Hello, width of the bony structure can't be increase by any way.You can do efforts to increase your height. you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Premature ejaculation is a common problem in men but it can be difficult to determine the right time of ejaculation. Generally it is considered specific to a relationship or of course in those cases in which ejaculation precedes penis insertion in the vagina. In ayurveda, this condition is known as shukraghata vata.

Diagnosis of the shukra

Ayurvedic remedies for premature ejaculation are based on diagnosis of the shukra. The finest element of tissue in the body. The components of vata are diagnosed as physiological and psychological conditions affecting the psychology of having sex. The ayurvedic treatment for premature ejaculation is based on diagnosis specific to an individual. An elaborate process of treatment ensues. It includes cleansing, purification, dhatu detoxification, set of panchakarma therapies with the purpose of remove, liquefy, mobilize or evacuate the doshas that have accumulated in your body.

The processes

Some of the processes involved in the detailed ayurvedic treatment for premature ejaculation are abhyangam (application of oil on the entire body), swedem which means using of medicated stream, leaf bundle message called elakizhi, oil bath called pizhichil, application of oil on head with shiro dhara, vasthi and others. Vasthi is considered ideal for vata as it is stopped at its place. Such procedures are given with a set of guidelines for modifying the lifestyle for avoiding the recurrence of this disorder.


Herbal prescriptions

The ayurvedic remedies for premature ejaculation also include some herbal prescriptions usually given after the elaborate panchakarma therapies mentioned above. You can use them before resorting to the time taking therapies but only under the supervision of and ayurvedic practitioner. A drug prescribed for delaying ejaculation is called stambhaka ayurveda.


Some of the stambhaka drugs are:

Jatiphala (myristica fragrans) taken after making a paste using milk is effective in preventing premature ejaculation. They need to be taken twice daily in 3 to 5 grams dose.

Ashwagandha churna taken in 5 grams dose twice daily with milk is very helpful in this disorder.

You can also get atirasadi churna for gaining stamina and doing away with premature ejaculation. This is a combination of rejuvenating herbs such as tribulus terrestris, indian ginseng, saffron, asparagus, behmen and others. It should not be considered a treatment for premature ejaculation only as it has a lot of positive effects on your health overall. Taking ati-ras-adi churna is another ayurvedic treatment for premature ejaculation. It has no side effects and can be taken for erectile dysfunction and improving low sperm count.

Along with these herbs you can also take pranacharya heman syrup and heman capsule

Hello lybrate-user. Though redness of eyes has variable causes associated with it, the history of chicken pox does give us some useful information. This means that the redness in your eyes could be due to viral infection affecting the conjunctiva and the cornea of the eye. This should be taken seriously and treated. The reason for the urgency is that at times viral infection of the eye tends to leave a permanent damage causing irreversible blindness in the eye. Otherwise, redness of the eyes has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few common causes: (1) allergy of the eye. It is usually caused by improper eye hygiene. There is a tendency to rub the eyes with fingers, handkerchief, cloth, etc. This is not a good habit because it tends to transmit lots of virus, bacteria and dust into the eye. Allergy usually presents with symptoms of watering (clear water), redness and itching of the eye. (2) infectious conjunctivitis: this is usually associated with white-yellowish discharge. If so, it would be a good idea to go and show to an eye specialist in person. (3) foreign body lodged in the eye. This is more commonly associated with people who drive 2 wheeler vehicles without protection. It occurs more commonly in one eye. Foreign bodies that commonly get lodged are eyelashes, insect wings, small insects, dust particles, iron particles (more common with people working in the iron industry) the solution for a foreign body lodged in the eye would be better provided by an eye specialist at the clinic. (4) raised intraocular pressure: this is a condition known as glaucoma. It is not so common as the previous mentioned conditions. There is usually associated pain in the eyes. It is commonly bilateral (occurs in both eyes). There is usually a positive family history of glaucoma associated in a majority of the cases. (5) inflammation of the coats of the eyeball. This is known as" uveitis" it is also a relatively less common condition. There is associated pain. It would require a thorough eye checkup including the retina-thus a good idea would be to visit the eye specialist in person. Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Thank you.

Hi there ~ sinusitis and headaches are common. If you feel heaviness in the head, pain worse with stooping forwards or bending forwards, runny nose with a post-nasal drip and also problems with itchy throat nose and ear block, you probably have severe sinusitis, either allergic, viral or bacterial. If it does not resolve by this evening or tomorrow morning despite good food, adequate sleep and plenty of fluids, please consult a general physician. Hope this helps.

Dr. I have a problem of mouth ulcers every months I have Grown 6-7 mouth ulcers in my mouth so what can I do for this.

Most mouth ulcers don't require specific treatment. As they heal on their own. But if they r painful. They could be due to side effects of medicines, viral infection, thrush, vit b12 deficiency. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take 3-4 almonds, 2 figs, n dry dates include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your daily diet.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this, which acts internally without adverse effects. Take homoeopathic medicine belladonna 200 daily one dose (6 to 8 pills) in the morning and one dose in the evening for 7 days and give feedback.
