Hello, I can sugest homoeo medicine as under @ Echinacea Q-10 drops with 1/4 cup of water, clean your face, twice a day. @ Azadirachata Q take,5 drops with 1/4 cup of water, thrice a day. Take care. ; ;

Hii doctor. I am a male of 22 years having brown skin. My problem is, I burnt my skin (face) cos of using shaving alum (fitkari) and not washing it immediately after applying. I was unknown to it. My skin gets deteriorated and sags when I am out in the sun. It looks lifeless. Also it gets oily. Even I also do not want to see my face, recently I came to know that lavender oil will cure the burnt skin and also heal it. It will make the skin more renowned then before and will also look good. Can also remove skin allergies. Although I took treatment from soem dermatologist, but they failed to repair my skin issues. My question is, can I apply lavender oil onto my skin for getting the natural fairness and to heal it completely. Afterall I want treatment. Also do suggest that what will the best company of lavender oil should I purchase and hpw to apply it.

There are a number of reasons for hair loss at your age. Do not worry. Hair loss iaaue can be addressed effectively. To begin with, drink plenty of water, take a high-proteim diet and use a good anti-dandruff shampoo since it is winters now. You can also take medicines deapite or along with these measures. Medicines have good results too. All the best!

It is necessary to avoid all junk foods, fried foods or oily foods. Include more veggies in your diet and also have skim milk egg white. Do not skip your food at anytime. If you are a non vegetarian then reduce the intake of red meats to once or twice in a week. Monitor your weight constantly.

Interesting question but everyone looses around 100 hair per day. Here is a list of superfoods which help to reduce hair fall and make your hair healthy :) 1- Grains and pulses – oats and lentils. 2- Vegetables- spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes. 3- Fruits- strawberries and foods containing Vitamin C like - oranges, papaya and lime. 4- Animal foods and dairy products- eggs, yogurt, chicken. All these foods have nutritents like vitamin A, beta carotene, biotin, omega 6 fatty acids, zinc , iron , selenium and protein all of which are very essential for healthy lustrous hair .

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
