Hello. M on a treatment for hirsutism since 2014. My endocrinologist gave me aldactone and diane 35 wid eflora cream. Diane was stopped in between of d treatment. It seems to be an attack of anxiety that you are experiencing. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. So consciously breathing deeply, plus increasing the duration and depth of breathing helps relax the body and mind to a great extent. 7. Meditate. Meditation has so many positive effects on stress, mood, and anxiety. Club meditation with positive thinking to improve your general well-being and overall health. Yoga is also very effective to take off stress from the body and mind by deep relaxation and breathing techniques. 8. Chill and be silent. Reduce the noise and clutter talk that contributes to anxiety. Find time for yourself and be alone to muse upon your own matters without anyone disturbing you. 9. Worry. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Hi take chitrakadi vati and shool vajrini tab 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. And pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day. Avoid spicy food and non vegetarian.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take small meals in frequent intervals.

If you are really happy with the fact that you have lost weight and now have a size zero figure like your favourite celebrity, then you should know what damage you are doing to your health. Balance is the key factor behind good health. Obesity is such a big problem that one ignores the problems of people who are underweight. Fat is no doubt bad for health but some amount of fat is essential for the body to utilize it like a fuel to store energy. People of body mass index (bmi) less than 18.5 might have chronic health problems in the long run. Underweight men can? t escape either they also have sexual problems like erectile dysfunction, painful intercourse and problems in ejaculation. A man's weight and the health of the sperm are also interlinked. Here is another diet plan that lets you understand more. You can follow either the below one or the above one. Both will help you to plan the meals accordingly in order to gain weight. The food items that should be incorporated in the diet are full cream milk beans, lentils and other such protein-rich food fruits and vegetables cereals healthy fats and oils healthy desserts keeping all these items in mind, we should divide the 3 major meals of the day into 7 smaller meals. Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from immuno-suppresion which may be due to both diabetes and HIV infection.Get your blood tested for HIV1 and 2. If positive you should be treated with Anti HIV drugs. If negative you should control your blood sugar properly with insulin/ diet /excercise and control oral thrush with local antifungal agents.

Complete scaling (professional cleaning) of your teeth will solve your problem. Its probably calcified (hardened) plaque also called calculus, deposited on your teeth near gum line which cannot be cleared by brushing.

I had posted a question two days back and this is in continuation History is LMP 9th April, usual cycle 26 days, last and only sex this moth 22 April with condom but as I felt condom leaked took I pill ECP on 23 (in 26 or 27 hrs after the episode), HPT negative and I got Beta HCG yesterday and the level is less than one But I have not started my menses even today, please guide can I be pregnant.

These pills are very effective if taken within 24 hrs. There are highly remote chances of you being pregnant. Period might get delayed due to I pill itself, so there is no need to worry. Also, pregnancy test comes positive after overdue, usually after 28 days. I would say go for a repeat pregnancy test after 1 week if you don't get your menses.

You have taken the tests too early. Wait for clear 7 days at least after the missed period, before you take the pregnancy test. Repeat it after 7 days if its negative. If still negative and there are no other symptoms, medicines can be given to bring periods after a check up.

Ulcers for ulcers, you need to look after your digestive system. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy food and those food which has warm effect on body. You may apply turmeric powder on ulcer. It will sting a bit but will b ok in few seconds. You may also go for homoeopathic treatment for all your problems.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every meal will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
