I will suggest you to ask your dermatologist for a scalp skin biopsy so that we can diagnose the cause of lesion and take treatment accordingly.

Weakness is a result of lack of physical or muscle strength. If you are feeling that extra effort is required to move your arms, legs, or other muscles, it could also be a result of any disease, illness and too much activity at one time and not taking the food to match the amount of physical effort you are doing. Sometimes low levels of minerals (electrolytes), such as potassium or sodium also result in body weakness. Other important reason could be the problems with your thyroid gland. Because your thyroid gland is responsible for regulating the way the body uses energy. A low thyroid level can cause fatigue, weakness, laziness, weight gain etc. And a high thyroid level can cause fatigue, weight loss, muscle weakness etc. Sometime because of stress you may feel disinterest in your routine works. Since the reasons for your weakness are not known, I shall advise the following - 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days. Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

Hi, Symptoms of dengue are high grade fever, headache, bodyache, retro orbital pain, skin rashes, vomitting, abdominal pain, fatigue and restlessness. Take paracetamol tablets 3-4 times a day to control fever. Do not take any pain killers. Complete bed rest is advised. Keep checking the platelet levels everyday. If it goes below 20,000 then platelet has to be given, for which hospitalisation is essential. Kiiwi fruits and papaya leaf juice are excellent medicines to increase the platelet count. Consume plenty of fluids like tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, ORS, water, milk, etc.

Its not pelvic pain. Its underneath n internal to the left side of my vagina. It makes me want to press the bone next to my vagina. Well nt actually the bone but on what is hurting. Its does not pain the whole time. Only wen I accidentally sit giving pressure on my vagina. Its very difficult to explain. Could you tell me wt this could be. As it gives a terrible pain. Pain deep in the pelvis (vagina & associate organs are actually withn the pelvic cavity) can be due to various reason. I you are married per-vaginal exam may give some clue or go for mri lower abdomen-pelvis for a pin point diagnosis. Meanwhile you can try painkiller & antibiotic-anifungal complete course. Hye. Dietary changes can speed up the effects exercise has on your belly fat and love handles. Commit to a lower-calorie diet. A pound of fat equals 3, 500 calories, so when your body burns that much off and doesn't replace it with more, you lose weight. Create the deficit with your exercise and increase it by choosing smaller portions of whole, unprocessed food. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Quit smoking and reduce stress to help you target belly fat and love handles for loss. Stress can cause you to make poor food choices, overeat and release a hormone called cortisol, which makes your body more likely to put on fat in your midsection. Adequate sleep, more than five hours per night and less than nine, correlates with slimmer bellies. Drink about 2 liters of water per day.

Dear Lybrate User, *Do exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling daily. *Drink more water, fresh fruit juice. *Avoid more maida related, junk foods. *Consume vegetables than non veg. *Drink plain butter milk with added crushed ginger. *Use garlic in a meal. *Avoid more milk products, avoid butter, cheese. *Diet on fruits and skip one meal. do the same 2-3 times/week.

To stop hair fall you change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, protein, milk end milk products. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help you. Massaje maha bhringraj taila morning end night. Take 6 to 8 hours sleep, live stress, tentions free.

Drink water 10 glass / day wash your face 3 times / day avoid oily food eat one orange daily do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections, worse acne and scars. Wash your hair often if your hair is oily. Try to keep your hair off of your face. Avoid hair care products such as gels, mousses, cream rinses, and pomades that contain a lot of oil. Use baksons sunny face wash. Avoid touching your face. Protect your skin from too much sun exposure. If you hv constipation or dandruff problem consult me. For complete cure kindly consult us.

I am 20 years old. During the time of periods I never used to have pain in my stomach. But from few months back I am having a severe stomach pain during periods. What's the reason behind it? Dysmenorrhoea is because of so many reasons if you feel pain before 2or 3 days it might you r having infection n if bleeding is less than go for haemoglobin examination n sonography to rule out possible reason start skipping not on periods time take care of hygiene n also start taking ashokaristha.

Thank you for writing to us. Please note following in respect to your queries: apply some apple cider vinegar: directions for use: wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Don't worry. Take tab. Metrogyl 400 bd for 5 day. Candid v6 pessary p/v for 6 day. Wash private parts 3-4 times, cap. Autrin once a day for a month. Kindly do these tests - CBC, Urine Routine, Random blood sugar. Use homoeopathic medicine - Alumina 200/ 4 pills/ three times a day for 7 days. Revert back with the report.
