From last two days this is happening with me. I just cannot control my urine, and it is so frequent that I need to urinate literally after 5-5 mins. Also during urinating I am experiencing a severe lower abdominal pain, near where our urethra is located. What must be the issue? I am really concerned.

You have not mentioned about having or not fever with this problem. If you are having fever with chills this may be due to acute infection in bladder called cystitis. In absence of fever or slight fever it can also be due to a small stone or calculus in the bladder near the neck of bladder irritating the sensitive area and causing frequency of micturition. Get a microscopic urine examination and for presence or absence of crystals. A ultra sonogram of abdomen for jidney ureter and bladder will be helpful in visualizing the calculus if of enough size to produce echo.

Growth is almost over at the age of 22. Increasing height is not easy after that. Take good food and regular exercise will keep you healthy. Being a healthy person is more important. Try a small exercise daily. Stand near to the wall raise your hands. Make a mark at the end of the finger. Make one mark 10 cm above that. Daily morning try to touch this mark with stretched body. Swimming is good for you.

Here's Why You're At Risk If You Don't Drink Enough Water!

Health problems caused by not drinking enough water

Our body is made up of almost 70% water and while we can live without food for a few days at least, it is important to replenish your water needs every day. If you miss drinking enough water even for a day, you will notice a change. And the ill effects of not drinking enough water can be severe and should not be taken lightly. 

You might have to face these 5 health problems if you are not drinking enough water:

  1. Constipation: If your body is not getting enough water, it will not be able to digest well because our bodies need right amount of liquid to process the foods we eat. When the stomach is constipated, digestive juices are secreted in lesser quantity, thus leading to other digestive disorders.
  2. Weight gain: Many a times, we eat or feel hungry just a while after eating. This is not really hunger and actually means that the body needs water. A dehydrated body often sends misleading signals which is misinterpreted as hunger and we end up gaining unnecessary weight.
  3. Cholesterol and changes in blood pressure: When we don't drink enough water, the water reserve in the body gets used up resulting in there not being enough for the capillaries, veins and arteries. This results in blood pressure going high and/or low. Similarly, the cells of the body get dehydrated and in an attempt to stop this, the body starts producing cholesterol more than what's required.
  4. Dryness of the skin and other problems: Apart from through urine, our body also loses water in the form of sweat. This needs to be replenished or the skin starts becoming dry, lips are chapped and we even experience an increase in hair fall. Not drinking enough water also leads to premature aging and graying.
  5. Infections: It is important to urinate frequently because through urine, our body releases toxins which are not needed for the body. If you don't drink enough water, you won't urinate enough and might end up with problems like UTI and cystitis.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

During orthodontic treatment that is braces tratment maintaining oral hygiene and cleaning teeth is utmost important as if ignored it can effect your gum health which can lead to more complex situation such as bleeding gums and can also lead to loosening of teeth. There are special brushes available in market which can be used during braces treatment and you can also use interdental brushes to clean in between teeth. Ideally you should brush after every meal if you are undergoing braces treatment and avoid any sticky, chewy and sweet food.

It can be tonsillitis that is infection in tonsils. Consult nearest ent specialist. For immediate relief, do warm salt water gargle 4-5 time a day. Avoid oilly n spicy foods completely. Start an antibiotic course.

It is natural to feel low and miss the person you have lost. However if it is interfering with your sleep, studies or general well being, or if you feel suicidal, you need to consult a psychiatrist. It is common to feel low, cry, feel like you are alone, or lose your self confidence. Usually time is the best healer. However if things are too difficult to handle you should talk to a psychiatrist or counselor. Confide in someone close to you, who will support you in this difficult time. Not only is everyone else against you but it sounds like you are also against yourself! The key to your resolution is the anger you talk about: it can give you headaches, make you aggressive, make you abuse yourself, make you lethargic and non-functional, and you are close to losing your business too. You need to quickly meet with a counselor and discuss these problems. I am sure that that person will want more information about this anger. Something may have happened in your childhood and your parents could be very helpful to identify the cause. In time this anger when turned inwards will lead to depression and make you feel listless. I also recommend that you go for vigorous exercise everyday and keep with it forever. You need to get a good night?s rest and eat healthy food. You need to become responsible, respectful, and functional anyway. By this trend you may loose your family, friends, girl friend, and position in society.

These are some reasons for dark circles: * Lack of sleep * Stress * Lack of nutrition * Anaemia Follow these methods & instructions for dark circles : • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly . • Drink 8 glass of water daily. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes . That has bleaching property. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily . • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily . • Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily . • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi ) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it . • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily . Drink a glass of milk daily . • Do not take stress do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes .

Yes it's useful to loose weight end no side effacts. Take a cup of tea 30minuties before lunch end dinner wirhout sugar end milk. You can add lemon in it. To get result early.

Hello, you need to take homoeopathic medicine - Causticum 200 and Calc. Fluor. 12x both twice daily - for at least 1month. As i haven't seen the mark, can't give the exact time when it will go off completely, because if the scar is not much deep seated it would fade off or else some mark will remain forever (or else you can opt for LASER therapy).
