Hi. Your mother has got chronic cough which has got several differential diagnosis both infectious and non infectious including TB, allergic rhinitis, cough variant asthma, acidity etc. If possible get sputum for AFB, culture sensitivity, gram staining, sputum eosinophil count. Also get a breathing test spirometry done. If already done please upload the reports and tell the ongoing medicines. If you are in INDORE can meet me personally or come for a private chat for further queries.

Have you done your semen analysis. if its fine then no need to take any medicine. Instead of medicine there are few things you should take care of i.e., Avoid hot baths, sitting for long periods of time and tight-fitting underwear that constricts the testes can all elevate temperatures long enough to suppress sperm production. Avoid plastic containers for food storage, plastic bottles, wraps and utensils.Avoid alcohol and caffeine. Avoid fried, charcoal-broiled or barbecued forms of cooking. Eat lots of foods high in antioxidants, such as green leafy vegetables, kale, carrots, citrus, broccoli, cauliflower and yams .Exercise Increases Sperm Count.

Hello, Cold usually happens to weather/ season change/ exposure to particular allergen. If you have symptoms like sneezing, running nose, blocked nose, headache, may be mild fever, please follow - 1. Adequate rest, proper sleep, and healthy diet is the key treatment to cold/ coryza. 2. Drink lots of fluids and eat homemade food. 3. Drink hot beverages (tea/ coffee) to relieve nasal congestion. 4. Take steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days 5. Blow Your Nose to sniff mucus out. 6. Take steamy shower. Steamy showers moisturize your nasal passages and relax you. 7. If you have sore throat, do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day till relief of symptoms. 8. Sleep with an Extra Pillow Under Your Head. This will help with the drainage of nasal passages. 9. Take Tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg tablet once daily after food for 3 days, 10. In case of associated headache, bodyache, mild fever, or sore throat, instead of Levocetrizine, take Tablet Sinarest one tablet 3 times daily after food for 3 days. Consult again if symptoms persist or worsen. ***Get Well Soon*** “Food is the best ever medicine, we have, so do not forget to eat homemade breakfast, make it a habit.”
