(A) Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. (B) Use no pillow under the head. (C) Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days (D) Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises (E)Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take (F) Do not ignore it. I get lower back pain when I have exertion and feel very tired standing in one place. It gets healed after putting Vicks balm at night before sleep in a day or two. What I want to know is can it be a symptom of a future back problem and how I can avoid it.

Yes long standing and overstrain can harmful for your spine so avoid long standing and strain full activity. Take rest stand with equal balance on both legs. Heat fermentation twice a day and rest.

I have a knee pain which is on the knee but seems to extend behind the leg and in the foot (at the back and lower side).
Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Madam, seven years is a long time to suffer in pain! this pain owing to its duration could be diagnosed in several ways. It could be due to: a) bad mattress b) poor position c) nutritional issues like vitamin and mineral deficiency d) orthopedic issues which may include osteoporosis and decreased disc space making the back and legs weak. E) neurological issues likr a persistent slip disc. Whatever i've mentioned is based on the brief history you've given. It could be something really simple that needs small correction. Exercising and stretching should give you some relief. Although I suggest you get a complete workup done so that a more specific diagnosis can be made. Regards.

Rest must for you tk heat fermentation. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for 5 days avoid long sitting and toward bending and lifting heavyweight do stretching exercise in daily routine.

I am 65 years old. For the last 3 days I am suffering from knee pain. What is the remedial medicines I should take. This pain is for the first time. I undertake morning walk daily for one and half hours and cover about 7 kilometres. Due to development of this knee pain I am afraid of going for morning walk.

I have a cervical pain for long month, what should I do? please suggest me.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, please inform.

If I sit or stand for long hours my legs become so hard specially below the knees. Some reddishness is also there. Some time water balls are also there near angles.

So...
Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

That is deficiency of supplements so tk this and for leg pain do tens therapy and ultrasonic therapy after relief do strength exercise in gradually process like cycling, treadmill ya cross trainer ok best for you.

I am having an lower back pain till my hips. I am unable to run and walk .I had it once before also and I took some medicine for pain and it went in around 20 days. But after a 6 or 8 month it started again. It's difficult to sleep in night because it's pain when I change my direction. But now I took so many medicines and around 1 month over its not going only. So please help me to come out from this I am just 21 year old so you can understand my problem.

Hi you may consult orthopaedic surgeon and get MRI of spine done. Avoid all strain to spine, don't do ang weight lifting, bending. Stop all meds. Just take bakflex A twice a day after meals. After MRI, diagnosis can be made and suitable treatment. Use spinal brace for support in day time. If need be, your doctor may suggest diathermy and lumbar traction if required best wishes.
