Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hi, how can I reduce fat in my body.
Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi lybrate-user if your abdominal fat is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your fat, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your fats swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

Taking Milk with Banana or dates does not lead to diabetes. Your weight and height are in good proportion, so you don't have to worry about diabetes. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. To improve immunity, take more citrous fruits, lime water and any good Chavanprash.

Dis is Nithin. My father is an diabetic patient. As he suffered with foot cellulitis last year & infection level increased. In order to decrease infection level he had undergone skingrafting surgery. It was normal fr few months & again it started swelling in the near foot grafted region. May I know the best treatment for it at present situation.

Skin infection is quite common in diabetic patients. Control hyperglycemia. Prevent lower limb from any kind of injury. If cellulitis has occurred again start antibiotics after consulting.

Dear you can easily gain weight by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy

Take plenty of water and juices. Take diet rich In protein and fibers low in fat. Avoid heavy, oily, spicy fast and junk food. Do regular exercise and yoga like Surynamadkar, Abdominal crunching, push-up, swimming and jogging etc. You can take list of do's and don't with proper diet plan from me.. I have loose motion from 7 months. I eaten lots of medicine but it didn't help me. I loose 12 kg weight in 7 months. I shown 4 doctors of patna nd 2 gastroenterology doctors but they are failed to get my real illness. Lots of test they have done like stool test, Tissue transglutaminase igA-4.80 ml, s. bilirubin-1.1, elisa for Mf-negative, elisa for HIV 1 nd 2- negative, And barium meal -- unremarkable. All my test are very good. Sgpt-31 Sgot-25 Stool examination, occult blood- absent STOOL EXAMINATION, ROUTINE. 2 MONTHS BEFORE RESULT THIS I M GIVING U. Colour- dirty brown but now months colour is good. . Form and consistency- semi- digested Reaction- acidic Charcot-leyden crystal- nil Pus cells- nil RBC-nil Macrophages-nil protozoa parasites-nil Helminthic ova- nil Other observation- nil I have jaundice in 2009 and in 2014 but doctor said no need to worry about liver. Its good. Please help me doctor. I feel sleepy late. Please read all things And reply .

Do shavasan before going to sleep. Be happy and avoid stress from your life. Do yogasan regularly like anulom vilom bhramri and light stroke of kapalbhati for 10 mins daily. In medicines take gangadhar churn 50 g with bilwadi churn mix both well, and take 1 tea spoon ful with warm water 1 hour before lunch n dinner. 2-2 tabs kurajghanvati n chitrakadivati in every 2 hours till loose motion become subside.

Biotin deficiency and some enzyme defect cause the brown hair. But it an early premature greying as well. Brown hair is the second most common human hair color, after black hair. It varies from light brown to almost black hair. It is characterized by higher levels of the dark pigment eumelanin and lower levels of the pale pigment pheomelanin. Its strands are thicker than those of fair hair but not as much as those of red hair. People with brown or black hair are often referred to as brunette biotin deficiency and some enzyme defect cause the brown hair. But it an early premature greying as well.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1.Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3.Drink water a half hour before meals. 4.Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5.Eat soluble fiber. 6.Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7.Eat your food slowly. 8.sleep 7-8 hours 9.go for regular exercise Constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

To reduce tummy avoid all refined food items from your diet such as maida, pasta. Avoid all sweetened beverages from diet such as tea, coffee, cold drinks. Moreover do take amaranth grain as a breakfast cereal to reduce belly fat.

Hello sir, breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it gives you energy to work the whole day. It will not have immediate serious issues, but in the long run, it can lead to acidity, lack of concentration in work and nutritional imbalance. If you find little time for breakfast, you can have quick and easy breakfast anytime before 10: 00 am like a fruit, milk with corn flakes, one boiled egg with one toast or a vegetable sandwich.

I gave the double dose of insulin at night (one before the meal and other 1.5 hours after the meal )whereas I was advised to give only pre meal insulin. (8 units) The time difference between my meal and post insulin was 1.5 hours . What precautions should I take now?

Excess dose of insulin may cause hypoglycemia. Symptoms of hypoglycemia are excessive sweating, light headedness, dizziness, palpitations, undue weakness, loosing consciousness etc. If getting symptoms like this take glucose powder 25-50 gm dissolved in a glass of water or simply table sugar. Do check blood sugar by glucometer if available. In case of hypoglycemia immediately contact nearby physician.
