You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. People who lose weight slowly, about 1 to 2 pounds per week, are more successful at keeping the weight off. You'll also burn additional calories if you increase your physical activity. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods.

What are the symptoms of white hair in young age, what can I do to prevent white hair?

What are the symptoms of white hair in young age, what can I do to prevent white hair?
Steps to prevent and cure hair greying 1. Constant exposure of hair to heat is one of the major reason for early greying of hair. Heat removes moisture from hair making it dry and rough. If not taken proper care our hair starts becoming weak and white. Some of the precautions that can be taken are as follows- a. Try to remain in shade during peak sun hours. b. Wear a hat, cap or a cover your hair with a scalf to prevent direct contact of hair with sun c. Avoid taking hot water baths. This removes the moisture from hair making hair grey. d. Avoid using blowers at very high temperature, instead lower the temperature and then use to keep hair healthy. 2. Diet is also an important factor for keeping hair black and strong. Lack of vitamins and minerals can lead to greying and weak hair. Lack of vitamin B12 makes hair white while deficiency of mineral zinc leads to hairfall. Hence eat a balance diet with adequate vitamins and minerals to provide complete nourishment to hair. Take a vitamin B12 capsule or a multi vitamin capsule to get rid of grey hair. Eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, and adequate water to keep hair strong and moisturized. Include vitamin A, B, C, E and minerals like zinc, copper, iron and folic acid for maintaining the dark colour of your hair. 3. Chemical hair products can also lead to grey hair in a young age. Avoid using low quality hair products as these products contain chemicals like ammonia, chlorine etc. that can remove the natural darkness from hair and also make it roots weak. Instead use chemical free products which contain natural extracts to maintain the darkness of hair. 4. Chlorine water in swimming pools can damage the quality of hair. Regular contact of hair with such water can decolourise its colour. Wear swimming cap while you enter the pool. Following these precautions will prevent greying of hair. 5. Biotin present in cucumber, oats, almonds can make your grey hair black. Biotin have properties that help to maintain the dark colour of hair. It has the ability to darken white hair and make hair soft. Hence eat biotin rich foods to cure greying of hair. 6. Stress is condition that leads to degradation of our entire body. It damages our skin and hair taking away the moisture and making it look dull. Stress can also make your hair grey. So avoid stress and try to remain happy always. Try yoga, medication or try some exercise to prevent premature greying of hair. 7. Melanin deficiency in hair also leads to hair whitening. As we grow old melanin in hair starts decreasing and hence our hair becomes grey in old age. 8. Every day scalp massages are very important to restore the darkness of hair. The head massage helps to improve blood circulation in the area, which is very important because the hair is fed mainly through this, and this aspect is very important because the first grey hairs appear in temples because the blood flow is reduced. You can do the massages yourself or ask a family member for it.

You should get the capping changed otherwise over a period of tooth becomes mobile hence loss of tooth.. The reason could be due to ill fitting crowns or improper restoration of tooth after root canal which caused you bone loss and that's why food get deposited and give you discomfort.

Menstrual irregularities can be caused by a variety of conditions, including pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, infections, malignancies, diseases, trauma, and certain medications. Polycystic ovarian syndrome also leads to irregular ovulation and an irregular menstrual cycle. Seeing a doctor in person really is the most important thing you can do to get your menstrual cycle regular again! and, the standard health advice always applies: to balance your hormones and regulate your menstrual cycle, get regular exercise (but do not exercise excessively), eat a healthy diet, get the sleep your body needs, and deal with stress in healthy ways. And, if you are taking prescription medication, find out if it affects your hormones (which affects your period).

Few more tips for people suffering from Diabetes:

Eat a well balanced and healthy diet. Reduce the amount of fat in your diet, especially saturated and trans fats. These days all the fats are highly processed. Eat more variety of fruits in moderate amounts, vegetables especially raw as salads and high-fibre foods. Cut back on salt.

Limit take aways and highly processed, fast, & junk foods. ?Convenience meals? or ready to eat meals are usually high in salt, fat and calories but deficient in essential nutrients. It?s best to cook for yourself using fresh ingredients whenever possible.

Take care of your beautiful body's health.

