Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak. Also take Nux vom 30-6 pills, thrice a day.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal,sgpt and urine r/m and follow up with reports.

Dear lybrateuser, -Your chest pain could be due to acidity -avoid spicy, fried & junk food -chew food well, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not skip meals ,have meals on time, do not lye down for at least an hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime -have 7-8 glasses of water per day -take syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half an hour after every main meal -try to reduce weight by dieting & regular exercise.

Sir I have done a lipid profile test and my triglycerides level and vldl is high. Triglycerides is 184mg/dl and vldl is 36.8 mg/dl. Is it worrisome? What should I do. please advice on it. Rest of the report are at normals levels.

Build good fats in blood by taking a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Reduce bad fats by taking a spoon of honey added to juice of fresh lemon. Take it on empty stomach every morning. Besides reducing your bad fats through junk eating and fried food routine simple exercises do burn the bad fats. Remember to take good fats within limits. Take lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits, besides giving vitamins and minerals they can also reduce the bad fats. Do get tested after 2 months only.

A 6 to 7 hours sleep is a must. 1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Such issues are critical questions requiring very meticulous judgement which is possible only after getting to know entire case history of the patient. It will not be prudent to give any affirmative response to your query as I can guess the cardiologist in charge has probably advised for angioplasty and based on that you are seeking second or third opinion. That is very essential and you are doing exactly what I would have done for my own family. But no doctor will be able to opine without having all relevant details of the case. Medicine is not a prefect science like mathematics and that's why there is no formula. Only we get guidelines and protocols based on evidences. To follow protocols the doctor has to see that his judgement is based on criteria as laid down and those criteria are to be obtained from patient' case history.

The best and most effective way to get rid of the localized fat is a combination of low fat and low calorie diet with exercises. Let us talk about the diet first. Cut down on calories and add necessary fillers like insoluble fibers to add bulk to the diet, you may include whole grains, fresh whole fruits, raw salads and vegetable preparations. This helps in attaining satiety while consuming lesser calories. Restrict the intake of refined foods like those made with refined wheat flour. Avoid sugar wherever possible. Making way for the good protein sources like legumes, dals, milk and its products and soy in the diet also helps in cutting down the calorie intake. Protein rich foods delays the digestion time and one dos not feel hungry soon. Also, you must choose the fats wisely. Limit the intake of oil and avoid the fried foods and snacks. Drink plenty of water and other healthy drinks to keep up the metabolism. You may also include options like green tea and lemon tea. Buttermilk and tender coconut water are also good options. As mentioned above, in addition to the dietary modifications, exercises are equally important, especially the ones for abs. Moves like crunches, twist crunches, bicycle crunch, step hop, squats etc. Are excellent to burn abdominal fat and tone the muscles. Set a time for exercise and start with simple workouts for short duration, you can slowly increase the time, frequency and intensity of the workout. This would allow the body to keep pace with the changes. Make sure that you give enough time to warm up and cooling down after each workout. Avoid lying down or sitting immediately after the meals. You may go for a light walk after lunch and dinner. Or if possible sit in Vajrasana for 15 – 20 minutes after the meals. Avoid heavy meals after sunset and reduce the total salt intake. Hello. Avoid alcohol totally. Better to avoid any type of food for 15 days n drink fruit juice. Better milk n mix vegetable soup. Stay healthy - Naturally.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea coffee cola in evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.avoid stress. take balanced diet.

U can have sexual intercourse as many times as you wish. If your healthy and fit. It depends upon once own interest and individuality duration: to prevent early ejaculation. Please follow stop and proceed method. That is during the time of intercourse when you are about to ejaculate stop for few minutes and start the action again after few minutes. So that there will be improvement in the duration of the act. 2) mastrubating before 1 hour when your about to participate in the intercourse. 3) spend the time with partner. By involving in the action of foreplay. Kissing, hugging, cuddling, touching her private parts. Fingering and more. Make sure not to involve in the act direcltly. Risk of pregnancy: for a normal women menstrual cycle is usually occurs for every 28 days. Danger period is: 11th day -18th day of menstrual cycle. As it is considered as ovulatory phase. Chances of pregnancy is very high. During this period. So better to avoid sex during this period safe period is: usually 19th day of menstrual cycle to next menstrual cycle. Third method: emitting the semen outside the vagina. I had unprotected sex with a person who's HIV status unknown after 2 week am feeling tired extreme fatigue low fever less then 98 night sweats is it early hiv symptoms ?i am depress unable to eat.

See, the only way to decide whether you are HIV positive or not is to go for blood tests. Now, The time it takes for a person who has been infected with HIV to show a positive test result (also known as sero converting) is commonly called the "window period. There are different types of HIV Tests, and each type has a different window period. Antibody tests ("Rapid" tests) ? give a positive result based on antibodies to HIV, not the virus itself.In about 3 months after infection, 97% of people will have positive antibody test. Antigen tests (RNA tests) ? show a positive result based on the presence of the virus. 1-3 weeks after infection, there will be enough viral material for a positive result. However, they are not routinely used. So, in your case, after 3 months of infection get yourself tested for HIV antibody (through rapid card test). If it comes negative , repeat the test after another 3 months. If it again comes negative, only then you can be reasonably sure, that you are not infected with HIV .
