Firstly avoid sitting cross-legged and squatting, do hot fomentation if not having high blood sugar. Take medicines and apply local diclofenac gel. Walk with a tripod stick. If still pain persists then go for joint replacement. Do not delay if there is severe pain.

The reason is that its a kind of passive exercise and we never nurture our joints with oil prior or after Tread mill...Do apply warm Sesame oil to whole body (possibly joints atleast) called Abhyang in Ayurved followed by warm water bath..This Abhyang not only is good for joints but also for skin and prevents early ageing...As u know that Skin is d largest organ of d body...sadly though v we minimally use skin as a drug delivery route...

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Im 25 year male , for the past few years im suffering from knee pain when I sit for a long time or when ever I fold my knee while sitting I hear a audible "tick sound" and in some time while walking I can just feel "tick" sound in my legs but while walking or sitting its not paining but when I sit for long time and while im getting up its paining a lot.

I think you are suffering from osteo-arthritis. Which causes caries of bones. Synovial fluid dried. And inter articular joint space diminished that's why the tick sound. Cartilage also damaged. You need to take homoeopathic medicine. It's a chronic trtmnt you have to take it for 6 months-1 years atlst. In 2-3 months you will feel better than before. And continued the trtmnt. You will b able to walk normally.

I suffered from back pain and hair fail since last two days what should I do please suggest me something.
back pain - Mam, go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax ur back muscles and give strength to ur nerves and muscles of back. also start some Yogic exercises - Tadasana, Dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. For that u may consult me privately over Lyberate. Please update with ur valuable feedback after 15 days.\ HAIR FALL - Start taking black til (Seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e.g. Pulses, Dry fruits, Black gram, Ground nut etc. also oil ur hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. Its may be case of triger finger. You may do physiotherapy treatment for 3 weeks of course. You may see improvement. Do not worry.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
