Dear Lybrate user it might be due to long duration poor posture as watching TV in a posture constantly for hours, working on Laptop/ Desktop in a posture for hours which may cause sustained contractions of muscle. Break the cycle in every half an hour change the posture. Do neck exercises warm foamentation.

Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. You will need to be seen and examined .Treatment will depend on the cause found after seeing any further tests that maybe req as well as what is found on examination. Sometimes white discharge can be difficult to treat and may need prolong treatment.

Dear,Dandruff is a form of dermatitis in which the shedding of dead skin cells from the scalp flake and fall off at faster than normal rate. Dandruff can manifest as either very dry and flaky scalp or very oily scalp with flakes. It is important to note that dry scalp and dandruff are not the same condition. Alopecia usually occurs on the scalp; hair loss elsewhere on the body is less common. In the non scarring form of this disorder (noncicatricial alopecia), the hair follicle can generally regrow hair.

If you are sure you did not have sex, you can not be pregnant. Yes stress can give rise to such symptoms. However if this answer does not relieve your stress and you continue to have symptoms meet gynaecologist.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Weight reduction You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen/or chest. May also need to do some tests. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Exercise for Belly Fat Not only females but also males desire to have flat belly. Read on and find about the best exercises for losing belly fat. Fight your belly fat with the right kind of exercise and the right diet. Belly fat can be effectively reduced with abdominal exercises. They help you to tone the abdominal area apart from enhancing the flexibility of the area. The most important point is that they resist the accumulation of fat around the belly region. The only thing that you must keep in mind is that you must regularly perform these exercises and be patient as nothing happens overnight. Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to lose belly fat: Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Position your legs vertically up and stay in this position for 5 to 15 seconds. This can be repeated thrice. Stretch 2 – Lie down on a floor mat. Stretch your legs straight. Place your hands behind your head and lock your fingers. Now raise your torso and bring it towards your knees. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and slowly return to your lying position. Repeat this for 15 times in sets of 5. Stretch on Chair – Lie down on a floor mat and position yourself with a chair so as to raise your legs on the chair. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. you lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results. A DIET CHART Timing Foods To Eat Calories Early Morning Lukewarm Water with Lemon 1 glass 0 Tea without Sugar + 2 Biscuits 90 Breakfast 2 Rotis + 1/2 cup Paneer Curry 330 OR Brown Bread Upma 1 plate + Milk 1 cup 300 Mid-Morning 1 Banana/1/2 cup Melon/20 Grapes 50 Lunch Brown Rice 1 cup (195 gm) + Mixed Vegetables 1/2 cup + Salad 1 bowl + Raita 1 small bowl 345 Evening Butter Milk 1 cup 35 Dinner 2 Rotis + Vegetable Soup 1 bowl + Salad 1 bowl 370 Total 1220/1190 Cal

- do not scratch or squeeze the lesions - do not apply creams or oils on face - do not apply hair oils or wash oil within 1 hour of application - take plenty of fluids - wash your face 2-3 times daily especially when it's oily - certain foods can increase acne such as chocolates, oily food etc, avoid these if they increase acne - take plenty of fluids and fruits - dandruff can also increase acne, so use anti-dandruff shampoo if you have acne. - also, for the marks, try to avoid sunexposure as far as possible (use broadspectrum gel based sunscreen, cover the face while outside during sunlight hours)

आम को फलों का रजा कहा जाता है. शायद ही ऐसा कोई होगा जिसे आम पसंद नहीं है. आम स्वाद के साथ-साथ आपको सेहत भी देता है. आम की पत्तियों में विटामिन ए, बी और सी भरपूर मात्रा में पाया जाता है. इसमें शक्तिशाली एंटीऑक्सीडेंट का गुण फ्लैनोनोड्स और फिनोल के कारण पाया जाता है. आइए पूजा पाठ से इतर आम के पत्तियों के फायदे जानें.

