Firstly realise that 'Weight' is not the real problem. Weight is the net result of the excess food you take and with little/no exercise. So if you want to reduce 20 Kgs, you can change your habits and slowly this extra fat will go way. - The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. While eating out try to order less. - Exercise daily 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. - Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. - Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. - Love yourself and respect your body.

So give me diet plan.
Just be patient relax and regular thats the mantra for good gyming. You do not need much of the extra diet. First concentrate on loosing excess weight, use diet restrictions for harmful food, regualr gymming with normal doet will give you shape and muscle bulk then you can think of making additions to your diet for more, but that will take time. Do not take any medicines or medicated supplements to grow muscles in hurry that is an advice.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana.

5 Nutritional Factors Of Almonds & Walnuts

Whenever you peruse through snack options in a store, looking for a fulfilling yet healthy option often turns out to be really challenging. This is where you might consider nuts, such as almonds or walnuts. They are healthy snacking options with rich reserves of protein, fibre, and energy.
However, even in the choice between almonds and walnuts, there are certain things which need to be kept in mind.

  • Energy content: Almonds contain 14 grams worth of fat, and 164 calories whereas walnuts contain approximately 18 grams of fat but give 185 calories. Thus, we find that walnuts contain a slightly higher amount of fat than almonds, but provide more energy in the form of calories.
  • Protein content: Almonds and walnuts are both protein powerhouses - containing 13% and 9% of protein content respectively. Thus, both these nuts are great sources of protein.
  • Mineral content: Both almonds and walnuts are rich in various kinds of minerals. When it comes to Iron, which is essential for muscle health and blood formation, both nuts contain very similar amounts (approx 5%). Almonds pack 19% magnesium - essential for strong bones, compared to the 11% in walnuts. Walnuts, however, have very high amounts of copper (50%) and manganese (54%) which prove to be useful in reducing symptoms of PMS as compared to almonds.
  • Fibre content: Fiber,which plays a vital role in completing the process of digestion, is another component that these nuts pack healthy amounts of. Almonds contain 16% fiber whereas walnuts have 8%.
  • Vitamin content: While walnuts contain 12% Vitamin B6, compared to the 3% in almonds, the real point of difference between these two highly healthy nuts is in their content of Vitamin E - essential for healthy skin and eyes. Almonds contain almost 48% of it, whereas walnuts contain only about 2% of the same.

Thus, we get a fair idea about the high nutritional content for both these nuts. They are both essential, especially if they can be incorporated into our diets in the correct proportions. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

hi,From your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games. I can suggest you ayurveda medicine if you consult privately.

Your weight gain may be related to emotional eating. If so I suggest that you go for counseling to learn to handle your emotions appropriately. Apart from that you need to increase your metabolic rate through exercise: ideally the aerobic kind and at least half an hour of vigorous levels. Reduce your intake of fried foods and high carbohydrates. Eat a lot of high fiber in the form of vegetables and fruits. Cut down on sugar and sweets. Eat a good breakfast, a smaller lunch and a very small helping for dinner. Have your dinner before 8 pm every day. Before every meal have a cucumber and drink a glass of water. Drink a lot of water during the day anyway. There is a very good health supplement which helps you reduce your weight without any side-effects and is very nutritious. You will need to contact me for that food supplement.

Leave all junk food. Burger. Pizas etc. For exercise; do daily cycling and join a foot ball club diet; take protein diet; if non veg. Eat tandoori chicken with out oil and butter eat vegetables home made only.

1. Energy

An iron deficiency can mean that you aren’t able to produce enough oxygen-carrying red blood cells — therefore your body struggles to transport oxygen to your brain, tissues, muscles and cells, leaving you feeling exhausted and weak. 

2. Muscle function

Iron is needed for muscle movement because it helps store the oxygen in muscles that allows them to move and strengthen. About 70 percent of your body’s iron can found in the red blood cells of your blood called hemoglobin along with muscle cells called myoglobin. It accepts, stores, transports and releases oxygen.

According to the world health organization, iron deficiency during a pregnancy can increase the risk of maternal and infant mortality, premature birth, and low birthweight.

Restless leg syndrome is a condition characterized by uncomfortable feelings in your legs, giving you a strong urge to move them in order to find relief. Low iron levels are known to play a role in the occurrence of restless leg syndrome.

For one month take hot water boiled with ginger, kali mirch and put honey, lemon juice, little kala namak - 1 cup. Mix 1 cup cranberry juice sugarless. Drink six seven times a day preferably before breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.

The age old maxim of “Have your breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper” serves true and good, even today. Most of us, when looking to lose weight, focus more on the exercises rather than the diet. In any weight loss plan, diet assumes a major role, as with the help of proper diet modifications and necessary diet changes, you can make sure the weight you are losing does not come back. Indian diets are primarily based on lentils and cereals and not meat heavy diets.

In order to tailor your diet according to your fat loss goals, you need to make sure you are getting all the necessary nutrients in the right amounts. Here is laid out the traditional Indian diet plan to lose the unwanted adipose:

  1. Breakfast like a king: Breakfast is your first meal of the day, which makes it the most important meal as well. The various options for breakfast are two hardboiled eggs and a slice of brown bread or a bowl of ‘dalia khichdi’ consisting of vegetables and a poached egg. Both these options contain complex carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats, all of which are the basics if you want to give this long journey forward the most perfect kick start.

  2. Do indulge in some mid-morning snacks: The mid-morning snack should ideally be 3 hours before lunch. A mid-morning snack is used to fill in the gap between lunch and breakfast, as a long gap can cause your metabolism to dip. Ideal choices for mid-morning snacks are soaked chickpeas or half an apple.

  3. Have your lunch like a prince: Lunch needs to be lighter than breakfast, so avoid eating any refined grains. You can opt for two chapattis, a vegetable curry and a fish or a bowl of brown rice, vegetables and chicken soup.

  4. Evening snacks: Don’t give them a miss! The evening snack can be a repetition of the mid-morning snack. Healthy sprouts or an apple serve as delicious yet very healthy alternatives.

  5. Have your dinner like a pauper: Dinner should ideally be the lightest meal of the day, as a heavy dinner can stress your digestive system before sleep. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hello I have fatty tummy and to get rid of it I extremely worked hard but I didn't see any change I had 70 kg weight when I used to work out I had a perfect muscular body except belly and reduce my belly fat I did every abs work out like cardio crunches an all In result now I have 58 kg weight I look skinny but still my belly looks at it was before I lost all my body fat and become a skinny from a muscular but still there is no change in belly it looks fatty So is it any kind of disease? Just by doing crunches and cardio you will not lose belly fat. You have to do intense weight training to reduce it and gain muscles. You also have to eat clean. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Hye. Thank you for your query. Bathing is to remove all the grime, dust pollutants that have gotten onto our body. Depending on how much you are in the pollution of the outside heat and how much you sweat etc you could even have bath thrice. Ideally, having bath on waking up and once when you are back from your day's hectic work and travel is advisable.
