take high protein diet and high calorie diet. have small and frequent meals. take any sweet item after dinner. take cold coffee, soya milk, coconut water , paneer, egg.

I got a fever around 101 degree every 20 days. And when I took a tablet its get cured by next afternoon or nearby that. Further it seems that it is due to the gym which I have joined 6 months ago. Pls suggest me wat to do. Bcos when I come from gym. I went to shop after one hour. May be I didn't get rest. Pls help.

There is as such no special food unless you consume 500 to 1000 calories more as per your requirement. Below given are some guidelines which will help you out. 1. Increase your caloric intakes by about 500 to 1000 calories per day. Extra 500 calories/day will help you gain up to one pound in one week. 2. Eat frequently. Eat your three main meal (breakfast, lunch dinner) spaced about 5 hours apart. In addition eat two to three snacks a day in between meals. 3. Snacks should be of high calorie such as milk shakes, yogurt, high carbohydrate food- banana. 4. Eat more complex carbohydrates like whole-grain breads, pasta and brown rice etc. 5. Never skip your breakfast. Include one eggs and fruit juice to your breakfast.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

try this To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake. dont go for sauna beltand vlcc

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Increase eating healthy food. Eat more frequently. Use whole cream milk or milk shake 300-400 ml. You can use weight gainer nutritional supplement. Eat more raw whole fruits, dense vegetables, unprocessed foods. Take banana 3-4pcs/day. Take dates, yogurt. Use more ghee, butter, cheese, jam, jelly with food. Add cream with tea/coffee. Add extra healthy oil in cooking. Take fish, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, mushroom etc. No water before or during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water and proper sleep.

Haemoglobin level up to 10.5 is considered normal during pregnancy. Avoid taking unnecessary tonics / Haematinic capsule/ tablets etc. they disturb normal digestion instead take green leafy vegetables, pomegranate, apples you can take a Homoeopathic medicine Alfalfa Q 10 drops twice daily with some water for weakness & tiredness

Do regular walk 45 minutes and follow 1400kcal diet chart for which consult dietitian. Your tsh seems normal so this cannot be held responsible for your weight gain. Its lack of exercise and probably dietary issues.

There is no side effect of drinking lemon and honey with warm water in early morning. Infact there are several benefit if taken in correct way. Take one full glass filled with warm water, add half lemon into it and one teaspoon of honey and stir it well and drink. If taken in correct proportion then it has several benefits let me share some of them: 1) weight loss - many researches has been done to rule out that drinking warm water, lemon and honey helps to reduce weight loss. 2) relieves from constipation by stimulating digestive system. 3) better digestion. You must have seen many people taken lemon water after taking heavy food in night. It is because lemon helps to digest the food. On the other hand if taken daily early morning, it makes your liver, digestive system strong. Honey also work as an antibacterial so keeps your immune system strong. 4) improves dehydration by cleaning the lymphatic system. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

You need to start eating high protein and good quality fat. Include lots of paneer, whole pulses, soya, dals, curds and milk. If you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken and fish thrice in a week. Start exercising which helps you increase bmr and hunger.

To control diabetes it's important to follow the do's and don't of a diabetes. Exclude all starchy vegetables from your diet such as potato, colocasia, raw banana. In fruits all sweetened fruits should be avoided such as bananas, mango, litchi, chickoo, grapes. And apple in moderation.

Hi, The reference range for prothrombin time depends on the analytical method used, but is usually around 12–13 seconds (results should always be interpreted using the reference range from the laboratory that performed the test), and the INR in absence of anticoagulation therapy is 0.8-1.2. The target range for INR in anticoagulant use (e.g. Warfarin) is 2 to 3. As your report is 2.3 which can be risky undergoing any kind of surgery. So, please talk to your concern doctor who can guide you accordingly.