1. जलने के उपचार में
आम की पत्तियां जलने का घरेलु उपचार मानी जाती हैं. जली हुई त्वचा पर जले हुए आम के पत्तों का राख लगाएं. इससे घाव तो ठीक होगा ही आपको जलन में भी राहत मिलेगा. इस उपचार से आपको तुरंत आराम मिलता है.
2. शुगर में
आम की पत्तियों में एंथोकाईनानाडींस नामक टैनिन पाया जाता है. ये टैनिन शुगर के इलाज में मददगार है. इसके लिए आप आम की पत्तियों को सुखाकर पीस लें एवं इसका पाउडर बनाकर इसका उपयोग करें. आम की पत्तियों में तीन बीटा तारकेरोल एक यौगिक पर एथिल एसिटेट अर्क होता है. इसका काम है जीएसएलयुटी 4 को सक्रिय करना और ग्लाइकोजन के संश्लेषण को प्रोत्साहित करना ताकि इन्सुलिन के साथ सहक्रियात्मकता बननाए रखना.
3. पेट की बिमारियों में
पेट की बीमारियाँ आजकल आम बात हो गई हैं. एक कंटेनर में गर्म पानी करके उसमें कुछ आम के पत्ते डालकर इसका ढक्कन बंद कर दें. अगली सुबह इस पानी को छानकर खाली पेट पियें. नियमित रूप से ऐसा करने पर पेट की विभिन्न बीमारियों में आपको लाभ मिलेगा. इसमें इसका एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण भी काम आता है.
4. उच्च रक्तचाप में
आम की पत्तियां आपके उच्च रक्तचाप को भी कम करने में भूमिका निभाती हैं. क्योंकि इनमें उच्च रक्तचाप को कम करने का गुण मौजूद होता है. ये रक्तवाहिकाओं को मजबूती देने के साथ-साथ वैरिकाज नसों की समस्या में भी लाभकारी होते हैं.
5. तनाव में फायदेमंद आम के पत्ते
नहाने के पानी में दो से तीन ग्लास आम के पत्तों स बनी चाय डालकर नहाने से सुस्ती नहीं रहती है. इससे आपको ताजगी का एहसास होता है. इस तरह से आम की पत्तियां आपको तनाव से भी मुक्ति देती हैं.
6. हिचकी भी रोकता है
आपके हिचकी या गले की समस्या को भी आम की पत्तियों से ठीक कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए आपको आम के कुछ पत्ते जलाकर उसके धुएं में सांस लेना होता है. ऐसा करने से आपको राहत मिलेगा. हिचकी आने को रोकने में इसकी यही भूमिका है.
7. कान दर्द में
कान में होने वाले दर्द से बचने में भी इसका उपयोग किया जा सकता है. इसके लिए आपको आम के पत्तियों को पीसकर उसका एक चम्मच रस कान में डालना होता है. इससे आपको कान दर्द से राहत मिलता है. ध्यान रहे कि पत्तियों के रस को छानकर ही इस्तेमाल करें.
8. खांसी में
आम के पातियों का खांसी में भी प्रयोग किया जा सकता है. श्वसन संबंधी बिमारियों जैसे कि सर्दी, ब्रोंकाइटीस या अस्थमा में आम की पत्तियों का काढ़ा पिने से लाभ मिलता है. इसका कोई साइड इफेक्ट भी नहीं होता है.
9. किडनी की पथरी को ख़त्म करने में
गुर्दे की पथरी को ख़त्म करने में भी इसकी भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण है. इसके लिए छाए में सुखाए हुए आम के पत्तों का पाउडर एक गिलास पानी में मिलाकर रखें और सुबह इसे पी लें. ऐसा करने से आपको इस बिमारी को ख़त्म करने में मदद मिलेगी.
10. पेचिश में
आम के पत्ते आपको पेचिश से भी छुटकारा दिलाते हैं. खून बहने वाली पेचिश में आपको छाया में सुखाए हुए आम के पत्तों का पाउडर को प्रत्येक दिन 2-3 बार इसे पिने से राहत मिलती है. पेचिश ठीक करने में इस तरह से आम की पत्तियां अपनी भूमिका निभाती हैं.
