Whole grains include brown rice, oats, cereals, wheat, etc. Which are the powerhouses of diverse nutrients. Oats, plain or brown rice are good sources of complex carbohydrates and help build your muscles. On the other hand, cereals are a high calorie food. They must be consumed as morning meal. •Brown rice can be a filling food because of its fiber, carbohydrates and protein content. If you are planning for a healthy weight gain, then combine rice with some other nutrient and calorie-dense foods. Instead of water, cook them in broth or milk. You may also add butter or cheese over the top. Starchy vegetables and dried fruits can be mixed.

Hello lybrate-user- pain during menses is due to improper tone of uterus muscles. Use dashmoolaristha 2 tsp twice daily for 10 days before menses. This single medicine will cure all of your menstrual problems (do not use the medicine more than ten days as the body will become habitual to it and will not respond quickly)

I am losing weight quickly what should I do tugain weight and tell me about the diet chart which should I follow.
Diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in weight gaining, shaping body, fitness, maintaining stamina etc. The consumption nutritious diets along with herbal supplements are more effective in weight gain. Mental determination and attitude is also important.

I am male of 47 years old I am feeling anxiety and fear in my daily life I do not want to go to job and not abe to get up early if I have to go to office at 8.30 am I get up at 7.45 and do not want to interact with peoples or colleagues and cannot speak loudly and in the public pl. Initially just change your daily routine. Start eating light. Clean the gut every other day with herbal choornas. Start yoga, practice of pranayam, meditation. Socialize. After 15 days report me. If you are through I ll tell you the most harmless and effective natural medicine.

My weight is 66 and I have to reduce it within 10 days! I have just planned to eat fruits for all breakfast lunch and dinner! whether its good for health by doing this could I be able to reduce weight? Or can yu give me some advice to loose weight.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Use Jaborandi+arnica+amloki Q 15 drops mix with your hair oil and use it for a month then report also do not comb your hair when its wet, jus dry it as much possible early after bath.

Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. Kindly consult a physician & dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Food whatever I take do not digest quickly, it takes 8 hrs. I feel tightness to exhaust latrine in the morning. Dinner is almost half digested upto next morning. I never feel light from whole day to night.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

I am 29 year old female. I have thyroid problem . Taking thyronorm tablet 50 MCG. I am 153 cm height and my weight is 75 kg. I could not reduce my weight , even though attended fitness class for more than a year. Hence, my doctor suggested me zero fat a sachet for 1 month. I consumed it for 2 days during night time . Felt like shivering. Pls advise whether to consume zero fat a sachet or capsule to loose weight?

Lybrate-user, looking at your weight and height, there is grade 1 obesity with 32.05 kg /m2 bmi, (normal <23 kgs). This definitely needs reduction. If hypothyroidism is under very good control with tsh levels between 3 to 4 milli units/l, then efforts to reduce weight can be successful. First thing is to bring tsh levels in that range if they are not. Secondly zerofat a (orlistat) is not much beneficial. Along with dietary restriction orlistat can at most help loos about 6 kgs of weight over 1 year. Instead it is better if you stick to a diet plan that gives calories based on your ideal body weight (53 kgs x 20 cals = 1060 per day), plus doing a work out to burn a good deal of calories. Daily 1 hour of brisk walking can help in burning about 270 to 300 calories. If you can jog or run, more calories can be spent. Use more of green leafy vegetables, salad and fruits. Totally avoid junk foods, pastries, bakery items, deep fried foods, sweetened aerated drinks (colas), products containing fructose corn syrup, avoid highly processed packed products. No alcohol and smoking. Drink plenty of water and clear soups, thin butter milk. Avoid high fat milk products. Set a target of loosing half kg per week, and try and cut about 5 to 8% of current weight. If you have any doubts please do come back. Thanks.
