I am suffering from hair fall still my age is small I'm suffering this problem from two years kindly tell me solution.
It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. Common reasons behind hair fall are 1) lack of essential nutrients in the body 2) improper and unhealthy dietary habits 3) hormonal imbalance 4) certain medications, 5) dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, 6) anemia and thyroid issue 7) increased body heat 8) stress and tension etc. 9) use of hard water to wash hairs tips to stop hair loss use natural oils such as coconut, almond etc. To massage gently the scalp for countering hair fall. Have more proteins and trace minerals in diet. Start taking ayurvedic hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated. Milk with 2 spoon cow ghee on empty stomach avoid hard water to wash your hairs.

Hi! Your body grows when you are in teen yrs. This is the time when you can have lots of food and use it to have a strong body. Start exercises like bench press (for your chest), squats (legs), deadlift (legs and back), and shoulder press (shoulders and upper back). As a growing and active boy you need around 3000 calories everyday. 1. Eat breakfast everyday. 2. Get plenty of carbohydrates from foods such as whole-grain bread, fruits, and milk. '3. Have a snack in between meals if you feel hungry, but have healthy snacks and not junk food. 4. Within 30 minutes after a workout, eat a blend of carbs and protein - Peanut butter and jelly sandwich chicken sandwich, Smoothie made with yogurt and fruit, carbs-and-protein bar. 5. Don't overeat protein - 87 gm protein daily is enough for you. 6. Don't overdo your exercises. 7. Have proper rest and sleep for at least 8 hrs. Have whole grains, fruits, peanut butter, yoghurt, cheese, eggs, chicken, spinach, oats, soybean, carrots.

Avoid medications. Reduce alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods in diet. A traditional mixed diet and exercise reduce triglycerides, modern fad of boiled foods, too much fruit and grains increases triglycerides.

High Blood Pressure - 8 Ways You Can Control it At Home!

High Blood Pressure - 8 Ways You Can Control it At Home!

Blood pressure readings above 140/90 are classified as hypertension or high blood pressure. Hypertension causes straining of blood vessels and an interruption in the blood flow. There are no specific symptoms, but prolonged hypertension can lead to a heart stroke.

Listed below are a few ways to reduce high blood pressure:

  1. Limit your salt intake: The sodium content in salt disrupts the balance of fluids in your body, leading to high blood pressure. To avert hypertension, cut down on your daily salt intake to a maximum of one tablespoon.
  2. Indulge in physical exercise: If you are suffering from pre-hypertension (mild hypertension), it can be avoided or controlled by engaging in physical exercise such as brisk walk, swimming or playing a sport. Exercising regularly can lower blood pressure levels by 5 mmHg (millimetres of mercury).
  3. Bask in the sun: Exposure to sunlight alters the nitric oxide levels in your blood which leads to reduction in blood pressure. Thus, soaking up the sun can prove to be a great way to avoid a stroke in future.
  4. Add ginger and cardamom to your diet: The two spices, ginger and cardamom, provide required warmth to your body and help in stabilising the circulation of blood in your body and help in bringing down blood pressure levels.
  5. Add more green vegetables to your diet: Green vegetables, preferably the leafy ones, are rich in nutrients such as magnesium, iron and folate which help in maintaining the blood circulation that is essential for combating high blood pressure.
  6. Switch to decaf coffee: If you can’t give up coffee entirely, switch to decaf beverages as caffeine is responsible for tightening your blood vessels which leads to increased stress and blood pressure levels.
  7. Start drinking tea: Herbals teas such as chamomile, ginger, green tea and hibiscus tea contain herbal properties which soothe your blood vessels and nourish the blood flow. Herbal teas also help in hydration and rejuvenation of fluids in your body.
  8. Update your playlist: Music is proven to be therapeutic and updating your playlist with soothing Sufi, Celtic or Instrumental tunes can help you relax your mind and combat stress related blood pressure spikes. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a cardiologist.

I am 24 years old and I have problem of night fall problem since 4 years what should I do?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
I am 24 years old and I have problem of night fall problem since 4 years what should I do?
Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Use Rose wood hair comb to brush your hair. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!).
