Over the past few decades, lifestyle disorders have been on a mercurial rise. Sedentary lifestyle, amalgamated with unhealthy eating habits has been the wrecker in chief. Individuals from all age groups have been affected by obesity and diabetes. Anxiety and depression are also on the rise. Other lifestyle disorders like Alzheimer's disease, Stroke, Arteriosclerosis, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, Cancer (mostly skin and lung), Cardiac problems, Renal failure, Chronic Liver problems, cannot be neglected either. The lifestyle disorders, if not treated, can cause havoc, changing the entire dynamics of a person's life.

Many lifestyle disorders occur because of the occupation we are in (Occupational lifestyle disorders). Children, who are supposed to indulge in more physical activities and outdoor games, are happy fidgeting around with their favourite gadgets. Fast foods have long replaced the healthy, nutritious foods. Children as young as you can imagine, appear to be obese or diabetic. Stress and anxiety can also trigger a number of lifestyle disorders. The brain is not a stagnant realm fed with a granted quota of intelligence and memory at birth. It is always in a state of flux. Exercising your brain in various ways accelerates its ability to perform better. It is in your hands to have a sharper take on situations and occurrences. Playing games that require brainstorming, solving quizzes, crosswords or playing chess makes you feel rejuvenated and tired at the same time; the reason being activated brain cells. A healthy brain will affect your life decisions positively and you probably will think rightly before you leap.

Tips to exercise those brain cells:

1. Meditate and calm your mind: Ten minutes of meditation each day can help you get over anxiety. When your mind is at peace you think out pros and cons with enhanced insight. This composure reflects in each of your actions. Meditation demands your brain to be quiet when it is accustomed to work; you therefore have greater control over it.
     
2. Music can improve your brain abilities: Music is the best antidote for a sloppy brain. Music excites the neurons healing a bruised memory. It gifts you with clarity of thought. Apart from listening to music one must try to play a musical instrument. Teaching yourself things puts your mind through a strict regimen of constructive activities.
   
3. Take out time to learn a new language: We are paralyzed the minute our brain gives up. Due to several external and internal reasons each one of us is likely to suffer from cognitive disorders on being subjected to extreme pressure or shock. Trying to learn a new language motivate your brain cells to have a wider vocabulary, which further restricts your chances of brain damage.   

4. Mental mathematics could better your intelligence: Calculators, computers and phones are ridding us of our ability to compute individual data. Computation and consolidation of data helps your mind to work faster with precision. So, you now know those lessons on mental mathematics in childhood were actually the key to a well-rounded brain.

You need to reduce your calorie intake. Restrict rice, potato, sweets, junk foods in your meals. Have a healthy breakfast and have light & early dinners. Have a protein & fiber -rich diet with lots of fruits, salads & vegetables in your daily meals. Drink at least 3 lts water daily. Exercise / brisk walk for at least 30 minutes daily is a must.

Wearing waist belt does not help in reducing waist size. But it helps in preventing the belly from protruding out. Running definitely helps by burning excess fat.

Yeah according to Ayurveda it depends on Prakriti of a person if you don’t find it a pblm then it’s nml akshit but if you feel body ache weaknes shivering loss of appetite and low energy then you should get your lft and esr check.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. (you can do them at home) -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

You must be suffering from hypothyroidism and not hyperthyroidism. This disease is due to underfunctioning of your thyroid gland and is mostly irreversible, I am sorry, but in that case, you may have to continue with your treatment for life. Diabetes is also a progressive disease causing underfunctioning of your pancreas and requires similar treatment either through oral medicines and in later stages, insulin also may be required.

Dear if you've gained a little wt at your mid region then you should focus on those exercise which particularly target that area like crunches naukasan halasana dhanurasana etc. Kapalbhati'll also do good. Eat fibre rich food and increase your water intake. Avoid long sitting at a sterch if you have to do so then stand for three min after an hour or as feasible.

You are doing regular fitness routine, that is good. Your weight is in control. You can reduce by about 4-6 Kgs at max. There is no medicine/supplement/herbs to reduce weight from the body. These are all myths. You can reduce your tummy by doing at least 20 mins of treadmill daily + 10 mins of abs based exercises. Your aim should be to have a streamlined body wherein every part of the body is lean and strong. Even a person like John Abraham spends 1-2 hours doing cardio and climbing stairs. Aim to have complete fitness. If you can't do treadmill then run in a park. Keep taking new challenges to keep your body fit and attractive.

Do regular exercise like yoga, walking etc and maintain a healthy weight. Follow a balanced diet to prevent heart attack and to control diabetes. Eat small amount of foods frequently. Do not skip meals. Use watery vegetables, whole fruits. Take unrefined foods but not much. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. No underground vegetables, pumpkin etc. Use healthy oil in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Stay stress free and take proper rest.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk food and oily food.

A) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30gm of jiggery and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and 30 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and chandraprabha vati after meals do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result.