Hi my age is 20 and I am a college student. About a month ago I had severe panic attack during my flu and had to be rushed to the hospital. I was having shortness of breath with fever and other flu symptoms. We thought that it was an asthma attack or I was having some problem in my lungs since I was a regular smoker. However after few days all my reports were normal and I was released from the hospital. After a week I had the same thing and again I thought that I would just die. I was again rushed to the hospitals and this time they gave me shots of antibiotics and deriphyllin with some antacids. However after a few days when again my reports were normal I was suggested a psychiatrist and he diagnosed that I was suffering from anxiety disorder. I did not have any type of anxiety or panic before in my life so I refused to take the meds and decided that I will fight this on my own. One thing I observed that after eating full stomach I wud get severe episodes of panic or anxiety. Then I came back home and I was not better at all so I did a bit of my own research and found that when histamine increases in your body you can get anxiety attacks so I bought a cetrizine pill from the nearby drug store and ate it, I was feeling a hell lot of better the other day! so I told this to my doc and he prescribed me cetrizine for another 15 days. I also had blocked or stuffy nose so I was given levocitrazin hydrochloride and I had a weird tightness in my throat for which I was given some kind of gastric medicine. Those pills worked like magic all my anxiety gone I was feeling way better and started going out again. A mistake I did maybe that I started smoking again but very less like one cigarette when my friends were with me. I again caught cold without any fever and my anxiety was back. The cetrizine pills stopped working I am again having itchy skin however sneezing and itchy eyes are not happening and again my stomach is creating hell lot of acid and days and nights have become like hell for me. I can not eat because I get too much anxious or panicked after eating and my BP is too low. nausea DIZZINESS lightheadedness STUFFY NOSE AND CHOKING THROAT WITH ANXIETY AND SKIN ITCHING have become my day to day symptoms. I am not having fever. I am afraid to go out I do not have enough energy even to get my life straight. I am in a very bad place. I have given an allergy test whose reports are still to come. I also have ITCHY SCALP and sweat makes me itch more. I really need some advice. I do not even know which doctor to go to. I just want this misery to end.

Hi To overcome your anxiety, relax your mind. Don't think negatively. You have a negative assumption that after eating you will have panic attacks. Change your thinking. Think positively and give positive affirmations to yourself. Learn relaxation techniques and practice daily. Deep breathing will also help you. Develop good hobbies and engage yourself. Join yoga or pranayama classes. This gives you relief.

General Physician,

Self-help for anxiety, anxiety attacks, and anxiety disorders Not everyone who worries a lot has an anxiety disorder. You may be anxious because of an overly demanding schedule, lack of exercise or sleep, pressure at home or work, or even from too much coffee. The bottom line is that if your lifestyle is unhealthy and stressful, you’re more likely to feel anxious—whether or not you actually have an anxiety disorder. So if you feel like you worry too much, take some time to evaluate how well you’re caring for yourself. Do you make time each day for relaxation and fun? Are you getting the emotional support you need? Are you taking care of your body? Are you overloaded with responsibilities? Do you ask for help when you need it? If your stress levels are through the roof, think about how you can bring your life back into balance. There may be responsibilities you can give up, turn down, or delegate to others. If you’re feeling isolated or unsupported, find someone you trust to confide in. Just talking about your worries can make them seem less frightening. Take care of yourself Connect with others. Loneliness and isolation set the stage for anxiety. Decrease your vulnerability by reaching out to others. Make it a point to see friends, join a self-help or support group, or share your worries and concerns with a trusted loved one. Practice relaxation techniques. When practiced regularly, relaxation techniques such as mindfulness meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and deep breathing can reduce anxiety symptoms and increase feelings of relaxation and emotional well-being. Exercise regularly. Exercise is a natural stress buster and anxiety reliever. To achieve the maximum benefit, aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise on most days. Get enough sleep. A lack of sleep can exacerbate anxious thoughts and feelings, so try to get seven to nine hours of quality sleep a night. If you struggle with sleep, adopting smart sleep habits can make a big difference. Be smart about caffeine and alcohol. If you struggle with anxiety, you may want to consider reducing your caffeine intake or cutting it out completely. Same with alcohol, which can make anxiety worse. Train your brain to stay calm. Worrying is a mental habit you can learn how to break. Strategies such as creating a worry period, challenging anxious thoughts, and learning to accept uncertainty can significantly reduce anxiety and fear.
