I am a male 50 yrs. Of age, recently i. E. From 6 month I have developed a snoring problem while in sleep, family members are disturbed by this new habit of snoring, How I can get rid of this problem, Is this a sign. Of anything serious if future, please. Advise.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Drink lot of water put a couple of cups of tomato juice in a bucket of lukewarm water and apply for half an hour. Apply baby powder/ talcum powder herbs that detoxifies blood are effective treatment herbs such as shatavari, turmeric, neem are effective.

Dear user. I can understand. You are mistaken. Every wife do not suck penis. If your wife do not like it, please do not force her. They have self respect and self determination power. Penis is also a part which ejects urine. The part is considered to be dirty always. So do not compel your wife to suck your penis if she is not willing. Take care.

Yes. Definitely. Just using mouthwash is not going to help much. For best results, use mouthwash after scaling.

When is your pain chronic?

Your pain is chronic if it last for more than a period of six months. Chronic pain is a long-term pain whose nature can vary from mild to excruciating, and it may trouble you either continuously or at short and regular intervals. Chronic pain is so dangerous that it does not only cause discomfort and inconvenience but also robs you entirely of your capacity to work for a long time.

Chronic pain can occur in a number of organs of the human body like head, joints, back, shoulders, neck etc. In fact, pain in any part of your body can turn into chronic pain. Here are a few symptoms that can help you identify if what you are going through is, in fact, chronic pain:

- persistent and severe body pain

- burning sensation accompanied by the body pain

- fatigue and sleeplessness

- weak immune system

- stiff and sore joints

The 4 types of chronic pain disorders that you should be aware of are:

1. Nociceptive pain

The pain that affects the soft tissues of the body such as the skin and the muscles or the organs that have sensory nerves present in them is called nociceptive pain. The sensory nerves, known as nociceptors can detect the stimuli of pain and send information to the brain and the spinal cord for interpretation. The pain could be either somatic (originating in the outer body) or visceral (originating in the internal organs).

2. Neuropathic pain

This pain is caused when the nerves stop functioning normally. It is caused due to nerve disturbances that result in pain stimuli being spontaneously transmitted to the brain and spinal cord. If you are suffering from this type of chronic pain disorder, you will feel a sharp, shooting and stabbing pain. Neuropathic pain can also be caused due to the formation of neuroma (abnormal growth of the nerve tissue).

3. Psychogenic pain

The pain that is caused by psychological disorders like depression and anxiety is known as psychogenic pain. Sometimes this pain can be accompanied by physical complications like fatigue, body pain and muscle weakness.

4. Idiopathic pain

The pain that exists even though there is no physical or psychological cause for it is known as idiopathic pain. This pain is more common in people who have suffered from a pre-existing painful disorder. Some common examples of idiopathic pain are fibromyalgia (intense pain all over the body) and tmj disorders (pain in the jaw area).

Your pain is only related to your muscles like quadriceps, hamstring, calf etc. Main muscle is vmo. You should do flexibility and strengthening exercises. Thr r many exercises starts with isometric to isotonic, resistance or thrraband exercises, etc its not easy to explain all exercises in writing so please visit nearer physiotherapist doctor. You need to do some ergonomic changes in sitting, (don't sit on floor, stair climbing (go up with good leg first and than painful one and while coming down (descending) vice versa. Take some support while getting up from the seated position. Use western toilet, use foot rest while working in office or computer work. Don't work in single position for long time (more than half an hour)

Vinay bhai dont have low self esteem,average errect penis range in indian context is 3inch to 6inch.In sex u dont need large penis but stamina and certain way to do sex with lady. Eating ur ejuculation is harmless and does not effect on the growth of penis . There is no medicine or oil available in market to increase the lenght of penis ..so chill and enjoy ur youth fountain.
