If you are not obese, don't get conscious about chubby cheeks, there's no medicines for this, you can do exercises to strengthen the muscles, do blowing out exercise, move upwards with some oil with the help of both hands. Flat of hands on each cheek, move upwards rubbing on cheeks. Hope it helps you. Take less salt as a habit, water retention does give a bloated look.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Take 1 tsf amla churna daily with water. 1 tsf ashwgandha churna with milk for 1 month. Drink 10 glasses of water daily. Do morning walk daily for 30 min. Take proper sleep of 6-8 hrs daily. Do massage ur body with olive oil or sesame oil once a week.

Breakfast (8.00 am) A small bowl of oats porridge with oats and skimmed milk, no sugar, topped with fresh fruits like apples, papayas or pomegranate One boiled egg and a glass of green tea. — OR — 2 ragi idlis with coriander and coconut chutney without tempering, a glass of skimmed milk. — OR — One Bread sandwich with smeared with coriander chutney with few cut vegetables like cucumber and tomatoes along with 1 date and walnut muffin, a glass of skimmed milk. — OR — A small bowl of vegetable upma with a Khakra and tea. 2. Midmorning (10.00 am) A small bowl of sprouted salad with raw cucumber, onion or tomatoes with a dash of lemon juice. — OR — One fruit like orange or sweet lime or apple. — OR — 2 digestive biscuits. 3. Lunch (1.30 pm) 2 chapattis or 2 methi theplas ( Gujrati healthy wheat rotis ) with a small bowl brinjal curry or potato and peas curry or curry prepared from bottle gourd and ridge gourd. — OR — A small bowl of brown rice with dal palak, yogurt and 1 roasted papad. — OR — 2 chapattis with a small bowl egg curry or fish curry and salad A small bowl of brown rice with kadhi. — AND — For Sweet: 2 dates or one besan ladoo or one slice of apple pie. 4. Dinner ( 8.30 pm) For Soup: A bowl of onion and mushroom soup. — AND — A medium bowl of vegetable and soya chunks pulao with a small bowl rajma curry and mixed vegetable raita. — OR — 2 chapattis with mixed vegetable curry, a small bowl khichadi and yogurt. — OR — 3 chapattis with palak chicken along with fresh and raw carrot and cucumber sticks. — AND — For Sweet: A small Katori of custard with fresh fruits or unsweetened low-fat yogurt topped with fresh fruits.

My age is 23 years. Height is 6 feet. Weight is 76 kg. I had habit of masturbating 5 times daily since 3 years by rubbing penis against bed for hours. Now all my hairs upto 90% become white .now I am having serious problems like numbness and tingling in whole body. Bones and muscle pain. I already left habit since 1 year ago. But my pain and tingling increasing day by day. I had my vitamin b 12 equals to 185pg/ml. Does it is the cause of all my body problem? Does excessive masturbation reduces vitamin b12?

None of your symptoms is due to masturbation so get this feeling out of your mind. Deficiency of vitamin B 12 is being detected quite commonly these days because its testing was not a routine thing in the past. This deficiency is mainly common in people whose stomach does not secrete enough Intrinsic factor that is required for absorption of dietary B 12 . Greying of hair in young age can be due to vitamin deficiency but it is a common problem in urban population because of bleaching actions of chlirinated water and use of chemicals in shampoos. So stop worrying, eat a healthy diet, replenish your B 12 deficiency by getting a prescription and lead your normal youthful life.

Since last three years I feel little depressed because of some reasons. I feel less energetic all day specially in the morning. The time is passing and I m loosing many things of my life. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take kanchnar guggul 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.
