy foods apt for this scorching summer heat!
?Incorporate smoothies made from berries or fresh fruits with yoghurt
?Have watermelon crush
?Vegetable salads including cucumber, corn, tomato, lettuce
?Include herbs like mint and coriander in the glass of buttermilk.
The antioxidant properties of these healthy foods helps in lowering the risks of inflammatory diseases and age related problems as they flush out the toxins from your body making you feel relaxed and energetic.

No, it has no side effect. But to stay fit you should never leave exercising. You can go for a brisk walk in the park instead of going to the gym.
