If you cardiac tests all came out negative, it could be caused due to anxiety and stress. You may need medications for that but try these as a first resort. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Hello, for the uneven skin tone, you need uv protection. Use a cream for even tone along with uv perfect sun screen everyday. Cover your skin before going out. Wash your face twice a day with a face wash that suits your skin. Use rose water to clean your face before sleeping. If your skin is normal to dry, you can use a night cream. Scrub your face once in a while to purify-drink more water-eat healthy-you may take safi or tablet nutraskin everyday.

Before medicine diagnosis is must, by your symptoms it could be any respiratory disorder like upper tract infection, sinusitis, allergic bronchitis etc. a clinical examination and x-ray will be required with complete blood count. so please see a doctor, and do not delay further. avoid sour/cold/ fried food. take steam. avoid low temp AC and congested places. do breathing exercises.

*Scoliosis in adults can arise due to a variety of reasons, including genetics, uneven pelvic position, past spinal or joint surgeries, knee or foot distortions, or even head injuries.
*Some curves are deeper than others, and in moderate to severe cases, the means to correction is surgery.
*Scoliosis is measured by Cobb's angle( shown in X-RAY ) When this angle is 10-40°, it's postural and grade 1 scoliosis.
>40° is called structural and grade 2 scoliosis.
>60° is called grade 3 scoliosis.
If you suspect scoliosis, you should consult your doctor about an appropriate treatment plan.

Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Yooji, diet for a diabetes patient is very individualised and specific. It is based on ideal body weight, sugar levels and extent of daily exercises. So unless all the details are given no diet can be prescribed. I need to know fasting and pp sugar levels, hba1c%, dietary pattern lipid profile, extent of daily exercise. It is better if you come in a private conversation with all the details, where I can give a specific plan.
