Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning and once in the evening and give feedback after 6 days.

I am taking Sertraline100 mg in the morning and Mirtazapine 15 mg in the night for Depression. My doubt is whether these are compatible with each other ie whether both of these can be taken together without any side reactions?please advice

Sertraline and mirtazapine can be prescribed together. As per what schedule you r taking its correct, avoid taking them together as mirtazapine in morning hours may cause drowsiness. My comments are only useful" if you are taking a valid prescription after consulting psychiatrist"

Does having supplements during gym for muscles is harmful. My trainer advise for supplement for enhancement in body n muscles but I fear about adverse effect so does it have any adverse effect especially lyk dysfunction dysfunction or any sexual problem or any problem related to body or after leaving this supplements.

There is no denying fact that nutritious food gives you the best results for healthy body and is long lasting without any side effect. People who are doing excessive training like you do need some additional nutrients to fulfill the body's increased requirement. Protein supplements provide quick protein needed after gymming. If you buy a good branded protein powder, it might not have as bad effect as a cheap product. But still make sure most of your protein and nutrients come from natural food.

Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.

I have right knee pain, xray shows arthritis. I have stopped walking on the treadmill to avoid impact on the knee. Please advise if I can continue cycling on a stationary bicvcyle, or should I stop exercising till the pain stops. I have started taking diothermy also.

Most probably you are suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: MORNING: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. EVENING: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Kindly take bolbaddha rasa, 2 tabs, with lodhrasava, 20 ml twice a day, after meals. Take pushyanug chroona 100 gm and add, praval pishti-20gms, mukta pishti-3 gm, abharaka bhasma (1000 puti)- 4 gms. Make a mixture of these drugs. Take these medicines of dhutpapeshwara ayu pharma company. Take this mixture before meals, 1 tsf in half a glass of freshly prepared rice water, twice a day. Avoid excess tea, coffee, spicy food in your routine. Take bottle gourd, bitter gourd, gheeya in your diet, pomegranate in your diet regularly. Continue the regime for 45 days. Stay in touch. You are having a digestion problem, if this occurs frequently then I would suggest to consult a doctor asap, may they will suggest some test according to your body. Also,avoid oily / greesy food. Fruits are fine, drink plenty of water.

With the increase in pollution, there has been a significant increase in allergies and asthma patients off late. The reason is that apart from genetic problems, allergens or pollutants play a significant role. Homeopathy is the best way to treat these with less or no side effects!

Do regular exercise and streching. For increasing weight and height best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before and with meals. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

ya offcourse Pramila..its cucumber,aloevera,parsley,ginger,lime,all together with water very beneficial for belly fat..but should be continue. drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. take high fibre diet.. maximum intake of fruit juices and water.. include fruits like guava,papaya,etc and vegetables like spinach,cucumber etc...
