You can safely continue with liv52 at the same time, also do some exercise. Take high protein diet with eggs, chicken, fish and soya in vegetarians take milk and milk products daily eat fresh fruits and dark salads drink at least 3 lts water in a day sleep for 6-8 hours at night ask these will help improve your general health take smaller meals if you have some digestion problem.

Hi, yes I think even if patient is asymptomatic, he should get surgical procedure done as it is necessary ,Agastston score shows calcification in each coronary artery.

Can Your Fridge Make You Sick?

Did you know your health could depend on how clean your fridge is? The person's fridge can be the marker of his good health or his bad health.  Most of the times, people neglect cleaning their fridge or just randomly stock up their fridge without organizing the food in correct compartments. An unclean refrigerator can contribute to spoilage of food and drinks due to an unhygienic environment.

The following measures can make you healthy: 

  1. Temperature Control: Make sure you control the temperature of your refrigerator from time to time according to the storage requirements of the foods. Lack of temperature control can make your fridge a breeding ground for harmful bacteria and viruses. Milk products and meat have certain storage requirements therefore, temperature control is recommended to prevent spoilage and allows you to use food in the proportion required and store the rest. 
  2. Organization of Foods: Storing the foods in correct compartments can actually keep them fresh for a long time. It is wise to organize the storage of your foods in a way so that the ones which are highly perishable are kept in the coldest area. Keep milk products, vegetables and poultry in separate places to avoid food spills. Make sure you store the foods in proper containers so that they don't drip and mix with other food. 
  3. Prevent Growth of Bacteria: Cleaning your fridge is of vital importance to prevent the growth of bacteria or any other virus. An unclean refrigerator can induce growth of parasites thereby increasing the risk of food poisoning and other problems. Fermentation or frequent curdling of milk products can be a sign of an unclean fridge. Make sure you clean your fridge regularly to avoid contamination of your food.
  4. Get Rid of Expired or Rotten Food: Cleaning the refrigerator on a regular basis can help you get rid of expired foods and rotten vegetables. It often happens that food gets spoilt inside the fridge due to lack of temperature control, improper storage or simply because it was left inside for a long time. It is best to check the contents of your fridge routinely and get rid of any food which gives out a stink or has changed color in ordered to keep the other foods in good condition.

 The above points will ensure you eat more healthy and in turn, will result in a better overall health!

I am a type 2 diabetic. For the last 10 yrs. Was on glycomet gp1 forte + valibo 0.3 till now. Another specialist has advised to use trajenta duo 2.5/500 + diamicron xr 60 mg. Is the to new medicine safer to use?

It is safe. The new medicine does not cause low sugar levels but it potentiates the effect of the other medicine. Hence, you should be careful to avoid low sugar levels.

1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

He should had 4 major meal daily. MORNING A PLATE ful daliya/upma/poha with fruit juice. Noon around 1 pm lunch with whole grain pulse with cow ghee 1tea spoon 2-3chapati n plate Of brown rice. Noon around 5 pm fruit chat /light home made snack with milk shake. Evening 8 pm around dinner with 2-4chapati /missi roti n seasonal vegetable a bowl of curd. Night 10 pm Khajoor dry fruit wala boiled milk 1cup. 11 pm to 6 pm sleep. Also 20 min daily morning physical exercise is must. See result in 1 month.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose fat.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Hello lybrate-user, at six feet you should be around 80 or less but not more. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customised approach. With customised lifestyle modification approaches, people over 100-150 kg are also losing weight for long term. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Go for brisk walks or jogging for 45 minutes every day. Best wishes.

Yes, if you follow proper diet advise and do regular exercise. These two things can control your sugar level normal. Eat small food frequently. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Use nutritional supplement. Drink lots of water specially before meals. These are basic but for professional guidelines

Diabetic patients should avoid sugar, jagary,honey, sweets,sweet fruits like banana, mangoe,grapes, cheeku,dates etc. Do regular exercise, walk,yoga. Take your medicine (if you taking) as per advice of your physician. Regularly check your blood sugar.
