40% body fat is quite high for a man. The ideal fat % for a man should be around 15 -20% Being overweight isn’t just a cosmetic problem. Excess body fat can negatively affect nearly every facet of life, including: Decreased mobility Poorer emotional health and self-esteem Increased risk of organ failure Poorer circulatory health Increased risk of heart disease Increased risk of stress fractures Increased risk of strokes Increased risk of cancers Fat cells can act as endocrine factories and produce hormones that influence numerous processes in the body — most of which lead to more fat accumulation. Beyond the health of it all, carrying a lower body fat is often considered more attractive and desirable. Bottom line: Carrying a lot of excessive body fat makes health, body composition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

yes it should be because of gases & acidity more likely .some chances of spine problem too. do pavanmuktasan it will help u great in both cases. if pain persist then get done X ray .

Drink 12 glasses of water as your skin is dehydrated. In the morning wash with Body Shop tea tree face wash and sunscreen. at bedtime apply kojic acid cream that will help get rid of dead skin.

Hi, prevention of kidney stones may include a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. Lifestyle changes you may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. 1 eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, restrict foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, bhindi (okra), spinach, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. You may reduce the risk by taking supplements with meals. Diets low in calcium can increase kidney stone formation in some people. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - berberis vulgaris q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Revert me back.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana play Basket ball . Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height.

" for mild sore throat, try with salt water gargles using little warm water, taking care not to use too hot water, and take pain killer if required. If you are not ok in 1-2 days, consult back. Try sending picture of your throat. If you have fever, you may need additional medicines as well. If symptoms are severe, please consult an ent doctor immediatly. Please see that it may be more beneficial if you add honey and salt to the gargle solution. Add 1 spoon of honey and half spoon of salt to half glass of water to make gargle solution. Also, if you are s smoker, you need to quit smiking and alocohol.

Hi Doctor. I am getting some Knocking sound in my throat when swallowing. I am getting this sound when I turn my head right side and start swallowing. But I don't find this sound when I turn left side.
