dear ...your diabetes level is very high..according to your level you should take insulin dose by doctor..do not wait.... Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. 1. Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time for few days or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily.

Well. You may be having food after much long intervals. Try to eat a small amount of food on fixed intervals. We call it as divided food therapy. Eat four times in a day divided which you eat in two times. Dont eat any thing junk whenever you feel hungry. Eat regular food. Avoid drinking water in between meal. And dont drink immediately after finishing your meal. Drink after atleast half an hour. Do not have must hot beverages. Like tea of coffee at least at the time of having meal. Try wholesome food like whole wheat chapati, vegetables, salads, plain rice with dal etc. Start daily exercise like 40 mins of brisk walking. But remember start slowly and gradually increase the speed and distance. Achieve 4 kms in 40 mins. Wearing a good quality branded light weight sports shoes. Thank you with regards.

You should go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s, Lft . blood sugar , Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy).Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take. Eat green veg. More fiber foods.
