In the last 2 years my weight hs increased from 75 to 85 kg. I wnt to lose weight.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

My daughter is 13 years old. She is suffering from stomach pain more or often which unbearable. There is no motion free (having constipation) and is having loss of appetite for last three to four months. Please think for weight also. If in this small age you start with medicines then surely she will be medicine addict in future. Boost her immune system on natural way. Correct her life style. Pimples take time to go so don't bother pimples just follow following things 1 early wake up 2 chew 5 neem empty stomach. 3 change life style 4 do yoga pranam 5 eat less fat 6 detoxing your body 7 wash 3 times face definitely help u.

Normally (physiologically), vaginal discharge occurs during ovulation, during pregnancy, and in some women, few days before menses. when this secretion increases in amount, then it is term as leucorrhoea. physiological vaginal discharge is white, odorless and it can be sticky, yellowish, or watery. Throat problem? Pain in throat may be due to Allergy cum infection in throat. Through examination of throat is required. If required after taking throat swab for culture and sensitivity, accordingly antibiotics and Antihistamincs , Analgesics can be given.

Dear lybrate user with the limited information provided it appears that you are suffering form indigestion issues. This is a common entity when we consume a high carbohydrate load and our intestines are not able to cater all of it, which is then converted to free compounds which later presents as flatulence and uneasiness. It is advisable if you can start exercising regularly along with intake of high fibre diet and liberal fluid intake. Some blood test can also be done if your problem persist. I have fits. 34years aged lady. Jerking problem. The result in m. R. I is hippocampal sclerosis. I am having tab. Divalpro 250 1-0-1. My right side have some weakness. Mainly in my hand. Difficulty in writing. What I do.

If mri is showing hippocampal sclerosis then it will b very difficult to control your seizures with medicines. You should consult an epilepsy expert who can workup for epilepsy.

Hi, firstly you don't take a medicine for sleep. During exam its happen. Yoga, meditation, playing outdoor games for some time you r problem will be solve. But if above things are not useful for u. Then you take the ayurvedic medicine.

Hi Doctor, Good evening. This is Sunitha 24 years old. I am working in TechMahindra from 2013. I have PCOD from my college. When I consulted a doctor she suggested me to use KRIMSON 35 for 9 months. When I used I got periods normally and if I do not use it will be irregular. My weight is 60 now. My mother suggested me not to get periods with medicines but with natural. Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a condition in which a woman’s levels of the sex hormones estrogen and progesterone are out of balance. This leads to the growth of ovarian cysts (benign masses on the ovaries). PCOS can affect a women’s menstrual cycle, fertility, cardiac function, and appearance. Say for example I was suffering from cold and cough for a weak almost and I didn't know the reason it was sudden I didint take medicines but precautions is it good?

Hi, if the cold and cough is better after taking precautions without taking any medicines and there is no other associated symptoms like persistent fever, weakness, weight loss, nausea, vomiting, etc. Then need to take them into consideration for right diagnosis of the disease along with investigations (as per the signs and symptoms) and proper treatment.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
