Prolonged working on laptop/tv/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop. 5. Use antiglare glasses.

Normal dosage is 15 mg/Kg body weight to be repeated maximum 4 times and after a gap of minimum 4 hours. Crocin Drops 100 mg? Ml Dose 1.2 to 1.5 ml Other measures like cold sponging etc may have to be done. If fever does not touch to normal within 1-2 days If child is irritable, crying and vomiting excessively, see a child specialist.

Consider, but do not overly rely on, special foods and supplements that claim to increase your libido. Natural supplements can help increase blood flow and sometimes help fight vaginal dryness. Some natural supplements that may increase libido include: vitamin e, zinc, vitamin c, arginine, vitamin a, vitamin c, octacosanol, beta-carotene, vitamin b6, and vitamin b complex. These nutrients may help to boost sperm count, improve sperm motility, enhance prostate gland function, increase testosterone production and create a healthier nervous system. Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Hello, kindly follow health advices given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 F (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal Dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever

My first advise for you is to live your life fully, there are many good things in this world, life is so beautiful, enjoy it fully, spend your time with family members and friends make new friends, join any personality development classes, or any new learning classes in which you are interested, avoid watching tv alone. Watch some entertainment programs along with family members, fix a limited time for tv. Practice meditation do physical exercise/ activities regularly then you will understand how many things you're missed. Don't be upset/ disappointed at least now enjoy your life fully. All the best.

Dear jahid ,everyone has some role in other's life and when that time will over that person will not be there for a minute also in same role,everything happens for the reason may be god's planning is something else.here you have 3 options 1st you should go and tell her about your love and feelings if she will say ok i am ready to patch up then its well and good,then 2 nd option if she will say i need time to rethink then you should wait and in the mean time don't force or pressurise her because any decission taken because of pressure will not last long and upto when it will continue in that time also you will not feel good ,and at that time your recovery wiil be difficult,so give space so that she realises your importance and when after realising your importance if she will come then trust me that bond will be for life time and lastly 3rd option she will say no in that case you have to move on ,I know its very difficult but life must go on regarding this you can take help of any counsellor ,if you need my held i will be glad to help you.but try atleast once so you will be satisfied that you have done whatever you can do .good luck.

You cannot achieve much in one month with home remedies alone. Be determined and start step by step. First if all clean gut by herbals, start eating light/ high roughage diet/ low carbs. Maintain negative calory intake balance. Get'medohar' (fat shedder) herbs. Use with hot water twice a day by adding honey, asafoetida and rock salt to scrap the waste material out of intestines and also reduce fat by metabolic action. I caution you not to fall prey to hormonal weight shedders to get dlim early. It would be dangerous. You can do it peacefully as health improver with some pranayam and walks etc.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.
