Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Lybrate-user your proper weight is 73 kg according to your height. You need to follow these (1) regular exercises like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups, squats etc (2) drink 3lit water/day but not before or during meals (3) eat more food more often.(4) eat more vegetables, fruits, almond, peanuts, fish, egg, cottage cheese etc (5) avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods etc (6) drink milk or milk shake (7) use weight gainer any nutritional supplement (8) add cream with tea/coffee/milk (9) take ghee, butter, paratha etc in moderation (10) avoid smoking and alcohol (11) take quality sleep and stay stress free. Sahil these will help you.

Take high protein diet to gain healthy weight. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take soups before meal ad it is good appetizer.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Management of Endometriosis

Management of Endometriosis

When cells of tissues that are usually found lining the inside cavity of the uterus, start growing outside the organ, for eg over the ovaries/ fallopian tubes/ urinary bladder etc. it is called endometriosis. Painful periods, pain during sex, pain while urinating or bowel movements, heavy bleeding, fatigue, infertility, diarrhea, bloating and nausea are some of the symptoms of endometriosis.

Treating endometriosis usually depends on the following factors

  1. Age
  2. Severity of symptoms
  3. Severity of the disease
  4. Future plans for children

Depending on these the doctor might opt for any of the following treatments

  1. Medication for Pain: If the symptoms are mild, then the doctor will prescribe some pain killers like Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 
  2. Hormone Therapy: Hormone therapy is effective, but once you stop them, your symptoms may come back. Some of the hormone therapies include: 
    • Hormonal Contraceptives: Birth control pills, vaginal rings and patches are useful in controlling the hormones that are responsible for tissue build-up outside the uterine cavity. 
    • Medroxyprogesterone: This drug stops menstruation, which in turn stops the tissue build-up and put an end to all the symptoms. But on the other hand, gaining weight, low bone production and depression are some of the common effects of this drug. 
    • Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (Gn-RH) antagonists and agonists: Hormones that stimulate ovaries are blocked by these. They bring down oestrogen levels and hence prevent menstruation. 
    • Danazol: This drug prevents menstruation and symptoms of endometriosis by blocking the hormones that stimulate the ovaries. However, Danazol may not be a favourable option because of its side effects. The drug should be avoided during pregnancy.
  3. Conservative Surgery: If you are trying to get pregnant, but you already suffer from endometriosis, then removing endometriosis surgically is a viable solution. Your uterus and ovaries will be preserved, which might increase your chances of becoming pregnant. Even suffering from severe pain might find relief from conservative surgery. 
  4. Hysterectomy: In extreme cases, the only way to deal with the symptoms is to completely remove the uterus, ovaries and cervix. Since a hysterectomy means you cannot have children, it is kept as the last option for women in their reproductive age. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

Hello lybrate user your problem may be related to your day schedule and your digestive system for that detail history is needed. I can suggest you just do changes in your schedule avoid late night sleeping go to sleep early. And try syp cypotone 2tsf at night. If you want detailed advice please consult privetly.

Hello, you should go for brisk walk in the morning .do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food. For making hair grow fast , strong and thick follow these instructions : • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours .Do meditation to destress yourself. .You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo . * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles ) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jiggery before meals. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS…

Yoga or walk. Eat a protein rich food in the morning which will help you keep energized the entire day, fuel yourself every 2.5 hours. Follow small meal pattern. Drink enough fluids.

Follow that diet for 6 weeks Week 1 8: 00 am – 2 glasses of methi seeds water. 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch. 9: 00 am – 1 glass of milk and a fruit 11: 30 am – one fruit of your wish 1: 30 pm – 1 bran chappati and any vegetable 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits/ 1 small bowl bhuna channa/ 1bowl popcorn (not the buttery act 2 ones but air popped popcorns without the butter) 7: 30 pm – 3 pcs steamed or roasted chicken or fish + salad (non vegetarians) Any one of the following for vegetarians: 1.1 bowl dal.+ 1 bowl curd + salad 2.1 bowl veg + 1 bowl curd + salad 8: 30 pm – one fruit of your wish Week 2 8: 00 am – 2 glasses of methi seeds water. 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch. 9: 00 am – 1 glass of cold coffee and a bb toast 11: 30 am – one fruit of your wish 1: 30 pm – This week you have a lot of options which you can take alternatively. 1.1 bowl sprouts + fruits 2.2 bowl vegetables + salads 3.1 bowl dalia + 1 bb toast 4.1 bowl vegetables + 1 bb toast 5.1 bowl kadhi + 1 quarter plate rice 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits/ 1 small bowl bhuna channa/ 1bowl popcorn (not the buttery act 2 ones but air popped popcorns without the butter) 7: 30 pm – 1 bran chappati and 1 bowl vegetable. 8: 30 pm – one fruit of your wish. See, to gain weight you need to intake more protein related food many time in a day. Always only meet does not supply protein but pulses vegiterian food also helpful. Ok.

Along similar lines, cultivate a cheat culture of eating outside as opposed to at home. Want a baked goodie or a fried snack, so go out, have one, enjoy it and call it a day! Fortified cereals such as Total, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes (They have a lot of calcium in one serving.) 5. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, turnips, and collard greens 7.
