Probably you are not getting enough sleep. Try to sleep 30 mins earlier than normal. No disturbances during night. Switch off TV etc well before sleeping. Try to do shava-asana before sleeping. Helps to relax. Don't overeat at night. No spicy food at night. When you sleep well at night, your morning will be fresh.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Proper diet and regular exercise will help you to reduce fat.Do exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,squat,plank,yoga.No sugar,sweetened juice,fruit juice,soft drinks.Avoid fast foods.junk foods,processed foods.Take more watery vegetables.Use whole fruit.Take unrefined foods.Eat more protein for weight loss.Use healthy fat.Drink lukewarm water after meals.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take proper rest.

This is the main problem now seeing in many patients who are working in night shifts. Loss of sleep is one of the reason for many psychosomatic disorders. Beer will cause obesity and damage liver if taken in large quantities. How quickly it damages varies from person to person and is unpredictable. If you think taking liv 52 will prevent it, then you are highly mistaken. If you have taken enough alcohol and if your body is susceptible, then it will happen. The concept of taking a poison and soon afterward, taking an antidote will save lives is a myth for the purpose of movies. Not in real life.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.
