Death is inevitable in human life, no doubt it is painful but one has to accept this reality. There is no point in remain in grief and keeping away from others, this will make you mentally weak. Be happy and remain in good relatives, friends company. Do some yoga and meditation, visit near by religious place to get mental peace. Time is god a great healer, every thing will be alright, wait and watch with calm and cool mind.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: for pimples -- apply some apple cider vinegar: directions for use: wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry. Also take kali brom 30 - twice daily.

Heredity is known to be the cause in most of the hair loss cases. Dihydrotestosterone — the male sex hormone — is the primary trigger in case of male- and female-pattern baldness. Poor nutrition: This is one of the most common reasons for hair loss, especially in India. Iron deficiency (anaemia) tops the list and is followed by protein deficiency. Improper absorption of nutrients can also lead to poor nutrition. Crash dieting: Excessive dieting, especially mono dieting, which involves completely avoiding a particular type of food group, disturbs the balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat, leading to hair loss. Sometimes, hair loss does not reverse, even after the patient gets back on a normal diet. Oral contraceptives: Certain oral contraceptives using synthetic progesterone can lead to female-pattern baldness. Then again, stopping oral contraceptives is also known to be associated with generalised hair loss for some time. Poor circulation: A study of young men diagnosed with male-pattern baldness showed that the blood flow to their scalps was on average 2.6 times lower than in a control group. Follicles that are constantly deprived of blood (and therefore nutrients) cannot produce hair properly. Smoking: Nicotine (tobacco) negatively influences the micro-circulation of the scalp, leading to increased hair loss. Mental stress: There can be an increased hair loss when an individual is highly stressed, though the exact mechanism of this is not known. Dandruff: Dandruff is inflamed, flaky skin on the scalp, which hinders proper circulation and nutrition to the hair, thereby causing increased hair loss. Medications: Drugs used in the treatment of gout, depression, arthritis, high blood pressure and heart problems can lead to increased hair loss. Chemotherapy drugs and radiation treatment are other common causes. Presence of systemic illnesses: Diabetes, lupus, scleroderma, etc. Can cause hair loss.  Hormonal changes: Pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, etc. Can all lead to significant hair loss. Hair treatments: Chemical treatment of hair, especially with ammonia-based products, perming, straightening, ironing, etc. Can lead to damage and hair loss. Infection of the scalp: Scalp infections, especially ringworm, can lead to hair-loss problems. Local diseases: Scalp diseases such as psoriasis, lichen planus, etc. Can cause hair loss. Recuperating from serious illness: Illnesses such as high fever, sudden or excessive weight loss or even post-surgery conditions and metabolic disturbances can lead to significant hair loss. Homeopathic medicine will give best result. Consult me.

Hi my age is 25 m suffering from anxiety from last year m under medication m taking zapiz 0.5 mg at nyt bt I want to...
Hi, Thanks for writing in; welcome to the forum. Zapiz contains clonazepam and it can be addictive - both physically and psychologically. It is not recommended to be take for more than 4-6 weeks. What will happen eventually when you try to stop it is the original anxiety problem plus an additional problem of getting rid off addiction to zapiz. The correct treatment for an anxiety disorder is to treat it with psychotherapy alone or in combination with non-addictive medicines such as SSRIs, TCAs, atypical anti-depressants and so on. SO in your specific case, we will have to gradually reduce the zapiz and stop it. The rate of reduction will depend upon the severity of the anxiety as well as the duration for which you have taken it. In addition, based on a detailed evaluation, we will have to decide whether one of the above medicines is needed or we just manage with psychotherapy. In any case, exercise, proper sleep, yoga, meditation and breathing exercises are helpful and need to be done. So I suggest that you start these general measures if you are not already doing them and then meet a good psychiatrist in your area to sort out the medicine and therapy. You should be much better soon. Do not worry! Take care!

What's the treatment for removing pimples and get pure soft face?

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
What's the treatment for removing pimples and get pure soft face?
Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.
