Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. The muscle pain which you are feeling in your chest region may actually be strain in intercostal muscles. Please give it time of 2-3 weeks, stop any sporting activity if you are involved in till your pain subsides, take a short course of anti inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol for 5-7 days and let me know how you are feeling in 10 days time otherwise we will get some blood investigations done for you. Engaging in lovemaking is one of the most pleasurable activities that you can experience. However, many couples make the mistake of making coitus mostly about penetration. This only minimizes the sensations that you can get from sex as it is much more than just that. In particular for women, it is even more important to excite her emotionally and mentally as well as pay attention to all areas of her body. Here are a few tips to make her moan in bed and feel much more pleasurable than following the usual routine.

1. Engage in dirty talk: This doesn’t mean demeaning her or reducing her to a sex object. Dirty talking means verbally complementing and talking about the act in an engrossing manner with her. For example, if you are going down on her, you can describe her body and compliment it and make her feel good about herself, which would definitely increase her pleasure.

2. Give a G- spot orgasm before penetration: Most women cannot get orgasms from penetration or thrusting as they need to have a buildup. Thus, if you can give her a G-spot orgasm by stimulating the area around the first two inches inside the vagina, it would ensure that she stays more turned on and also feels more pleasure. It would also help her to get successive orgasms increasing her pleasure.

3. The breasts are also a primary sexual organ: Female breasts also contain millions of nerve endings which help her feel more pleasure but are often ignored during intercourse. Hi lybrate-user, good morning. Do hot water fomentation (5 mins) and icing (3 mins, take some ice cubes in towel and do small circular movements) for 15 minutes for three times a day. Do core muscle strengthning and stretching exercises. If pain does not subside take ift or ultrasound therapy under supervision of a physiotherapist for 6 to 8 days followed by exercises.

Squeeze out the juice from one-quarter to one-half piece of lemon and mix it with two tablespoons of granulated sugar and one teaspoon of olive oil. Gently scrub this mixture onto your skin for a few minutes. Do this twice a week.

If you have bled for 2 to 4 days changing at least 2 pads in a day, the possibility of pregnancy is very less. However if the bleeding is lighter then you may take a urine pregnancy test at home to confirm or rule out pregnancy.

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Chandanasav 4tsp before lunch and dinner 6. Chandrakala ras vati 2tb before lunch and dinner.

Since from the child birth, my wife is suffering from pain in her right side upper outside bone of leg near to butt. She says she can not sit in a single posture for long time. If she sits on right side butt. She has to get-up slowly. We don't know the reason of pain. But it is there for last 3-1/2 years. We got our baby by her cezariane operation. Our query is. It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

1. Follow a low residue diet to relieve abdominal pain and diarrhea. Avoid foods that may increase stool output such as fresh fruits and vegetables, prunes and caffeinated beverages.

2. Decrease concentrated sweets in your diet, such as juices, candy and soda, to help decrease amounts of water pulled into your intestine, which may contribute to watery stools.

3. Decrease alcohol consumption. Try incorporating more omega-3 fatty acids in your diet. These fats may have an anti-inflammatory effect. They are found in fish, including salmon, mackerel, herring and sardines.

4. Patients often find that smaller, more frequent meals are better tolerated. This eating pattern can help increase the amount of nutrition you receive in a day. Consider taking nutritional supplements if appetite is poor and solid foods are not tolerated well (see section on recommended liquid supplements).

I think I have a weak nervous system .I get excited and depressed easily. For example if someone has done said or done something wrong to me .I start thinking over it to the point my mind gets really heavy and then I am not able to think. When I was young I used to pee in the bed unlike my peers. For which I took shilajit on a local doctor recommendation. Please help me with medicines or anything to come over it.

Hi lybrate-user, its not about weak nervous system. You have social anxiety. Try to identify the things you do in social situations to feel safer (and make a list). Then try to reduce engaging in some of these behaviours when facing feared situations. Few people think of worrying as self-programming, but it is. Intense worry about upcoming social situations repeatedly links anxiety to the events. No wonder when you actually go into the social situation itself you feel anxious you've programmed yourself to feel this way. You can start to reverse this trend by taking time to think about the future gathering whilst relaxed – maybe in a warm bath or in a comfortable chair. Imagine seeing yourself looking relaxed and confident. Do this repeatedly so that your body and mind forge a new and better automatic association to these times. Social phobia has us worrying what other people think of us, so instead focus on other people. Cultivate curiosity. Ask people open questions which require more than just a "yes" or "no" answer. Make a point of remembering what they tell you and referring back to it later to demonstrate you were interested enough to take it in. Again, this forces your focus of attention from inward to outward. It's also nice for other people, which means you might accidentally make more friends as a 'by-product' of this strategy. Now, overcoming social phobia is as much about stopping doing stuff as it is about doing new things, so. TIP: People with social anxiety tend to focus on themselves during social situations, which tends to make them feel even more anxious. Its best to consult a psychologist for treatment of social phobia. You can consult with me too. All the best.

There is a small possibility of infection as during this time the vaginal ph is altered and the cervix is open. Hence better to use condoms.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.
