Vinay Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. .walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg .drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... .sleep for atleast 7 hours...

Hi lybrate-user. Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 or a weight. Kg. - medication:- 1. Drakaharishta-10 ml with warm water before food twice a day 2. Kooshmanda rasayana-1tsp daily twice followed by milk. Tips:-1. In general, favor light, fresh foods. 2. Drink fresh juice: pomegranate and pineapple. 3. Take 1tbsp of ghee and add 1tbsp of sugar to it mix and lick this mixture little by little in empty stomach just before lunch and dinner. And then after 30 mins you can have your meals. - continue this for atleast a month to see the benifits 4. Make a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee mixed or stirred into itwith little sugar. Here sugar is for taste. 5. Boost up your apittite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. May be brisk walk, or just alittle bit of walking, dancing etc. 6. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. This should be taken empty stomach. It will also increase the hb%. Thus acts as two in one. 7. Try to remain calm and happy. This contentment is really required because this is always related to mind. Body and mind are interlinked. So well balanced state of body with mind is called as a healthy condition or the man is called healthy.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Hi, please follow these tips: avoid day sleep. Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 pm, take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch tv till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room. Take tab. Cephagraine 1 tab. Sos for headache.

Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination

Hi, Your BMI is currently 24.9. That means you have reached the upper limit of your weight range. After this you will come in the overweight category. Any extra protein/food that you include in your diet will turn into Fat and not into muscle. It is best to avoid such artificial supplements. Good exercises build your body. You should focus on building your strength. Over ambitious targets of gaining bulk will only harm your body. Its better not to compare yourself with others. Be confident of yourself and be fit. Thats most important.

I was feeling very weak and having slight chakkar as well so I went for health checkup and as of now my concerns are 1. TLC count is lesser I. E. 3700/cumm 2. Lymphocyte 42% 3. Serum cholesterol is lesser 187 mg/DL 4. Hdl cholesterol is higher 54 5. Serum uric acid is lesser 3.5 6. Sodium is lesser 132 7. Globulin 3.10 8. vitamin is lesser 13.3 9. Vitamin B 12 is lesser 190 So is there any major concern? Regarding this.

Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

I was got accident in the year 2013 and I got some wound in my knee that time I have ignored the internal pain of my knee, I thought I was due to my wound, after some days I have got xray of my knee and consulted the doctor but nothing came out, now few days before I have walked approx 8-9 km in two days. Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicine Nux Vom 30 (4 drops in little amount of water) thrice a day for a week and update. Follow the tips *drink lot of water. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid fried and spicy food *tea/coffee should not be taken in excess. *meals should be taken regularly and on time. *avoid stress and it should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise.
