I am suffering from migraine from last 16 years classic migraine during atack first I loss vision slowly than I suffer from headache it remains for few hours than I feel uneasiness for few days.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Continous chronic migraine needs prophylaxis treatment for decreasing migraine attacks and remission. For management of migraine you need to follow following things. 1) avoid fasting, skipped or delayed meals, excessive chocolates or coffee. 2) take proper sleep and timely diet medication can be started flunarizine amitryptiline: sedation common side effects topiramate: memory disturbances and risk of angle closure glaucoma and renal stone divalproate: weight gain you need to discuss with your treating neurologist about all these options and associated risk and side effects. The response to treatment comes in a month time with these medications. For instant pain control, pain killers may be taken. Hope you found the answer helpful.

Students study 20 percent of their syllabus in the first 80 percent time. Then they try to study remaining 80 percent of their syllabus in 20 percent time when examinations are very near. This is a huge blunder on the part of the students. When examinations are far away and syllabus are announced I request all the students to study at least one hour everyday. This will greatly help in reducing exam stress on the final day before the exam. The more students stay awake for studying for the examinations, they find it hard to remember. Sleep is important for the mind to rest and I prefer students getting up early in the morning and studying. Thus they would be able to remember longer. This is because when a person sleeps, he forgets 80 percent of the things of the previous day. Reading a topic helps a person to remember but writing the important points helps to remember longer. Also do not take stress. For when one is stressed, one tends to forget half of the things that one has studied.

Migraine cannot be cured completely. Avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your migraines in the past, avoid them. Reduce your caffeine and alcohol intake and avoid tobacco. In general, establish a daily routine with regular sleep patterns and regular meals. In addition, try to control stress. Exercise regularly. Regular aerobic exercise reduces tension and can help prevent migraines. If your doctor agrees, choose any aerobic exercise you enjoy, including walking, swimming and cycling. Warm up slowly, however, because sudden, intense exercise can cause headaches. Obesity is also thought to be a factor in migraine headaches, and regular exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight or lose weight.

Dear user. I can understand. Don't panic. Most commonly, people get or transmit HIV through sexual behaviors and needle or syringe use. Only certain body fluids—blood, semen (cum), pre-seminal fluid (pre-cum), rectal fluids, vaginal fluids, and breast milk—from a person who has HIV can transmit HIV. If you don't use condoms other STDs can also spread. Take care.

Eat small meals frequently. Take tablet normaxin thrice daily and tablet sporlac ds twice daily for 2 weeks. If you have some anxiety or stress see a psychiatrist. Come back after 2 weeks.

hello great job. you need not worry. 1 hr walking is good enough, try to make it brisk and do some jogging. take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. sleep for 7-9 hours per night. avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. include sprouts, whole grains, seasonal fruits and veggies. drink plenty of water. take 3-4 cups of green tea. thank u

How much children should sleep?

If the children do not get sufficient amount of sleep at night, then their health will start getting deteriorated slowly. According to the medical surveys, it has been discovered that kids need much more sleep than adults. 

It is pretty impossible to maintain kids' health without proper sleep at night. The kids will get tired soon and will lack in energy because of poor sleep.

Why sleep is important for kids' health? 

-  Growth promotion: Growth process might get retarded as a result of less hours of sleep. If the kids stop growing, then their health cannot be maintained. 
-  Proper weight maintenance: If the kids lack in proper sleep, then their weight might get decreased slowly. A good sleep of at least 10 hours a day is necessary for maintaining weight of children so that great health can be acquired.

-  Boosting internal energy: More energy will be generated so that daily activities can be performed with ease. The stamina level of kids can also be boosted as well. 

-  Growing improved bed-time habits: Bed-time habits can be properly scheduled with good sleep. If the sleep routine is not properly maintained, then the health condition of the kids will be adversely affected. Sleep can be audited properly, and your kids can grow fast. 

-  Promotes learning process: The kids can get an improved learning process by means of having good amount of sleep. If you want to make your kids learn new things or habits, then for that sufficient sleep during the night is needed.

-  Increase in attention and concentration: Mental strength of kids can be increased along with the increase in concentration and attention level. This is very much essential for maintaining studies and daily activities.

-  Reduction of injury risk: Immunity system of kids can be boosted to a great extent with proper sleep as a result of which the risks of physical and mental injuries can be reduced. In fact, severe kinds of heart diseases can also be prevented by means of having a good sleep at night. 

Sleeping schedules for kids
-  Pre-schoolers need almost 10-13 hours of sleep.
-  For newborns, 14-17 hours sleep is appropriate.
-  Infants need a sleep for almost 12-15 hours.
-  Young adults are in need of at least 7-9 hours of sleep.
-  Teenagers need 8-10 hours night-time sleep.
-  For school-going kids, 9-11 hours sleep is needed.

If you want to stop masturbating do not look at porn & get your mind off of it. If you still get the urge to, ignore it for a about 15 minutes & it'll go away. Masturbating from time to time is completely normal for a guy. Relax and try to concentrate on your studies and/or sports that you are good at. That will help you to avoiding thinking about sex all the time.
