1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly 6. Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment.

Dengue fever is body reaction caused by a virus as a result of mosquito bite.Wear full sleeves shirt and try to cover your body as much as possible, use mosquito nets or allout/goodknight at home, apply mosquito repellent on body, cover water tank. Avoid collection of water out side the house in a waste container or tyre. Pevention from swine flu hiniIt can spread through coughing and sneezing so always cover your face while doing so. And make sure people around you in office or home also follow this.Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth too often Maintain a high level of personal hygiene. Always wash your hands before or after eating and particularly after returning from a public place. Sometimes virus can spread through droplets that have remained on surfaces of things like laptops, phones so avoid using someone else’s items. Avoid public places, unhygienic conditions, etc. If your city/area is swine-flu endemic, always wear a standard swine flu mask  in public places (the H-95 mask which is worn by nurses and doctors while collecting samples from swine flu victims). Normal surgical masks which sell like hot cakes during swine flu season might not give enough protection. If you feel sick and look like you are developing a cold or fever, stay at home and take enough rest. Rest has also been shown to increase ‘interferons’ which help our immunity to fight the virus better. Keeping away from others also prevents spread of the infection. Flu prevention for adults and teens aged 13 years and older. Take 1 dose, once daily, for 10 days or as long as prescribed. One dose is 75 mg/12.5 mL for adults

Sweet potatoes are also considered good for a bodybuilding diet due to their high fiber, potassiumm and vitamin content. They can be taken as a post-workout snack. They are high in complex carbohydrates that replenish your glycogen stores after a workout.

Additionally, they’re packed with carotenoids, vitamins B6, C, E, D, iron, copper, magnesium, and quercetin that are important for a healthy body. Being loaded with fiber, sweet potatoes also help control appetite, burn fat, and maintain healthy digestion.

So. after intense workouts, eat roasted or grilled sweet potatoes, preferably in combination with a good source of lean protein such as grilled chicken.

Start taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter!

You weight is on higher side. That can affects your menses. So try to reduce weight. You may have PCOD problem. Do sonography and consult .
