I am suffering from hypertension. I visited a cardiologist. My doctor suggested me first time amlodipine 2.5 after taking this medicine my bp show 145/95 after that he changed my medicine .and suggest me telmistran 40. Once a day. Right now I am taking telmisartan 20 .now my blood pressure 141/91. Something's 145/95 .hr 82 .when I am taking telmisartan 40 my blood pressure rise up to 165/105 within an hour .can I take telmistran 20 in morning and amlodipine 2.5 in evening. I don't drink alcohol. And eat low salt diet. I am not diabetic and my tsh is normal.

Hi, Have first mitral valve replacement in 2015. in 2018 there is clot on mechanical valve. Again surgery in 2018. My acitrom dose is increasing constantly but my inr keeps on decreasing.

If it is non fasting lipid profile than repeate fasting lipid profile. If it is fasting lipid profile report than you should start life style modifications in diet, exercise. Consult cardiologist for risk calculation and further treatment.

Hi, I am suddenly feeling heart racing, chest pain in left and center, nausea, pain in upper side of arm, pain under tongue after half hour. I went to emergency but everything was normal, ECG, sugar, bp and fever. They gave gas and pain killer injection which gave me little relief but now in morning after breakfast it again happening, and feeling current running, heart pumping and through hands.
