Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hi …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals… 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 4) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 5) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. C) take 30 ml juice of Indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. D) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals …. Do all these things for 21 days…it gives you good result. THANKS.

Without internal body preparation there is no improvement avoid artificial facewash creams sunscream fairness creams which are harmful for long term aspect avoid virrudha food milkshake fruitsalads paneer curd udada dal in diet follow period paricharya avoid heavy food heavy work bathing travelling during periods take proper rest during periods for more consult privetly.

first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner

At todays life everyone needs extra nutrition to cope up the oxidative stress. So it is good to take a multivitamin tablet. Also you may try doing pranayama. And avoid harmful foods. Take more fiber rich food.
