First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

I had my LMP on 29-12-16. I did test test and it came positive. But I had brown thick blood. While ultrasound radiologist told me its a on going abortion. My HCG level decrease to 42 ml. Today I got full red flow. Dr. told me its a BIO CHEMICAL ABORTION and prescribed me Misoprostol 200 for 4 days, so that everything comes out. My question is this should I take this medicine? Is this is safe. And why I am getting bio chemical abortion.

A miscarriage or a biochemical abortion can happen due to multiple reasons, like unstable pregnancy, poor pregnancy support harmones, intake of food or medicines which are not to be taken during pregnancy, emotional, mental, or physical stress, and a lot more. The pills prescribed by Dr. is safe and can be taken to evacuate the products of conception, however it's important to get a check curretage or a sonography done in the end to confirm complete evacuation, so that the future pregnancies are safe and healthy. Apply volini gel. Do warm fomentation. Do neck exercises in pain free period. Avoid high pillow. Take crocin pain relief if pain is unbearable. It will help you.

Your metabolism could be too high that can be one of the reasons for not gaining weight. Have more of healthy fats like nuts, dates, in the diet, also increase the amount of protein naturally in the diet. Take eggs, fish, lean chicken, milk, milk products, fruits shakes, sweetened lassi etc in between meals. Do weight training exercises.

Hello lybrate-user, try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv. Avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Drink sufficient water. Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes. You can also go through a calorie counting diet chart with the help of a dietician. And most important thing don't get disappointed, always be happy.

Thanks for health questions need not to worry eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily eat balanced diet avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night for 8 hours avoid fast food and restaurant food take less oily and less spicy food practice yogas and pranayamas daily practice morning and evening walk necessary go for ayurvedic panchkarma procedures go for ayurvedic medicines that gives excellent results hope better health.

Dear lybrate-user tell her to drink at least 5 to 7 glasses of hot water daily. This will begin to wash out heat from body. Also, tell her to apply simple coconut or til oil on private parts. If this does not work. You both will need medicine that is antibiotic anti fungal. Regards.

I am a diabetic patient and my PP 420, 1. My penis fore skin in not moving back & the skin hole towards the tip of the penis has contract since 1 year. 2 . You can go for following remedy it will help you take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. This remedy will be helpful.

Hello, You are under-weight! Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8.
