Weight gain is normal after pregnancy. It would require proper assessment to determine the exact cause of this gain. Only then can we start an appropriate treatment & medications (if required).

Hello lybrate-user irshad pre-mature graying of hair is mainly genetic. Unfortunately theres very little we can do to make the natural hair colour to return. Vitamin b 12 deficiency or thyroid related are few other factors that can cause graying.

U take low calorie low sodium high protein diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Don't take coffee. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 in a day on frequent interval.

U should drink eight to ten glasses of water. This would amount to an intake of around 2.5 litres of fluids everyday. If u exercise znd sweat a lot,intake may increase. If u have sedentary lifestyle, intake may decrease. Hope I answered your query

First you need to under stand some thing that the height a person attains is mostly decided right from the time a person is born, by his genetics. Height is mostly hereditary and a persons height is determined by the height of the father or mother. Still some inches of growth is possible by taking some healthy steps which you should always try. Try taking a healthy food and never skip a break fast. Sleep adequately. Growth hormone is released at night in sleep and you should give sufficient time to sleep. Do regular exercise. Preferably stretching exercises like skipping, hanging from the bar or standing tall on ones toes. Also sports such as badminton and basketball also increases the height. Adequate weight control is essential to divert your energy to increase in height. You can try all of them regularly and just hope for the best. Don't fall for all the super natural remedies claiming to increase height in 2-3 weeks.

Hello, this habit may be due to anaemia so kindly get your 1. Cbc checked and 2. Serum vitamin b12 level let me know if you are having other symptom like stomach pain/ discomfort/ passage of warm form stool/ nausea etc. Consult physician for further management.

Hello! small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. Aim for around 40-50g carbs and 20-30g protein. This stabilises your hormonal system to enable tissue regeneration and keeps blood sugar stable.

Hi, stomach ache may be due to gases accumulating in stomach and not passing out. In summer avoid eating junk food as this food may be contaminated and may contain bacterial growth. Drink plenty of water (3-4liters /day) eat fruits and avoid spicy food. Take tab biochemic 25 (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day for 15 days nux vomica200 4pills to be sucked twice a day.

My mother is facing the problem of urinary incontinence for the past 3 years. She has been checked up by doctor thoroughly and the doctor has told her that this problem is due to the weakening of bladder muscles. What is the treatment available for such a problem? Hi lybrate user 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm 3) avoid coffee and tea a) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals b) take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals c) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach d) do bhujangasana and pavanmuktasana, uttanapadasana in morning on empty stomach for 15-20 minutes regularly. Do all these things for 15 days gives you good result thanks.

From past 6 months I was doing shirsasna (yoga) due to hair fall problem, but now to to this yoga my eye muscles has been weaker, now I have stopped shirsasna yoga, but my eye muscles not being recovering, what should I do, please help me.

I think you have got both the issues wrong. Shirshasan does not promote hair growth, neither does it reduce the effectiveness of eyes. All these are myths. Yoga promotes general well being, where as hair growth is effected by a number of factors like heredity, diet, exercise etc. Please visit an eye doctor and get your eyes checked. Eat proper diet and exercise properly. No exercise can do miracles, however sustained practice of Yoga / any exercise will keep you fit and healthy.
