Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly.

Best thing is get pahaari harar (or nepali harar). It's big size myrobalan which should be scrubbed against clean/ hard stone with drops of water to get a paste. Child should lick it - may add honey too. Papaya/ soaked resin/ grapes pulp made as paste by crushing/ grinding may be obtained and given 1 tsp twice a day. Initially for two or three days help child mechanically to bring out hard stools by lubricating anus. Warm milk with sugar at night may be given. Slowly increase fruit pulps and reduce harar to once only and then once or twice in a week. It's recorded in ayurveda classic texts that mother may get angry with child but not the harar. It's safe.

Wean off highly-processed foods and eat more lean protein, healthy fats (butter, coconut oil, avocado), and zinc-rich foods such as oysters, grass-fed beef, spinach, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate. I also recommend adding more cruciferous vegetables to your diet such as broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, and collard greens. These foods help detoxify your body from estrogenic compounds in your environment.

Well in any case the news is not good. PP in all labs is above the limit. Fasting on average is also high. This is classical presentation of Increase level of sugar in blood, aka- Diabetes Mellitus. You shall see a qualified physician around and start your medications at the earliest. The difference is lab reports also varies depending upon what food you had during that same week. Please start the medicine as early as possible. There is nothing to be afraid you will have to take medicine and a simple per day is nothing to have a normal life. Rest your doctor will advise you on examination. You can also follow: 1. Walk for 30 -40 min in morning and evening. 2. Have low quantities of sugar, rice, potato and anything sweet. 3. Take small meals avoid over eating. 4. Try to keep yourself occupied in some work or other, anything of your choice. 5. Have lots of salads comprising of stuffs advised by your doctor.
