Make sure that the child is eating healthy nutritious home cooked meals and not eating junk food. Get the child's height and weight measured regularly to ensure proper growth and development.

Mood swings, irritability, tics, alteration in appetite, delayed growth are all side effects of that treatment. Please consult a proper homeopathic doctor for this. I would suggest you to go for at least one consultation. Either with me or some other doctor whom you trust. That will be better for you. Still if you have any queries, please feel free to ask me. Take care :)

There are no written rules. Yes advisable to give for 2 times if possible and quantity between 100 to 200 ml. Milk products are must to be given. So if not milk you can use combination of products like yoghurt. Butter milk. Cheese etc etc. Have happy parenting.

I think your hubby can manage himself by your helping advice. Operation 2 months ago must not be hurdle now to look after baby n yourself. Feed your baby exclusive breast milk on her demand which you shall learn shortly on watching baby's cry gesture. I suppose gas problem shall be resolved. Minor gas discomfort is no problem.

Hello, I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. Fasting increases the risk of migraines Avoid foods that trigger migraines kindly consult Physician for further management

Breast feeding is best for your baby, formula feeding is just substitution. Colostrum is the so called" witch milk" that comes out from the mother's nipple for 2-3 days after child birth. It should definately be given to the baby as it is a rich source of immunoglobulins and anti-infective factors for the baby. Burp your child everytime after a feed.Motherhood has to be enjoyed rather than a duty to fulfill.

This is normal. Sleep time varies, and decreases with increasing age. At 4 months, this is fine, as long as feeding/activity and weight gain are normal.

My younger daughter is 2 year and 3 months old. She is having tight stool problem. She cries in pain when she goes after the gap of 4-5 days. Please suggest.

General Physician (AM)
Alternative Medicine Specialist, Chandigarh
This is quite agonizing for the baby and she will fear going for stools she will develop a sort of phobia for it, dont let her suffer from constipation ever, try (biochemic) bio combination no 4. Requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain eating habits etc and to treat symptomatically. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication. My son is almost 4 & 1/2 years old. From past 2 months he has been complaining about stomach pain. since two weeks ago he was suffering from loose motions and I consulted a doctor and also told about his frequent stomach pain. She prescribed Normet and Zinconia and also told to deworm him with Zentel syrup. Now its very frequent and he complains every time whenever he eats something. I also feels that his stools are smelly from past two days. Kindly advice on the same. Could you please suggest any specific diet. Thanks.

If there is no associated symptoms with recurrent pain in abdomen, it is idiopathic and has no specific treatment. By passage of time it gets cure on its own. Pain after food may be due to not liking for food. Give him according to his choice and desire to eat. Deworming time to time is required. If his wt is about 16 kg, you need not to worry. All nutritious rich in protein edibles available in home are good.
