There are tubes of gels that can be applied directly on blister to relive pain or other problem. But since you are on fasting, let them cure by own with time. But if it doesn't, you must visit your local general practitioner.

Dear lybrate-user ji your problem telling perhaps you r not taking adequate dietary fibres required for your gut cleaning culminating in straing of stool. Start taking green leafy vegetables. Spinach. Grams like black grams, green grams, and chhole. If problem persists then you can take 15 ml of syp duphalac after dinner every night. Thank you.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night . Dear lybrate user, the size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) height of the person:- every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) testosterone hormone:- less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) sexual diseases:- patients suffering from erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) fatty tummy:- with every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The minimum size of an erected penis required for intercourse is 3 inches. A penis is composed of three highly vascular muscles. The plan of action behind increasing the size of penis is to increase the amount of blood flow to those vascular muscles of penis. There is no specific medicine to increase the size of penis. To increase the size of your penis you can try the vacuum operated penis developer set available in market. 1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, loss of facial glow and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction,premature ejaculation,testicular pain, decrease sperm count.etc 4.Consult sexologist for further advice

I am 62 years old. Weight 70 kgs now after maintaining 68 kgs in the previous 2 years. My lipid profile is controlled by taking 1 stanlip 145 mg at night only for last 7 years. For a very marginal sugar level of 130 (fasting) &150 (postprandial), I take Glyciphage SR500 1 after lunch (2 PM) and 1 after dinner (9 PM). But for the above I am normal. I normally do some deskwork on my laptop, watching TV or listening to music and go to sleep after midnight. Coming to my specific problem, I feel bearable pain of 3 in a scale of 0-10. The area of pain starts from about 6 inches to my left from my naval point. If I move my left hand from that point to further left, the pain area extends to another 6 inches or so. The pain exists not on the outer skin surface but approx from one cm from the outer skin inside the slightly hard flesh/muscle. There is zero pain my right side. And completely No pain on the back side if my move my fingers further parallel to the ground, on to my back. When I press with my fingers gently the pain increases to 5 of10. I feel the pain while I turn in the bed. When I sleep turning with my left (pain) portion down and do not move, the pain is not felt. The pain started 72 hours back at around 9 am and continues till now. It is uniform pain of 3 of 10 and has not increased. I do not know what caused it. I remember 2 days before the pain started that when I was moving in the scooter slowly, put my left foot down firmly to stop the vehicle apart from applying the breaks with one pillion. But that was very mild and I doubt if that can be the reason. While working for long hours sitting before laptop, I almost do not feel the pain. Kindly clarify to me the cause of pain for about 72 hours, pls give me a remedy without prescribing a series of medicines or going to doctor immediately. Pls give simple remedies to try and start with. I as a layman, also feel that the pain may just go away naturally in another day or two. I may be right or wrong. Awaiting your response.

Start by making sure you get enough sleep. Do what you can to relieve stress in your life -- especially just before bedtime. Try new sleeping positions if you sleep on your back. And be sure to see your doctor if it routinely prevents you from getting a good night's sleep.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Try bland diet without much oil/ Spices/ Pickles/ Papad. Avoid Tea /Coffee. Take fresh juice and avoid packed juices which contain Preservatives. Eat Breakfast/Lunch/ Dinner at regular time. Tension produce more acid in stomach. Take cold milk. Make reclining bed (head end of bed raised to 30 degree by placing blanket).Sleep on your left side. Acid will not regurgitate to your food pipe.

1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (if no drug allergy) as and when required for headache (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days consult if symptoms persists.

I intend to say an illhealth of a known woman i. E. Her age is 70 years she gets trouble to go on stooling. Constipation is present. Follow these home remedies 1. Apply a few drops of warm almond oil to your eyes and massage gently with your fingertips for five minutes at bedtime 2. Make a thin paste of rose water, sandal powder and white pumpkin juice. Apply this around the eyes and wash it off after ten minutes 3. Eat 1 bowl of fresh fruits daily and drink plenty of water.
