I am 57 years old have been suffering from joints pain since 4 yrs. More pain in fingers and wrist. I daily consuming 1 naprosin sr. My BP is normal and sugar is normal. Please advise.

I have pain in testicles from more than 3 months sometimes on left side and sometimes on right side and sometimes in both testicles.
