Take good quantity of milk and milk products. Never skip your meal. Add green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. You should take good amount of rest. You can massage with mahanaryan oil and after that do fomentation thrice a weak.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problems could be due to weakness - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains, protein foods such as milk & milk products, eggs, soya beans, soy products, legumes including pulses & lentils, a handful of nuts - do regular exercise including walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, also do moderate weight lifting twice a week to build stamina & strength - also have 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed.

Additional medications containing tramadol include ultram er, an extended release formulation for round-the-clock pain relief, and ultracet, a combination of tramadol and acetaminophen (tylenol). Hello, Body pain may be due to 1. fever 2. abrupt start or stop of exercise 3. Any other medical disease like Anaemia/ Hypoproteinemia/ Thyroid problem 4. Vit D deficiency 5. Multimineral and vitamin Deficiency 6.Stress/ anxiety 7. Over exertion (physical and mental) kindly follow advises given below: 1. Take adequate rest 2. Proper diet 3.
