Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

According to your age nd height your weight should not be more than 80 Kg--------------------. Muscle cramps may be c aused by many conditions or activities, such as: ---------------------- 1. Exposure to cold temperatures, especially to cold water.--------------- 2. Other medical conditions, such as blood flow problems (peripheral arterial disease), kidney disease, thyroid disease, and multiple sclerosis. ----------------- 3. Standing on a hard surface for a long time, sitting for a long time, or putting your legs in awkward positions while you sleep.---------------------------- 3. Not having enough potassium, calcium, and other minerals in your blood.------------ 4. Being dehydrated, which means that your body has lost too much fluid.------------ 5. How to lose weight if unable to do exercise.

Hi so you just need to take healthy balanced diet. Consider the portion size, how much amount of food you are taking, all refined, oily, processed, commercial foods you need to avoid completely, if you are not able to do exercise. Only can have as much as possible fruits, vegetables, egg white, whole grain cereals (jowar, multigrain), handfull of nuts, fish (tuna, salmon only), don't skip your meals, have meals on time daily. Have meals frequent and small meals. Drink water 6-8 glass daily, avoid smoking and alcohol and try to reduce stress and take good nap atleast 6-8 hours. Get your blood checked for cbc and follow up with reports and get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and I will suggest you to do warm up and stretching exercise daily atleast for a month and than start running.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! Yes, you can eat rice as it has carbohydrate which is needed for energy. It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

There some exercises like meditation, pranayams, relaxations etc to control it upto certain extent. If it is very severe or persistent for a long time then better consult with more details so that a proper homeopathic medicines can be prescribed.

Might be some gastric ulcer. Avoid tea for some time. Try having milk mixed with equal amount of water in the morning instead. Very effective. Cut down on spicy food and increase water intake, fruit intake and salads.

Infections occur basically in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming.

Week 1- start with mild exercises (stretching and twisting for 15-20 minutes, and cut down your diet by 25% week 2- stop having empty calories like sugar and fats. Continue rest of the things. Do 10 minute stretching with 20 minute brisk walking. Week 3- same diet, but take dinner before 7: 30 pm. 10 minute stretching, 30 minute brisk walking. (10 mins walk -5 mins stretching-10 mins walk -5 mins stretching-19 mins walk.) week 4- continue. Later, start jogging in between. And increase the time. Keep your measurements and weight written somewhere and keep updating it for your own good, make changes in the plan according to what you can handle.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and depression related therapy.
