Hello, the only solution for the areas you mentioned is laser treatment. Laser hair removal is an effective treatment. Home remedies and other treatments hardly help.

1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4.Consult sexologist for further advice.

You should take homoeopathic treatment for hair falling because these products leave side effects on your body and prolong use of the same is not advisable. So you can try homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take acid phos. 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 2. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. 3. Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Kali phos 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 5. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6. Wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) 7. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 8. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Avoid alcohol consumption. Smoking and non vegetarian. Drink lots of juices and plenty of water. Eat green vegetables and salads. Do pranayama early in the morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hours. Drop 1-1 drop of cow ghee in your nostrils at night time before sleep.

To treat acute allergic conditions (contact dermatitis) anti allergic or antihistaminic drugs will suffice. But for permanent solution, you have to investigate and know the cause of this which can be 1. Any new substance coming into skin contact (soap, lotion, cloth, water etc) 2. Environmental factors (change of workplace) 3. Food To stop the problem, the exposure must be stopped first to the offending substance. Thank u.and be healthy.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

It is not possible to get six packs in one month, since your waist is more than an average size. But with hard work and discipline, you can have it in 6 or 7 months. Exercise daily and eat a healthy diet. Join a gym and first focus on losing an overall weight. When your weight is normal, start focusing on abs exercises and eat more protein.

Take tab dolo 650 mg one sos for fever, do cold sponging. if not ok consult again or consult physician. if not ok in 3-4 days , do blood test- cbc, typhidot, malarial antigen. consult with report.
